OnTheMove Zach & his crew are most professional, competent and efficient. They take very good care of your furniture. This is second time I have had them assist with a move & highly recommend them. The office lady however was extremely offended when asked about the time element; in no uncertain terms she told me I was absolutely wrong, added other comments, and hung up on me. I would definitely use Zach and team again but would avoid the office barracuda. She must've been having a bad day.

Everything we had was glassware, kitchenware and very fragile and she packed it precisely and with care. I would recommend them to anyone for packing or moving purposes.

I hired On the Move two weeks ago to help me load a U-Haul truck. The movers, Chris and Chris, arrived right on time, they were courteous and friendly, and damn do they know how to load a truck. I was worried that I hadn't rented a large enough truck, but they packed my stuff in there nice and tight with room to spare. When I opened the truck three days and 1200 miles later, nothing had shifted. Nothing! A great packing job by a couple of great movers!

I used On The Move in October and couldn't have been more pleased with their services. It was a large job - they moved the contents of a 7,000 sq ft house (with many large pieces of furniture) into 2 storage units. We moved into a furnished house, so they also had to help move some furniture in and out of the new house as well. Nothing fazed them - they were up to the task! There were a few surprises (we had lots of lumber and elk antlers!), but they handled them with a "no problem" attitude, which I truly appreciated. They worked hard and worked until the job was done, which was no easy task. Zack is great guy, and I would highly recommend them for any type of job!

Jessica is amazing. She turns the stressful situations that arise during the moving process and makes them more manageable. They always step up in a time of need for example having your previous moving company cancel on you two days before the big move. We used On the Move for our recent move and it was a wonderful experience! In the past we had used Mergenthaulers to do our moving, but thought we would try On the Move because they were significantly less expensive. GREAT decision. Not only were they were less expensive, but they were able to get us scheduled sooner. The guys were great and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We have extremely heavy, over sized furniture and Venetian plaster walls. They took extreme caution to make sure neither was damaged in the process. We moved from a house that was up a dirt road and even though everything was packed very secure, a piece of glass broke on our hutch. Without hesitation Zach told us he would have it fixed. He had it fixed and returned before the end of the day!! I was shocked! We will ALWAYS use On the Move for any future moving we do.

These guys were great. They showed up on time and loaded one and a half large storage units packed full, into a single 26 ft rental truck. The load traveled fine and did not shift one my trip to Colorado. The movers that I hired on this end commented on how well the truck was packed. Nothing was broken or even scratched. I wish I had hired these guys before when I moved my house into those storage units, then maybe I wouldn't be having shoulder surgery. At any rate I would defiantly hire them again.

What a great group of guys! We moved a large, uniquely shaped chicken coop from another home's backyard to our pasture. They did an amazing job getting it positioned into specifically placed cement blocks. All the while, they maintained a refreshing, fun attitude. Zach and his crew loaded my moving van at end of April for an interstate move = to 1500 miles. I cannot say enough how well On the Move packed me in my 26' moving van! Not one single thing shifted during transport and when I arrived to my destination, everything was exactly as it was 3 days prior when they loaded it. :) After movers unloaded everything at my new destination, I noticed there was slight damage to my very expensive (and heavy!) dining room table that was a result, I'm sure, of being packed so tight. Regardless, I took a photo and sent to Zach who immediately agreed to take care of the damage. A man of his word, he asked me to send him the estimate however, I had it restored inexpensively so I opted to forego charging it back to On the Move. Yeah, they were THAT good! I will hire them again anytime I'm back in Montana! Thanks, Guys!!!

Former MSU running back Zach,Willis and his team mate, former MSU offensive tackle, Walt Glover attack the job with amazing power, grace and good humor. They are the NFL of movers, that's how big, strong, and fast they are. I put myself through college carrying furniture for a moving company so I recognize men who know what they are doing but do it supremely well. Out of the 22,000 pounds of our stuff, nothing got dropped, scratched or even chipped. And if we asked them to do something extra they always said, "sure."
