Do not work for this company. They sale u hopes and dreams and delivers nothing . They say the pay for room food and transportation for u to get to the orientation but once u get to the training the 4th day they make u sign a contract to repay the money if u dont work for them the min of 6 months. Its sign or figure out home to get home on your own. They dont pay break down, layover or dention even tho they say they do and then they dont pay u for the work u do for them then to put insult over all with all the camera they have on the truck front back side and all the sensor they gonna say u damaged the truck and the camera didnt pick it up so they gonna keep your last 2 paychecks they also say in training that if u return the truck to a terminal and not abandon the truck u dont have to pay for the fuel and thats a lie also I know I jus went though this with this company by far the worse place ive ever been dont recommend is company to anyone

Great company to work for in my openion , Dispatch runs me where i like to go and everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to.... My only wish is one day they get back to runing up into Canada again ...

About a couple of weeks ago one of your trucks was in Spokane Washington. While on my way to work I happen to be behind that track and I notice that his padlock with his keys still in it was just dangling on the back of his door. So I quickly called the number on the back of the door and I let the lady know what was going on. And she proceeded to thank me very much and that she would get in touch with that driver as soon as she possibly could. Seen as how we were coming up on a red light I had enough time to get out of my car And run back to him and quickly let him know about his padlock in his keys. All the while the lady was still on the phone with me. So I let the lady know that are yet inform the driver of what was going on and she then asked me for my address in which I gave it to her and I asked her why and she said she simply wanted to send me a thank you note. Well the thank you know ended up consisting of 2 pens 1 very sturdy nice cop a beer holder or pop can holder and a sponge like semi truck Along with a Mini flashlight and a letter stating the thank you very much Renee for letting our driver know we were able to get him back on the road and not lose any time thanks to you once again. I thought that was pretty cool you guys are in all right company I'm just glad that I was able to help.

I have been driving for decker truck line for about a month and a half and it is by far the best company I have ever driven for. If you want a company that truly cares about their drivers you should look into this company. Great pay great miles and the driver managers actually know what they are doing. It is just an overall great company

Very nice new facility with lots of Room to be able to maneuver your truck in period the fuel islands were clean and in good working order. Parking was abundant. The driver facilities were spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
