Moving made easy! We sold our house in Vermont and needed a safe place to store our belongings, which included valuable artwork that required a controlled climate. Bingo! Hanover Transfer & Storage has it. Monthly rates are reasonable. Jeff is all pro and handled most everything for us. The only glitch came on some goods we had shipped to Portugal. No one advised us we needed a letter from the consulate to avoid paying import duty, which ended up costing us $1000, but the fault here probably falls on North American International, who actually shipped the stuff.

I can't say enough good things about Hanover Transfer's professionalism and excellent job they did on my move in early July. I was away on vacation and they coordinated via text so that everything went smoothly. They even took down my bed as I requested, but when I got home to my new apartment they had even put the bed back up for me without me even asking them to do it. Every person that I dealt with was pleasant, helpful and professional. I commented to the two movers that I was very appreciative they were working so hard on my behalf during the heat wave we had, and the reply was "All in a day's work". If I ever move again I know who I'm calling. Thank you everyone at Hanover Transfer!

Wonderful experience with these guys. They were right on time, very professional and cool. They came in and took charge of the move. They were swift and very effective. I would recommend them to anyone. Don't remember all their names but Jake and his crew did a wonderful job! Money well spent!!! I had a couple of glass table tops that would likely not have made it if it wasn't for the expert packing and moving provided by Hanover Transfer. I would highly recommend them for their customer service as well as careful and efficient moving.

The actual movers are excellent: careful, capable, and cheerful. We had a really good experience with them on moving day. However, beware of hidden fees related to storage. We stored some items with them prior to the move, and there was a mysterious "storage delivery" fee added to the final bill that was not included in the estimate. Just make sure your estimate is thoroughly and carefully prepared if you plan on storing with them prior or post move.
