I would give zero stars if that was a choice. This is the company that IKEA hired and we did not get a choice in deciding. They held our order at their facility for nearly 2 weeks, giving us multiple excuses when we checked delivery status about why. First their driver no showed, then the driver was sick, then they hired a new driver and would call us when they were an hour away. Upon reading google/YELP reviews this is apparently generic excuses they’ve used multiple times on other people. Finally today we see the truck pull up outside our neighbors house and go check if they’re supposed to be there for us, turns out our neighbors by some odd twist of events also ordered from IKEA at the same time we did and had been dealing with the same problems as us. The driver called them (not us) and our neighbors had to go meet them somewhere in town and bring them to their house because they claimed their GPS wasn’t working. Once they unloaded their order, they illegally parked on an emergency route and blocked an entire lane to deliver ours AFTER asking that my husband pull his truck around so they could load it into his truck instead of in front of our house. Then the 2 men asked my husband, who is untrained and does not work for their company to operate their truck lift for them!!!! For what reason, we have no idea. I’m not sure when or how your company went downhill, but it certainly has and you now have 2 more very unsatisfied customers. Fix your issues. Do not recommend them for delivery or unloading or even customer service to find out about the status of your order. Save yourself the time and hassle by going to literally ANY other company.
