It has been a week and a half since our move with this company. I was hoping for a courtesy call from the owner at the very least as multiple items of furniture were damaged in the move. I have yet to hear from anyone. The team that was sent to move me began complaining about the weight of my furniture upon arrival. (It did not come from IKEA). I was initially encouraged as most things were padded and wrapped but then they began to hurriedly load it by using a floor truck, scrapping the edges along the concrete drive. The team bickered among themselves as to the best way to execute the job. There was no teamwork noted. The lead man did apologize and placed a call to the office but that did not yield results. I will give them 2 stars only because of the courtesy and effort provided by the lead man.

Roderick and Mike are miracle workers -- great moving experience! The dispatcher was working late and took my call after closing time Thursday night. He worked me in and got a crew to my doorstep by 8:15 Friday morning--fifteen minutes early! Roderick and Mike were excellent! They were patient, careful, and respectful of me and my property, and they got the job done in record time. They maneuvered an 8-foot couch and 8-foot bookcases up 3 flights of stairs with tight turns without a scratch. Super nice guys, super hard workers. I would recommend Peanut's to anyone, anytime. They are lifesavers!

They didn't even show up to my apartment on time until I had to call them an hour later realizing they just gave up on my location I guess. They told me they got lost and lost my number to notify me even though I called them the day before and "we're turning back around" in 20 min but got there another hour later. When they showed up they didn't seem very friendly...Got the job done in a timely manner and I appreciate that but they broke a wheel off my bed frame set and left before I realized...I felt like I got ripped off since they wasted 2 hours of my day waiting for them to arrive and broke my furniture

Absolutely the best company I have ever worked with (and we have moved about 17 times in the past years (mostly with big name companies) CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT MIKE AND RODERICK. THEY WALKED IN and IMMEDIATELY ASSESSED THE SITUATION. MY HUSBAND IS ON OXYGEN AND VERY FEEBLE. They immediately moved his lift chair and bedroom furniture across the street where we were moving to make him feel more secure. (He also has dementia) They are so organized, professional and courteous. I would recommend Mike and Roderick to anyone. Beyond the best. Again thanks for making our move go smoothly. R Cromer

Roderick, Mike and Dre packed up my house, stored it and then 3 months later took it all from Hattiesburg to Pascagoula. Then unloaded and stored things in place. They were awesome, very professional! I highly recommend them.

Worst movers experience ever. Movers were asked to be sure to have a truck with 85" clearance to move a commercial two door empty freezer. After arriving (at the incorrect time), we asked again to affirm that there was adequate clearance. One of the movers put a tape measure (which he had to borrow) to the opening, measured it but said nothing. Movers proceeded to bring the freezer on the lift to the truck opening. The opening was 5" too short! How could that be when you just measured and assured us it was the right height? Response of the mover was to tear up the invoice and announced he was going "home". He left the freezer in the middle of the aisle. Needless to say, we were thunderstruck. What kind of mover is this???? I will never refer Peanuts Moving Services to a single soul and remember "One good experience is shared by seven people, a bad experience by 22!"
