Reserved a truck here and confirmed reservation two days prior to pickup. Regardless ESSC gave my reserved truck to a walk in customer without informing me. I showed up to no available trucks. This place straight up screwed me over and should lose their license with Uhaul.

Expect your rates to raise every year and you may or may not get a written notice. They do not send out bills and if you are late by a day you can be locked out.

This is one of the nicest and most secure storage facilities in Missoula county. 24/7 security cameras, friendly and attentive staff, (that actually answer the phone) along with clean and well maintained units. As a bonus, they offer u-haul services!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Eagle Self Storage again!

BEWARE !!! Where to begin... Walked in as employee was being rude to someone that was closing out their unit and asked for a receipt and employee rudely told her they dont give any receipts....really? Went there for a storage auction but since there were only two of us there they said it was a sealed bid instead of live auction like advertised. I asked if we could be there when bids were opened and they laughed and told me no. Why would you not open them for the bidders? So that their buddies can get the stuff instead of a legitimate high bidder. Dishonest and rude.

I rented here for years, was fine other than periodic rate increases and being overpriced. Then it flooded and they did nothing. Didn't even mitigate the problem from continuing, just let the ice and snow remain piled against the doors to further the issue.

I have recently moved to Missoula from out of state. The staff is very friendly, and competent. They even give out ice cold water on hot days, and gave tips on where to fish locally. There is nowhere else that can match their customer service and security 13/10 would highly recommend.

Our family has had multiple units here for over 5 years. Facility is clean and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful. When my elderly parents started to have trouble remembering to get their payments in on time, the staff suggested auto-pay to avoid the late fees. Great facility!

I've been storing my Boat at this facility for almost 3 years now. It is one of the most convenient storage places I ever used. I don't even got to worry about backing my boat in The unit I'm in gots double doors so I can just drive my truck right through. Wouldn't keep my stuff anywhere else.

Seems to run the business with a screw the customer attitude. Manager responds to complaints with dismissive childish comments. Owner Bob McCue sites Laws that state a requirement of 30 days notice, while saying you have 7 days notice and then he will sieze the contents of your unit and sell at auction. I would very much stay away from this business. Have had many storage units and this is the worst I have ever had to deal with.
