Careless and refuse to take full responsibility. They give you a form of “high-value items” so that they can take special care not to damage them. When they damage your high value items to the point they can no longer be used (I.e. elliptical machine, laptop, furniture) they refuse to offer reimbursement and push off the blame. I personally watched the movers mishandle one of my high value items, asked them not to continue doing it the way they were, and was completely disregarded. After they left and I unpacked I noticed the item no longer worked properly. I also had some money that I moved on my own and I still have not found that to this day (and I’m extremely organized). That I can’t prove, but still...suspicious. I had a MacBook completely smashed, but since I packed it in my own box and wrote “do not stack anything on top of this box. .. FRAGILE FRAGILE !! “, that made my claim void. I could go on, but I will just leave you with a warning... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ** to expand upon my review above, no, I did not turn the laptop in because I did not notice it until the company had already sent me a check trying to settle the claim. You only have 90 days to unpack and review all of your items and I had just started a new and very demanding job, so things took a little longer. The laptop was one that I used for personal things and lately I have used my work laptop for everything, so I had never unpacked it completely until after the 90 day period. I had also already had about enough of my fill of dealing with the company by then...yet, here I am. I have not deposited this check because I am still hoping some of his can be resolved. The check was sent without any prior notification that it was being sent. I guess they assumed I was okay with just he coverage for the couch that was broken. This is fine, but after all the emailing back and forth prior to that you’d think they would follow-up before mailing it out. I did read that if you cash the check then that would deem your claim as final, so maybe they were just hoping I would end it all there. I did not report the money missing, because like I said before, I have no proof and they state that they do not move those items anyway. It was just change and low bills, so not as much of a concern as my $1000+ elliptical. I can’t place the blame on the company there but I just found it suspicious. I had to complain several times about my damaged items being disregarded, which eventually led to a responses from the Vice President who suggested I use one of their recommended technicians to come look at the damaged elliptical. This was after they had already sent one person to my house to assess the damage and while doing so FURTHER damaged the elliptical. This is why I decided not to use this recommendation. I did however contact the company that manufactured the machine and have an appointment scheduled for maintenance. When dealing with the movers, I found them to be very polite. The only issue I had with them was when I suggested they handle the elliptical differently. I have worked for a moving company before so I understand the things they deal with and can be empathetic to a point. Overall, I just had an unpleasant experience and wanted to share. I usually don’t even write reviews but I felt this seemed necessary.

There are a lot of horror stories out there about moving companies but A-Mrazek was top notch, from beginning to end. During the estimate process, A-Mrazek asked more thorough questions than the other three companies I contacted for comparison, eliminating surprises that may have popped up with other companies. Once I signed a contract with them, I was assigned a relocation specialist who checked in with me regularly before, during and after the move. During our move, our crew was professional and courteous. The more experience guys mentored the less knowledge crew members to improve their skill base. They wrapped up our job quicker than anticipated, without any damage to our property or goods. After the move, A-Mrazek's follow-up has been outstanding. Kudos to Maggie Bird, Annisa Wileman, and the crew! We would definitely use A-Mrazek again & recommend them to all!

A-Mrazek moved me 16 years ago and did a great job, so when it was time to move again I called them and got the same great service. Everything went as planned and the coordinator, packers, loaders, unloaders, and driver where very professional and did a great job.

One of the bigger disappointments I've experienced in a long time. . Movers were grumpy and tired. Damaged furniture and one large piece of furniture. One of the movers immediately put glue on it on site which I thought was unusual. We filed a claim and the company rejected the claim because OF DRIED GLUE FROM "PREVIOUS" damage. Also, When it came time for me to sign the paperwork the mover became irate be cause I wanted to read what I was signing.

In 2017 I was moved by A-Mrazek Moving Systems St Louis as part of a corporate relocation. I have been moved multiple times through my career and this was by far the worst relocation I have experienced. I know moving is not easy and even moving with a moving company you expect there to be issues. Since I have moved multiple times with multiple moving companies, I can use past moves as comparisons to this move. 1) Unprofessional. When the amount of money spent for a corporate relocation, you would expect the moving company to send quality labor. Except for the supervisor, everyone else on the crew seemed like they were picked directly from the unemployment line. They showed up late each day, when delivering the goods they ran out of gas, they improperly re-assembled the beds and tables, numerous items were broken from the way they were packed, many items that should not have been stacked on end were stacked on end and now will require 100s of hours to sort through, and they did not have enough truck space and in order for me to not have to stay another day, I had to take more than I was expecting in my own truck. 2) Their default condition for everything was damaged / scratched / stained / scuffed. I had brand new furniture that was marked as such, but the individual logging all this kept his notes where I couldn’t see them until everything was on the truck and there was nothing I could do to prove him wrong. Now I understand that since I have young kids and not all my furniture is brand new that quite a bit of our furniture is not in new condition, but he even marked my new couch as stained. When I questioned him on it, he said all upholstery furniture is marked that way as company policy, even new furniture. He said if someone has sat on the couch then he has to mark it that way. 3) This one doesn’t bother me that much. I have run into this with all the moves, but this past move there seemed to be more issues than before and it might also be because we had a lot more stuff to move this past move. 4) As mentioned above, there were more broken items this move than in the past. I did file a claim with A-Mrazek Moving Systems and they promptly paid for the broken items without challenge. I just wish I didn’t have to go through and fix everything that was broken. 5) This is by far the worst aspect of this move. We lived in our last location for 6 years. No one in the area had any issues with theft. We left stuff outside without issue. Multiple times we left for the weekend with the garage doors open. Never an issue. The house was on the market for 2 months and we were already living in our new location. No issues. The movers pack us up and the one night I left and we were robbed. Only the movers knew I wasn’t going to be there that night. It was pretty obvious whomever it was knew what they were doing. Very specific boxes were opened on the main floor. Fortunately most of what they got is just stuff. They did get some sentimental, not expensive, but sentimental jewelry my wife wore at our wedding. The police did come and do a report and I had to pay the deductible on my insurance, but now I have a claim on my homeowners insurance. The police could not find any broken doors or windows. I know I locked up the night before so either they found a key while packing me up or they picked a lock. I have no proof the theft was by the movers or any of their acquaintances, otherwise they would be in jail, but it is very suspect considering I never had an issue with theft the whole time we lived or the whole time the house was on the market and we weren’t living there, but the day after the movers were there I get robbed. You be the judge. When I move the next time, I will make it very clear to the relocation company that they are not to use A-Mrazek Moving Systems and I will let all my friends and family know the same. BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY

They were careful with our items, and they checked in regularly to make sure things were going smoothly before, during, and after our move. Moving is never easy, however the great people at A-Mrazek went to great lengths to make it easy for my wife and me. We have moved several times for work, and this company was by far the best we have dealt with. In particular, Heather in the office was fantastic, as was the moving crew (Corrie and Karen especially so).
