AA moved our entire office of 30 employees in less than two days! Sherman, Aaron, James and Coy were hard-working, professional and incredibly accommodating. We weren't as organized as we should have been, but they took everything in stride, sometimes moving our huge furniture pieces more than once. We used AA when we moved 8 years ago, and because of a great experience then, we hired them again. I'm so glad we did. If we ever have to move again, I'm definitely calling AA Moving, Storage & Transfer, Inc.

Horrible customer service. My husband and I were told that this company would be at our house to pick up an item that we were returning to costco. The day was scheduled and an estimate time was given. Items were placed out on deck ready to be picked up, as instructed, in the middle of winter . They did not show up the scheduled day, nor did we get notified that they would not be here. When they did finally show up, the employee was not careful with the items being returned, used greasy gloves to move a perfect condition mattress, left a huge grease stain on the interior of house, and threw the adjustable bed frames into the back of the truck and caused them to break. We would not recommend or trust this company.

They made every effort to make sure both the piano and our house were safe from harm as they brought that huge piano up from the basement. Aaron and his helper did a fantastic job moving all the furniture in our 4-bdrm home including a very large and very heavy 100+ year-old upright grand piano. They did it all in 3 1/2 hours and nothing was even scratched in the process. They were upbeat the whole time, very prompt and quick, and once in the new house placed everything where I wanted it and even put together the beds. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I am so disappointed at the unprofessional job Mergenthaler's did with my move. I have used their services many times in the past. I have never had an issue like this. I bought the top insurance for the move so there would be no issues if they damaged anything. Before the move, I called the office to make sure they knew that I wanted all mattresses in a box. This was because I was putting them in storage. It was written on the top of my contact. When they arrived, I again reminded the movers to make sure they were put in a box at least 3 more times. As they were breakdown one of the beds, i again reminded them. Some of my items were going into storage and some went into a home. I was at the house telling them where to put things. The next day, I went to the storage. When I opened it, I was greeted with my $5,000 mattress completely uncovered, no box no plastic. In addition to that, it was all dirty and torn. I immediately called the office to let them know about the damage. I told them I was very annoyed that this happened after all my efforts to insure this didn't happen. When I filed the claim, they denied payment using the excuse that I didn't let them know that on the day of the move and that it was delivered to a storage unit. I had 3 people as witness. None of this mattered. I feel completely ripped off. Since it was on the contract and they failed to meet the contract, there should be no questions about payment. Needless to say, I will never be using them again and do everything in my power to make sure that everyone knows what they do to their customers. There was a time were you received customer service but this is no long the case. They are more expensive than every other moving company in the Valley. Save your money and DON"T USE MERGENTHALER's

They were very organized and courteous and did such an excellent job...wrapping each item and fitting everything in...can't say enough good about these guys. I had ordered a full size mattress and box spring through Costco and it was delivered on Monday, October 7th. Brian and his co-worker (I apologize for not remembering his name) arrived first thing in the morning at my house with my new mattress. They helped take apart the old bed frame and assisted us in setting up the new bed frame. They quickly brought in the new mattress and box spring, carefully placed the new mattress and box spring on the new frame and took away all the packaging. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I would call Mesa Moving and Storage again......great company!

I recently moved using Kalispell Merganthaler....I can't say enough about their efficiency and careful handling of all of our furniture. 2 movers primarily handled the actual moving of the furniture and 2 movers primarily handled wrapping each piece of furniture and securing in the truck. We had to move a 1,500lb safe from truck to garage down a gravel driveway. The crew that was sent out to me blew me away. AA Moving was fantastic - moved us the end of January, 2016, the middle of winter, to an even more wintery spot only 5 miles south of Canada. From the moment Aaron came to estimate and inventory our house, we felt like a friend was helping us out! Despite repeated trips to their office looking for MORE boxes, David and crew were always welcoming. When the big day finally arrived, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and collected our boxes and furniture in record time - more than enough time to have my carpets cleaned that same day. They got an early start the day they brought our things to the new home, and despite snowy and rutted roads, arrived on time and in good spirits. Our driveway was a problem despite our efforts to have the snow plowed, but Kyle and the crew kept their humor and professionalism and came up with Plan B. We were so impressed, and very thankful! The price was very reasonable, but the experience was exceptional! I would recommend these people to anyone!

I hate to write negative reviews, but I just had a pretty poor experience and I'm bummed out about it. Amazon chose MTS to deliver some flat pack furniture , Mergenthaler is the local transfer station for them. I got an exception email from amazon saying my package couldn't be delivered. So I called the local MTS number and talked with Christy who was snippy with me immediately , and continued to be short and rude throughout both conversations. I explained that the driver was mistaken, there was a note on the door (where they told me to put it) and that waiting until Tuesday for their next opening wasn't going to work for me. The driver left all the boxes (which are all in very poor condition) in the middle of my sidewalk, rather than on my porch... According to Amazon this was supposed to be porch delivery not random front yard delivery. I guess my biggest problem was the office lady Christy who was just rude for no reason. Hope her day improves or something and she's nicer in the future. I also hope my furniture isn't screwed up.

After a mid-winter move to Kila, and some road restrictions being implemented, we needed to get our 28’ trailer unloaded and re-loaded into two smaller trucks in Kalispell then brought to our home. We had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday March 27, at 0945, to meet at the transfer center with our set of keys to open the trailer. I did receive a phone call at 0900 indicating they had finished their previous job and were 15 minutes away from the transfer center. I explained that we were in Kila, a good 30 minute drive away and would leave early in order to meet them. As it turned out, we did not arrive until our original scheduled appointment at 0945. Upon opening the doors to the trailer, we realized how shoddy the previous loaders back in Ca loaded some of the furnishings. The crew of 4 (Paul, Joe, Micah and Ryan) pointed out some damage and took some of their own photos. We left and headed home to await their arrival. It took them exactly 2 hours to unload the 28’ trailer and re-load it into the 2 smaller trucks. Once they arrived, they started hauling in all of our stuff, and placed it EXACTLY where we asked them to. All 4 of them were polite, had a sense of humor, were professional and hard working. My husband and I were very happy with their hard work. We fed them some pizza and soda, which they went “off the clock” for. Aside from their lunch break, we only saw them take one break the entire day, which was approx 7 hours. We had a slight issue with our very heavy bed not fitting in our room, and they without hesitation, took the heavy bed components to the garage where we asked them to stack it. Then they took apart a different bed and relocated it to our master bedroom so we would have a bed. I apologized for that inconvenience, and they chucked, saying it was nothing to apologize for, as they were here working for us. Um, hello great work ethics!!! The day went without hitch, and are so happy with the services that we received. The only thing that I was a little bummed about was the paperwork indicated a start time of 0915. I did not find this fair as our appointment was at 0945. They did adjust the start time to 0930, but considering we were paying roughly $200 an hour for the crew of 4 on two trucks, 15 minutes is valued at $50 bucks. Clearly this is more of a paperwork issue and does not reflect the hard work that these boys did for us!!!! We are very pleased and will certainly recommend their services at any time.

We had two absolutely full, 28' containers we needed unloaded and had a very narrow window to do so and to top it off, it had to be done on slippery ice.. On Christmas Eve and knowing we had an evening obligation, Vince, DJ, Todd and Mike came to our rescue. They were not only capable and professional but personable and thoughtful. The team that loaded our containers set up some damaging and unsafe conditions and these four gentlemen set up a process to overcome a host of unique challenges. Their patience knew no end with items to move upstairs, downstairs, to the garage and to storage. They were helpful and insightful and made what could have been a miserable day a productive and enjoyable experience. They even completed the job early so we had no problem getting to our Celebration of the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ! We can't imagine using anyone else when we need furniture and household good moved. They have our whole-hearted endorsement!

We would give zero stars if possible. Our valuable belongings were damaged due to how things were loaded in the truck, then transferred to a second truck and then a crate, and then another truck in transit. The movers who unloaded were aghast at how the crate exploded with heavy items careening down the ramp. We filed a claim with photographs to prove the damages and were told the damaged pieces were disallowed due to us disposing of them after the movers told us they had documented the damages. Read everything carefully! We paid the extra insurance on top of the expensive cost of the move to prevent this-save your money and frustration. Better yet, hire local movers on each end and rent a U-Haul to insure you get your items safely to your next home.

We had them pack our home in Washington, and move us to Montana. They were prompt and fast at packing, however over time after moving we realized that there were numerous items that were not delivered to our new home. They made absolutely no attempt to locate our belongings when I inquired. True, I did sign the paperwork that said we received everything--hey the truck looked empty. I expected them to be professional and responsible, and actually keep all of my things together. If they had even made some kind of effort to find these missing boxes/items, or pretended to try to locate them, then I would have felt much better. Where in the world would they leave them if they weren't delivered to me? And who else would possibly want them? Stay away. Look for a different moving company that will take care of your belongings.
