The only reason I'm giving a star is because I have to. Service was far from professional. They move very slow. If I'm paying by the hour it shouldn't take all day They didn't even have tools or know how to break down a desk and stood in the doorway staling for time until I said just leave it in the garage. They stacked the boxes up in the living room high with some of the boxes heavy and where I couldn't see the labels. Then wanted me to pay for there gas to return home. They we're late. I believe they seen a woman by herself and took full advantage. They even left scuffs on the floor from sliding boxes back and forth. If your looking for movers get another company. I would've rather paid the higher fees and got quality service. I will gladly and proudly take my business elsewhere.

Jarvis and Robert moved our office very quckly, efficiently and affordably. They disassembled and reassembled desks and shelves handily and quickly. Their rates were great and and truly a value for everything they did for us. Not only that they were gracious, kind and put us at ease during a stressful time We recommend them very highly.

This was my first time hiring a moving company & I had an amazing experience with them . Since they charge by the hour, I was a little skeptical about them stalling or moving slow to get more money, but NO! they took down my 1 bedroom (bed (with footboard), dresser (with mirror), standing jewelry box, night stand) dinining table with 4 chairs, walked it down stairs, took it into my new apartment, set it up and placed it . In LESS than 1 hour !!!!! I paid under $200 and it wouldn’t have been cheaper if I didn’t have stairs. They were also very friendly and respectful . I would recommend to anyone .

Terrible service, rates were vague and convoluted. Damaged flooring in the process. Charged my wife over $400 just to simply unload a truck. No sense of urgency, displayed difficulty getting simple items in the home such as a office desk. We've worked numerous companies over the years and by far these were the worst. Had the scheduling worked out we should've have waited and went with them. ***RESPONSE TO BUSINESS*** Yes we should have and regarding the desk, how in the Lord's name are you going to adjust legs with no tools? (A simple Allen set would've sufficed) In addition to that, it took you several minutes to figure out how to adjust legs (Mind you we are getting billed by the hour). That 26ft truck LOADED with two men in 3 hrs. (Im looking at the bill.) and while we're on the subject of the bill, I'm glad the bill was discounted as it will cover the cost of the flooring you caused a deep scratch in sliding furniture across it. The reality is I can care less about the cost if one pays attention to detail, provides excellent customer service. Stacking boxes 7 ft high for woman who's 5'7 on a good day is certainly not that. Be sure you research your market before making false claims. Spend less time trolling Google reviews and more time ensuring that your crews are number one prepared for the job and number two giving their all on each and every call and the star ratings will take care of itself. As for us, myself and my employer will no problems finding labor who values providing excellent customer care and maintaining high service quality levels for future logistical needs. You can't go wrong in choosing these guys to move you. They will treat your belongings like they are their own.
