Do you want to do any reblasts for 50% off or pull the follow-up data? Unique Conversion Drop-Off Sent 3145 99.62 % 0.38 % Opened 64 2.13 % 97.87 % Clicks 1 0.03 % 99.97 % Worst company ever! I paid $485 and bought 3145 emails. Their report shows only 65 email have delivered! My money basically sent yo junk!

While I'm sure everybody else had a positive experience with InfoUSA, it's very hard to work with a company that isn't very responsive. I asked for a quote from Jason King and a week later he went on vacation. Took a week to receive a quote from his other team members. I asked for a re-quote based on certain information I received on their pricing. Still no new quote. I wouldn't recommend their services to anybody that I know moving forward.

Over the years, we have also worked with other representatives and they have taken great care of us also. Our requests will often have revisions due to the nature of our clients and he is always quick to make those revisions without hesitation. Their purchasing process and delivery of the product is very streamlined and easy. Customer Satisfaction is very important to them and it shows. I purchases some business email data for a email campaign. Their websites which is used to select data parameters is terribly designed and almost unusable. The data was very bad quality with a bounce rate close to 25% and an open rate of less than 8%. I would no recommend them or use them again.

This company claims accurate data and it is not true. When I complained to them about my yieldings, they acted apologetic but did nothing. I purchased a targeted mailing list from this company (for about $1000) for homes with children residing in them. 1/3 of the mail was returned (due to incorrect addresses). I also received a lot of angry phone calls from people saying they don't have children in the household and asked how I got their information. After throwing money away on this and postage, I had 0 response from my "target audience". If you are looking to purchase mailing addresses from this company you would probably have better results searching for free public records at your local city hall or doing direct mailing to zip codes through USPS.

MY sales rep Bob L did a very nice job on filtering specific data we needed for a niche company and even after the 1st try, he was very quick to rectify the mistake or over site we both noticed while searching Primary and Secondary SIC coded data. The process was quick and efficient and I have already scrubbed myself and uploaded into my CRM so we can start email campaigns, social media campaigns, etc. InfoUSA is not just a phone book as their competitors will say. I received website and great contacts emails for companies and decision making people in the industry I needed.

Our business purchased an email list to send to 10K prospective clients...60% of these were un-deliverable, unacceptable for the amount we have spent this campaign and with what we have spent so far with them this year. Errors with their mail delivery and mail servers also caused things to go directly to Spam...worth the money? Absolutely not. $200 spent on Facebook ads ended up creating more leads for us than this. Please consider another doing business with another agency.
