The service when I rented was topnotch. The unit I rented is convenient to get to. It did need a good cleaning, though, which is a first for me, and since my job requires relocation every couple of years I've lived in a lot of different cities and towns and required a storage unit in each one. Also, the price is higher than anywhere else I've lived, but it seems to be the market standard for Vegas. Overall, I would have given 4 1/2 stars if that were possible, but I'll give these guys the benefit of the doubt because they're so professional and easy to deal with...

Not a veteran friendly company! I asked prior to driving to this location if they give military discount, they said yes they do. I got there filled out all the paperwork, they charge my credit card and then I showed him my retiree ID card and they said sorry, we only honor active-duty not reserves or retirees.

Loved my entire experience with this storage facility. The staff and they owners were always willing to work with me on months I was having a hard time paying, due to a divorce. Every time I went to my storage they were extremely helpful and friendly. This might sound weird but I always felt better after leaving and I like when a business (no matter what type) connects with their customers.

I called Fort Apache Desert Self Storage after having a reservation at Public Storage after talking to a rude person over the phone that would not take the time to talk to me at all or give me any information I asked about . I spoke with James at Fort Apache Desert Inn and he was supperrrr friendly and gave me more than I asked for ! He gave me prices on everything including insurance . I made the drive to the property immediately and was greeted by James and Ron . I give these guys a 10/10 for great customer service and making my experience short and easy !!

Have had my unit for over 10 years. For past year, new management has lost its personal touch. have always received phone call for any situation, including account past due.Advised Manager "Ron", to please update contacts to cell phone only. Once again, my request is ignored. Facility itself is 5 star. However, when Management is out to make as much money as possible, I.E.(fees, fees, & more fees), from its customers, I have no desire to to contribute to Ron's pocketbook. Gonna pay a friend to store in their garage for 1/2 the price.

This is a fine storage area. Ron is extremely helpful. He really takes pride in his work. I planned on leaving my things for only a month but had to leave it longer. When I forgot my method of payment was month to month, I was pleasently surprised to recieve a call prior to the due date reminding me, so that I was able to avoid a late fee. In fact I was able to pay right then over the phone. There is also a U-Haul less than a mile away. I recommend them as well.9

6/2019 - This facility is well kept, clean and organized. I was impressed with all the security features: ( Camera's, Coded gates and an awsome site managers watchfull eye). I located this storage facility in an internet search from out of state. I was contacted by James Holley immediatly while I was making an online reservation, he was kind and answered all my questions. He spoke very highly about Ron Ross, the site manager who would be there to check me in when i arrived the following day. Ron Ross made check in easy and accommodated me in every way possible. The storage unit was exceptionally clean and Ron even went out of his way to install a new light bulb in the unit. Moving from out of state to a new area is a big task. Having a team like Ron and James there to support me during the moving transistion is so self assuring. The rates and location are ideal for my budget. I would highly recommend F.A.D.I. Self Storage.
