Supposed to be here at 8am. It’s 2pm now and they aren’t expected until tonight. Yet another mover overbooked and a prepaid customer at their mercy. This company was recommended my my realtor but I would never use them again.

I can't speak to their actual moving, but working with them was extremely frustrating. It took 2 weeks to get a basic quote for some reason, and ultimately I was running out of time and just had to pick another service. It would have been nice to not have to waste those 2 weeks waiting though.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have never filled out a negative review for any business before, but this experience was so terrible, I felt it must be done to prevent others from having the same disaster. Moving is extremely stressful and this company did nothing to make the process easier. Our coordinating agent was a complete joke and was useless (even though she told me several times that she has been doing this for 16 years); she took no initiative to set anything up. Management did not communicate with the movers and this caused several problems and we ended up paying hundreds of dollars extra for services we never received and were never reimbursed for. The whole process ended up costing way more many and weeks of extra time than it should have. To top it off, all of their movers felt the need to use our bathrooms and make a total mess of them. There are few things more disgusting than having to clean other people's toilet bowl mess in your new house! If you are looking for a moving company, stay far far away from this one!

This review is specifically for the coordination, and destination/delivery aspects of my move, NOT the initial packing/origin move. The coordinator for my move was extremely responsive and efficient. Two crews delivered separate shipments to my house, and I was overall pleased with their work. The only thing preventing a 5-star review is that one crew refused to take several items to the top floor of my house, which my spouse and I were easily able to do without damaging the walls, as suspected by the crew.

Our experience with your company was first rate. We were moved out and back into our unit because of the needed repairs. In the moves our leather furniture was scraped in a few places. You send Chuck Ketner to make the repairs. He did a fantastic job. Thank you

I had been feeling a bit nervous about letting someone else be in full control of our belongings. Upon the arrival of Paul and his crew, we had a little chat. After meeting whit them I felt comfortable with them taking full control. They were courteous, respectful, and professional. My fiancee Steve and I had an excellent experience. Kudos to Paul and his crew!
