There is a mechanic here, Jessie, he is an awesome dude, I am giving him 5 stars, he was more professional than the company itself, he temporarily fixed my door, even though my GM was wanting to be stupid and not authorize it, basically my door was way off track and I had to use all my force to open it, which now the door is warped, now wind and rain comes in, all he used was 4 washers, but after time the damage is done, probably want to look into some better leadership, Knight, before you go under. I gave Knight Transportation one star because I did not have a good experience with them. I just graduated from truck driving school February 2018 and I started with Knight in March 2018. Every since I started working with them I had an issue with my paycheck. Every week they missed putting a load or two on my check and I always had to wait until the following week for the rest of my money and then my check was still wrong because I would get paid for what they missed the previous week but for the week I worked I would be missing a load. And this went on for seven of me working there so finally I decided to quit. So for my first trucking experience I did not like Knight. And also the communication between the drive managers was not good.

Lots of space and shop was fairly quick in getting my road ready done considering I had another driver ahead of me. Be careful using Garmin gps coming from Memphis as it may route you down a dead end road next to terminal that is very difficult to get turned around on.

So I rated this terminal at a 4 as it has alot more features than other terminals. Bathroom is weird as there is only one door and 2 showers but great for the handicap, Drivers lounge same as others, laundry, outside awnings with bbq pits, lots of bays for work and there truck wash actually works!!! Gas pump staion is nice and very big lot to park in. Hope that helps yawl.

This terminal sucks. Minus Hunter and max. Absolutely the worst terminal to be at. If you're considering this terminal for yourself, do yourself a favor and go to another one.

I will never ever work for this company again!!!! This was my fiancé and I second time at this company and it was just as bad as the first time we were here. We were team driving and at the end of the week our check would only be $1000 and not even that. The pay was awful. We had a problem with our checks every week. They promised us more money the second time we came back, which was only a one cent raise and we didn’t even get that. They started us out paying .54 a mile to split and with the one cent raise they promised would make .55. They called and emailed for months after we quit the first time promising more money just to bait us in, and then we come back to the exact same problems we were having the first time. The trucks were horrible. We had no heat in the winter time and the radios didn’t work. We have left once again and will never return again.

We very dirty and could not get anything to work right dog hair in washer and dryer had to do laundry 3times get dog out of my stuff and I don't have a pet I can't I can't breathe in pet hair hope knight cleans it up

This company sucks!!!! I Was trying to buy the truck from them, first when I showed up at this location they didn't know who's responsible for sales, then found out it might be the service manager. Andrew, the shop manager, extremely rude and disrespectful personality. From the beginning treated me like I don't know about trucks,couldn't answer my simple question about service records and maintenance. Finally got the truck for me, total crap and disappointment!!!!! That's not what they stated on their website, truck wasn't ready for the road. Can't believe they are fixing any trucks and send them on the road. Not worth money and your time if u think about buying from them. total joke and shame for company with so many years in business. Never do business with these people!!!!!!!
