Please stay away from All Pro moving company. I was referred to them because supposedly they have great rates. Well you get what you pay for. First they quoted me one price with "two strong men" but showed up with a kid and his 25 year old girlfriend. No I'm not kidding. I found out in talking to her that her parents own the business. They took longer than quoted which mean they charged me almost three hundred dollars higher than originally quoted. The worst part was they tried to force a bureau up a staircase causing damage to the ceiling, wall and damaged the bureau. When I contacted the owner to file a claim he basically told me "it's unavoidable when moving not to have damage" "sorry you're disappointed but there is nothing we can do". Seriously, go with a professional moving company. Don't try and save a couple of dollars by going with All Pro, it will end up costing you more in the long run. I'll post photos of the damage they did. It's not scuff marks, its gouges!

Total trash and garbage they break your stuff they rob and steal total ripoff very rude very unprofessional in packing definitely do not use them for any reason they belong in jail and out of business also they hire xcons and criminals do not trust them at all i hope people are reading this and taking it seriously and I am not giving up on this case like I said no leeway period

I am blown away! This was my first time using a moving company to help me move to a fourth floor apartment. There were two movers with tons of experience and another helper with experience also. They came with a postitive attitude and a smile on their faces. Great customer service! They not only showed up early but they were extremely quick, they didn't even take breaks! I cannot believe how efficient and organized they were. They were extremely gentle with our belongings and made sure we were okay with everything. Extremely polite too! They knew we had a budget and made sure to get it done within the 3.5 hours, even tho the weather was awful they pulled through. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move quickly!! Great company, and great movers.

Called them a week before I wanted to move, during the busiest month of the year for moving and they were able to accomdate me. I called 4 other places and they were the only movers to even take a look at their schedule to fit me in. The company called me the day before to confirm the time. The movers called me an hour or so before they were going to arrive. They were on time and ready to move. The three of them moved quickly and got everything moved in no time. I never once saw them take a smoke break. Had three pieces of furniture that needed to be disassembled and they did it no problem. The movers might seem rough around the edges to some people, but they are down to earth people and a pleasure to speak and work with. They completed our 3 bedroom apartment move in under 4 hours, it was awesome. Friends had told me stories about some 'university bound' workers dropping items and showing up stoned. I had no such experience with All Pro.

Fast, Friendly, Careful and Phenomenal movers that I have hired for my last 2 moves. This time, the crew (Arielle, Jimmy and Israel) went above and beyond my highest expectations to deliver the best moving experience ever. They worked very hard on an extremely hot day with only brief water breaks to deliver for me. Everything ended up in the rooms that I wanted them in and nothing was damaged. One recommendation that I would make for other movers is to be as organized as possible - this not only makes it faster (and cheaper), but also ensures that everything goes to the right place. I put a colored sticker on each box/item with the room that I wanted it to go into. The movers were able to work faster without me telling them exactly where every single thing went. Next time I move, I will definitely be hiring All Pro Moving & Storage again!

The crew I got were not capable of moving furniture without damaging everything. I received no reimbursements for damages or offer to fix damages. A lot of negative reviews on here about this company, please take this seriously, they are not concerned about how they treat your furniture and could care less of the condition of your belongings. Driver smelt of alcohol. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This company moved me and the experience was awful. The men didn't know how to pack the truck. My brother who doesn't work for the company had to tell them what to do. One of the guys was so hungover he couldn't work. At the end they upped the price to almost double.

Hi, we weren’t very satisfied with the overall service. Workers took a lot of smoke breaks, definitely a minimum of 5-10 minutes each hour but at other times it was sooner like every 35-40 minutes it was break time for some reason, and everyone would go out at the same time so work completely stopped during that time period and since they were together and having fun with each other as you can imagine they were closer to 10-15 minutes than 5, especially as the day went on. I understand breaks are important and customary in this type of work but it got to be a bit unprofessional when customers are paying per hour, I can’t possibly imagine taking that much time off out of my work day in my job or anyone I know getting away with that on the clock. This was a residential move of a two bedroom home for context. The workers were very friendly and happy, it was a young group of friends (early 20s), one of them a girl (FYI owner’s daughter I believe she said) and the shift leader was very accommodating and reasonable at the end of the day. Regarding the service, some of my furniture did get scratched due to lack of packing materials, they used a lot of blankets to wrap or throw on things instead of carefully shrink wrapping which I believe would have prevented most of the scratches I found on my wood furniture. Overall, it was the most affordable place with insurance and based on my budget it made sense, I would say keep in mind it’ll get the job done but not without a few headaches, hence the price. There are some things I had no idea until that day regarding fees, for example some heavy equipment like a treadmill is not included and it’s extra, I don’t remember how much but enough to seem like a hidden fee since yes it’s a heavy but a pretty common item.

I would give them 5 more stars if that was allowed!! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with All Pro Movers. I hired them when I moved from NH to Boston, then again moving back from Boston to Manchester, and most recently during my third move to another location in NH. My initial contact years ago was by referral and I am so thankful that she referred me to this company! I called them up most recently only a month prior to our move date. They were more than accommodating. I had initially filled out a request online and they were on the phone with me not even a few hours later! We scheduled everything that day. On the Monday prior to the move (which was on Wednesday), I received a phone call to confirm and to go over all the details. He recognized that I was a repeat customer and really made me feel comfortable with what was about to come. No one likes moving…especially not me, but I knew I was in GREAT hands with these folks! Once they arrived at my apartment, they started working like mad men. I've seen a few moving companies in my life and none as fast and efficient as these guys. They came with all the equipment they were supposed to bring and immediately began wrapping, carrying and stacking. I had a larger than expected furniture, etc. which took some time to fit into the truck, but once that was done, they got the whole job done at an incredible pace. (Lets put it this way, I left to get coffee, and at this point the truck wasn’t even halfway packed up, when I got back – and Dunkins is only 2 min down the road)….they were already putting the final boxes in the truck!!!) INCREDIBLE…and the best part was, they were FAST AND CAREFUL with all my belongings…not careless at all. Once we arrived at my new place they unpacked everything swiftly and smoothly. You can pay them via credit card right on the spot, which was very convenient. They guys did everything perfectly and are probably the best bang for your buck you'll find in the area! I would without a doubt highly recommended to anyone who is reading this review and all of my friends & family who are in the market for a moving company (in fact I already have)! Thank you to everyone at All Pro Movers for making a very stressful time, less stressful!

hired these"movers" to move my girl friend things to my place. I only hired these guys as EVERYONE was booked out for the dates we needed. I read reviews, some good and some bad. More about the review later. We figured we were lucky just to find any mover available.The movers were about an hour late saying they had truck issues, no call to let us know they were going to be late. 1 of the movers was clearly not experienced and the other looked like he slept under a bridge.The main guy Jarrod was very arrogant and was highly unmotivated to say the least. We tried to make the best out of what we had to deal with. They, the movers, argued about what the plan was on what to move first i guess. The mood was tense with them. We tried to get them to a little friendly by offering drinks,snacks and encouragements. I could write a book about all the drama these guys put us through. Im no expert in moving but i figure these guys wasted at least 2 hours with "butt breaks" and differences of what to do next. As far as damage goes,well, lets just say extensive. Nothing broken that couldn't be repaired. Scratches and dents to walls ,floors and furniture. We did not tip them and we could see the anger the eyes. Scary scary people here. Now about these 5 star reviews they seem to have. It looks like that most are within a 30 day time frame. But what sticks out to me as a Red Sox Fan is one is from Pudge Fisk. Former cather of the Boston Red Sox and hall of famer. 1 5 star review is written by the same mover, Jarrod who moved my girlfriend. I would use caution with this company.

My wife and I moved out of our house and have All Pro storing our stuff for a few weeks. Calling to schedule was easy. No pressure sales and an honest approach helped make the choice easy. The owner set the expectation that it would be an all day move and that one truck was needed. He was correct. We had a three person crew move us out. They worked extremely well together and had a plan of attack which made the whole process easy. We are going to have the same crew move us into our new home in a few weeks. We were very impressed.

Would rate zero if I could. Do not recommend. Was told I was first appointment in the morning and played phone tag with the owner for hours and guys didn't show up until almost 1. Worst of all, owner took zero accountability and was a poor communicator. Issue ended up being because guys were out on a job late the night before, which is understandable but at least have the decency to communicate with your customers, especially when you don't end up showing up when you are supposed to

Amazing company!!! Out standing they have changed all there crews up and have amazing young professionals working for them, got quoted for 10 hour job.... They did it in 7 wow i had really expensive and heavy marble piaces and they did it with no propblems very professional, this company has really showed that hard work and a good attitude is still out there, all and everyone call them for a move thank you all pro!!
