SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL BROKER'S IN THIS OFFICE, ITS lOGISTIC'S IS DIFFERENT STORY BUT THOSE PEOPLE ARE UNHONEST, RUDE, THEY HAVE NOT RESPOND ON EMAIL AND WE WERE ON THEM LOAD, AT LEAST TO OFFICIALY SAY THAT IS NOT OUR OR ANY, AND IN THE END SOME LUCAS AND MICHAEL , PALYED THE GAMES, NO RESPONSE AND IN THE END SOME OF THOSE PEOPLE IN THE BACK HAD A COMMENT THAT WE ARE F... ID... COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, ACTING LIKE A STREET GATO GUY'S WHO JUST JUMP IN THE OFFICE BY ACCIDENT . WE ARE ALSO TRIED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER, THEY DIDN'T LET US TO TALK, AND PLYED GAME'S ALL OVER . IVE BOOKED A FEW LOADS WITH THEM, EVERY LOAD BUT 1 THEY CANCELED. IVE TALKED TO MANY OF MY FREINDS, SAME STORY. DO NOT BOOK TEAM LOADS WITH THEM. SOMETIMES YOU COME TO PICK UP AT 6-10PM AND AFTER A COUPLE HOURS THEY CANCEL THE LOAD AND SAY THE PRODUCT IS NOT READY. THEY PAY $150 TONU BARELY BUT FOR A TEAM FOR A FULL DAY WASTED ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO ENOUGH. OTHER TIMES THEY MAKE A STORY THAT THE CUSTOMER NOW WANTS HAZMAT, EVERYTIME THEY CANCEL AND USE A DIFFERENT EXCUSE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Worst company to work with as a carrier, broker- Jared Josh, etc... they don't have respect for women and no moral values. ITS don't value carrier at all, these people should be ashamed to represent ITS, but one thing for sure is ,the way they treat others they will be treated as well. To other carrier dont let this knuckle heads intimidate you by not giving us load.

They don't have any accounting department and they never respond to emails sent to their so called accounting department. The phone number is always on answering machine and no response to voice messages either. Very unprofessional company to do business with. Please be aware that they don't pay on time and we are still waiting on payment which is 5 months past due. Looks like we have to take strong measures to recovery our money.

I feel the broker I used didn’t tell me the correct information. I was told that I would be able to deliver and get my trailer 2-4 hours after I arrived at the delivery. They wanted a team with expedited service.....get it there ASAP. My drivers sat at the receiver for over 12 hours. They used the ratecon as the gospel even though I was told something else different by the broker. I had a team sitting for over 24 hours on this load. I agreed to 16 hours of waiting but the last 8 caused my truck to miss a reload and $1000 more of lost revenue for the week. I called and spoke with the broker one time but he wouldn’t do anything and would not accept any more of my calls or respond to emails. I called his boss and he called me a two year old because I had to speak over him a few times. He would not shut up and he would absolutely not hear my problems. Freight brokers have no idea how hard it is for fleets to make money. The truth is they don’t care. I had a bad experience on this load with ITS and I will be cautious with them in the future. I now have all brokers put in writing anytime they tell me info different from the ratecon.

Don't book loads with these guys. They will be polite before booking. Once the load delivers you won't get anyone on the phone. A long hold and a lot of promises. Accounting does not exist. They won't pay you.

Very unprofessional broker. After load is delivered they won't answer the phone. Text on any type of communication you may want to have with them, I called several times broker and accounts payable without any luck. Left several messages no call back yet, I dont know when or if they will pay me for the load since nobody answers

Very unprofessional brokers. Only respond or email, when they need information, otherwise ignore the calls or emails. This means no help or assistance; very rude. With their attitude, would not recommend to anyone. I am very disappointed in the experience

Be aware of this company.after waiting 5 Hrs. at shipper in LA they called load cancelled at 11:30pm.i have no choice to book a another load at midnight.they sent me email they will pay me TONU.now 15 days passed they are not answering my call not replying my email.
