They could not have botched a cross country move for an estate more than they did. Many boxes had NO packing at all, and items were delivered to wrong family members in addition to one family receiving almost every piece of furniture broken. Very poor communication with receiving families about delivery dates. We found their services to be extremely unprofessional.
