Very unhappy with this company. They do not return phone calls or follow up as promised. On the loading and unloading of our move they had workers that were drunk and on drugs. This cause damage to my possessions and to my property. Can't get the GM to return an email or phone call...

Sandy and Bruce packed our entire kitchen for us. They treated our possessions like they were their own. Everything was carefully wrapped and packed. They were great. The movers did a great job loading the truck with our furniture and boxes. Lloyd, the driver, was friendly, efficient, and took great care in loading and tracking our items. Our furniture is now in storage at Carey Allied in South Carolina. So far, our experience with them, through Kim, has been good. All in all, very satisfied with Berger Allied.

Keith with Berger Transfer & Storage moved our entire household and delivered it 1135 miles away. We have used movers for our many interstate moves and Keith and his crew on both ends of the move took great care in moving our possessions. The furniture that was taken apart was put together better than when we purchased it and both our antique china cabinets were handled with extreme care. We highly recommend Keith and Berger Transfer & Storage for your next move!!

The office staff is extremely responsive, if you have a question they address it immediately. Andrea was awesome to work with. The site survey and quote were accurate, Sean, our sales rep was pleasant. The move itself was handled quickly both loading and unloading. My perspective of the move comes from 29 years in the van line industry. There are things that I would have done differently such as where the driver located inventory stickers on the furniture or the measures taken to protect the house (at either end), but things have changed throughout the business. Quality was acceptable and I would recommend Berger Allied to a friend without hesitation.

Very in happy with this company, first of all I am active duty military and this company gets paid a lot of money to do our moves. They recommended that my king bed be crated and that it would be a extra charge. I said no problem, the manager Andria called me back asking if I wanted it to be uncrated at destination, which I said yes. And turns out she didn't set that up, she lied and said it was included in the price which it wasn't. Now we have to uncrate the thing ourselves. Going to make sure this company gets the worst review ever when I do my final survey with the military.

I have used Allied multiple times to relocate. I do not recommend the Las Vegas team ESPECIALLY if short term storage is involved. Our home was loaded into moving crates by the Las Vegas Berger Allied team. The team arrived on time, loaded the crates with care, and left at a reasonable time. After being in storage for less than 30 days, I was notified that our shipment (which has easily fit inside one truck in prior moves) was being broken up into quantity 2 shipments. The first shipment arrived during the delivery window. The second shipment did not arrive during the promised window. The moving company opened the crates at their warehouse and loaded the items into two separate shipments and lost many items. Things like: 1/2 a king bed box spring, a coffee table, quantity 2 dining room table leaves, a fireplace mantel, a dining room rug, a wardrobe full of men's suits, custom shirts, the side rails to a king head board and foot board that make the bed unable to be hooked together, a specific cam interlocking bed support system for another head board & foot board which also makes the bed unable to be installed, the hardware box to assemble our kitchen table, men's dress shoes, ties, men's pelican hunting cases full of misc. hunting clothes. How do you lose a hardware box that your company packed? This is not the proper manner to relocate someone that is trusting you with the valuables of the home. I assumed the division was professional, capable of tracking inventoried goods, and delivering entrusted items. I do not recommend this division of the company.

Superbly competent and professional company. Moved me twice in 12 days old home to storage and storage to new home. 100 miles away. All staff office and moving crews are honest very very careful with HH goods. Price was 1/2 a local mover company’s price. For a big name brand international company like allied van lines. They beat all other moving company’s in price and quality of service. They even charged less both times because of my preps. Great great company. 5 stars. Jim Cooper
