Nate was extremely professional from start to finish. He answered my initial call promptly and was clear about his services and cost. He kept in touch with me throughout the experience so I knew when to expect him. The weather was predicted to be bad so he thoughtfully arranged to pick up and deliver earlier than we had originally scheduled. The furniture was thoroughly wrapped in order to protect it from damage. Nate and his assistant were careful during the unloading and the carrying of it up a flight of stairs. I could not have been more pleased with the courtesy shown and the job done and I would wholeheartedly recommend Triple T Moving, Inc.

Changed from 2 to 1 star I didnt expect to get a reply of thanks for your feedback, at least a sorry would have been decent. Bad news is that upon recipt of my upack trailer I have discovered that a lot of our furniture is damaged to the point it would have been cheaper to throw everything away then try and move it. I am no mover but our leather high quality couches are ruined with holes from workout equipment and other metal objects being placed on them. Our washer and drying had items stacked on top of them with no tie downs causing the items to shift and rub the paint off. The front clear windows have large friction scratches all over it to the point it's no longer see through (1800 kg washer driver set). Multiple tie downs were provided to the company and only 4 used for 18 ft worth of items (8000lbs). Loose objects where placed on top of items that had no stability falling to the end of the trailer and breaking. So loosely pack and tie downs not used that even the 3 inch steel bars for the barrier wall bent which the drive for upack said he had never seen before. Even the tiedowns used weren't tight. Thousands of dollars worth of damage in my estimate caused because objects were not secured by the team. I have only unpacked a 3rd of the trailer and I'm dreading seeing what other damaged items could be in waiting.

The most accommodating movers you could imagine. They said yes to anything and everything we asked them to do when we had to move our house very quickly. Our situation required that we closed on our house we sold at the same day we closed on our house we purchased. We scheduled them in very short notice to do a ton of work moving us and helping us clean out our house we sold. The soft snow kept me from getting the 20 foot moving truck to my new house. I just moved from Colorado to Montana and had to complete the move and return the rental truck on the same afternoon I called for help. The guys showed up almost immediately and in a matter of hours had our belongs inside the new house. Once finished they took the truck back for me as my only vehicle also broke down the same day. Triple T moving company did a great job! It was such a blessing to not have to try and pack up my house with 2 young kids at home! Triple T moving made moving into a new house much less stressful! The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because after we moved out and did the walk thru we noticed 3 huge holes in the wall. I would still recommend them though. I would just remind the movers to go slow when hauling things out.
