AAA Movers has great communication...my move coordinator, Rob N., contacted me immediately and replied quickly and thoroughly to any questions I had. Two days prior to packing day I was contacted to verify information, as well as them contacting me day of both pack and move day. Packers Lori and Tiffany were very thorough; and movers James S, Aaron S, and Kalvin were professional, fast, careful, and courteous! Estimates are non binding, they were off by 40%. At the unpack your charged from the time it takes them to locate your storage lockers, load them , drive to your home, review 5 pages of disclaimer paperwork & get your signature ( this was not disclosed before the hire) , through unpacking & reassembling your home good (expected). Crews were respectful of my items & commented well on the job. My frustration & feeling cheated are issues with the misleading sales pitch, bait & switch tactics of their business management. I can’t believe it’s THE moving company the MN Wild use!

I felt they treated our furniture as if it were their own, and they were very careful throughout the whole process to protect not only the furniture but also our new home (flooring and walls). Well, if you can think of the worst experience possible, that's what I encountered. The were 5.5 hours late. They didn't bring anything they promised (TV boxes, Wardrobe boxes). They came with 2 movers when we had ordered 3. They tried to say they would call in more people if we were willing to pay more. I ended up acting as the 3rd person or it would have gone late into the evening with the two crew they had. I was told that I would receive a discount due to the fact that my move started at 1:30p when it was supposed to begin at 9am. I haven't received a call, apology or discount. I pretty much worked for AAA movers on my moving day. I was supposed to "sit back and do nothing", but ended up sweating through 3 shirts and working harder than both of the two workers combined. We were finally into the house by 8:30p. Had they arrived on time, we would have been done moving at 3:30p. On a hectic and stressful day, they added to the chaos. They kept promising and not delivering. It has been 5 days since my move and I still haven't heard from the company. Oh and yea, free moving boxes; not the case, they make you drive to Crystal MN and buy them and if you return them you get your money back. The boxes they provide or marked up, broken in and flimsy. The only boxes that didn't hold up in the move were the ones I had to buy from AAA Movers. Other than crashing the van and having all my belongings end up broken on the highway, I honestly can't think of how my experience could have been worse. I strongly advise anyone who is moving to NOT use AAA Movers. Or, if you own a moving company, don't over promote your brand on Radio if you can't deliver on the simplest tasks. This company is stealing money. Stole my $650.

We had 3 guys come out to help for our move and they were great! Fast and efficient, which made us more relaxed about the move. We estimated about 3 hours and they did it all (loading, disassembling and assembling furniture, wrapping furniture, unloading, etc.) in just that time! Thank you again! Five stars is not enough. I felt so cared for. My belongings were treated with the absolute respect. Everyone on my crew went out of their way to keep me reassured. I went into this move with a sense of dread because I had a bad past experience with movers, and because I have lived in my home since 1988, and was conflicted about moving. I ended up feeling better about my actual decision to move because of the way the move proceeded. It put good energy into my new home. I cannot say enough in praise of my team, or the value I got for what I paid.

The whole experience was very easy. Their bid was reasonable in comparison to others. They showed great care in moving our items and did not leave a mess. They put their covers all over the place and worked quickly and well to meet our expectations. They actually checked with us at the end to make sure they had everything where we wanted. At the end, they finished faster then estimated before and our cost was LESS than their original estimate. How refreshing!

They were amazing! Speedy, courteous, fun and hard working and everything is in good order and no damages. I give them 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, A+, *****, whatever the rating, they get the tops! Everything could always be cheaper, but I'm sure everyone would say that though. I think we all had as fun of a day as possible and nothing and no one broke, which is good. I'm not sure what else I could say, I'd recommend AAA and those 4 guys to anyone, anytime!

They are very professional and were able to accommodate my early move in time of 8:30 am. They were able to load my entire one bedroom within one hour and 15 minutes. They were also able to move a very big couch through a tiny hallway and doorway. They had to walk up and down two flights of stairs with very icy conditions. They did a great job! Unloading went way quicker. There were elevators, so unloading only took one hour. They had a half hour extra time, so they were able to put my bedframe together. Overall a very pleasant experience! They were awesome! Highly recommend them!

Beware—The Bid Won’t Match the Actual Charge —They’ll Cost You A Lot of Money! AAA Movers ripped me off by over $500 on their original moving bid. A 5-hour furniture-only move from an 11th floor condo turned into 8.5 hours. An $1,100 bid turned into a $1,600 charge. And, I only moved a 1/2 block away! They showed up at 9:15am instead of their promised 8am, losing 1.25hours of reserved elevator time. As a result, three movers stood still from 12-1:15 pm waiting to get the elevator back from another mover. They wouldn’t refund the $250 for this lost time, after several requests. And, they sent a new, untrained employee who needed constant direction and guidance. His lack of productivity cost me an additional $250. Again no refund! Plus, they broke a ceiling fixture, gouged a bed frame, lost a lawn swing bolt, and dented drywall. Incompetent staff. Again, no refund! To top it off, the owner called me and verbally abused me for submitting a negative online review of their service. Unbelievable! It’s unreal that a company that operates like this is even in business. Pathetic and non-existent customer service. Stay away!

The move team was great. I'd give them 5 stars. They did a great job keeping the snow off our white carpeting as well as efficient. The quote I was give however was not close to accurate. Also they were supposed to come to the house before the move to assess the overall scale of the move and never showed. They end cost was over by 35%. I'd recommend them with the caveat that you do not hire until they do an on site assessment of your needs.

Last weekend we moved my grandma out of her house of 60 years. And we needed things from her house brought to several different houses. The guys were professional, friendly, on time, and quick. They made a complicated, and at times emotional move, smooth and painless. A couple of the guys were really funny. ... one was a packer fan (not great but can't avoid them all). We had Anthony, Joel, and Art deliver a piece of furniture for us. These 3 guys were AMAZING!!! They delivered the furniture perfectly and even removed our old, heavy tube TV when we asked them. They were the most polite and courteous people I've ever had move my furniture. I know they had a big job that day moving my parents' furniture to 4 different places including mine and were working late into the night. But they did it all with smiles on their faces and were such a pleasure!!! I highly recommend these 3 to anyone who needs assistance moving furniture.

My experience with them this go round was horrific. My first was awesome that was 3 years ago but just recently I experienced them over charging me telling me it was going to be one price then changing it.Also one of the movers took a huge nasty dump in my bathroom of my new home. On top of that broke my TV and did not give me any of my money back for damages. I talked to the claims department they claimed that I should owe them and now let’s call it even. I disagreed with it asked if there was something else they could do since I don’t have a tv anymore they stopped responding. Super unprofessional and horrible business. I would recommend no one to this horrible moving company. They are scammers and completely robbed me.

AAA took care of our move from the west suburbs into a downtown Minneapolis loft. Willam Lopez and team (Will & Lakeem) were courteous and worked , promptly to keep us with in our budget. They were careful with our belongings, packed the truck quickly and carefully to prevent any additional wear or tear on our furniture. They moved several large pieces of heavy furniture through narrow hallways, doorways, and stairwells and worked together easily to move everything into place in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this team to anyone for a move wether large or small. They were great communicators, took direction well and worked hard with little instruction. They made sure we were satisfied with the placement of everything before having us sign off on a job excellently executed.

I booked these movers based on the referral of two other people. I had 3 movers and went from a one bedroom apartment (3rd floor w/elevator) to a 2 BR Townhouse with a flight of stairs. The biggest issue was the move was quoted around $600 and cost me over $1000. The second was that they left several items at my last place. I told them they could leave the items on the counters, but they left one whole closet and a few things on the floors. Then a mover took off with my key fob for my building I moved out of (which he brought back the next day). Last, but not least, the three of them complained with every trip they made up the stairs. Hello - that's why I hired movers! Not professional, and not recommended. I would never use this service again.

They broke a number of my nice things during the move, overcharged me and then would NOT return any of my phone calls. They are rude and very dysfunctional. I would never use them again. They do NOT care about their customers at all.

The movers were great!! They took good care of our items. I was in a bind needing to get out by a specific time for my final walk through. The only problem we had was the arrival time to start the loading. I was given a 6 hour window. I wish the window would have been a shorter time frame for proper expectations. BUT that had nothing to do with the moving process.

The absolute worst movers I have ever experienced. Not only did they break multiple items, but the movers took 13 hours, yes you read that right. The 3 guys they sent in the morning were amazing and hard workers but the job was WAY too big for 3 people. Midway through the day, I had to call to request more help as they only sent 3 people and 3 hours in and the apartment wasn’t even close to packed. When I made this complaint, they sent NEW HIRES who were in orientation to come help (maybe why so much of my stuff was broken). Finally at 10:40 at night (after the guys they sent to help had left at around 5:00) we were finished. But when I say “finished”, no boxes were unpacked and barely in the right place. I don’t blame them as the original 3 guys were working so hard all day. Would not recommend to anyone.

They also gave me an honest quote for the job ahead of time when I asked. I used AAA Movers Inc. for a move this year from MN to England. I was very impressed with AAA for the initial stages of the move. They were good about organizing the move and the packers that came to my house were the best I've ever had (I spent 9 years making military moves so have some experience!). My shipment arrived in England on time and the company they contracted on this end was also very competent and good. However - the whole experience is somewhat ruined by the fact that AAA never sent me the final invoice for the move. Eventually I began attempting to track down an invoice on my own. It took me about 3 weeks and emails to multiple different people within the organization - most of whom didn't bother to respond to me at all. I did finally receive an invoice and instructions about how to pay the invoice. I sent in the payment information requested 3 days after I received it from them. About 2 weeks later, I then received several somewhat nasty emails from them asking for payment status and insisting that they needed to get the payment taken care of "that day". When I responded to those emails with the information that I had had to request the invoice and that I had sent in the payment info as they requested but unfortunately had no control over the international mail speed - amazingly I received a final receipt approximately 3 hours later! I would say that they obviously have some issues within their billing department. If you use them - stay on top of following up on the final invoice - do not wait for them to send it to you. Contact them immediately and continue to pester them until you receive it.

The group of men that we had help us move today were outstanding! To start things off, it was raining and they made sure to take every precaution to make sure that our carpet stayed clean. They were very efficient, and did a really nice job communicating with us on every detail of the move. They went out of their way on many different occasions to make everything run seamless for us. Hands down the worst movers we have ever used. We were putting items into storage and 4 hours later the movers had dropped a couch, broken a piece of metal art and were only 1/3 finished with packing up. I sent them back to AAA after loading one truck. Between the excessive talking, the kid that tried to move my couch by himself and the fact they could not figure out how to pack storage vaults it appeared that a couple of workers were high. They also shattered several boxes of dishes and broke my treadmill. In addition they charged a $350 trip charge to get to my location! Upon addressing these issues with AAA, they refused to be of any help, insisting that I signed off that the move was done to my satisfaction. They then billed an old credit card, that they had on file from my last move, without my authorization and refused to reverse the charges. Just today I received notice that they billed my credit card for storage charges and they do not even have any of my items stored. Stay Away!

A bad thunderstorm caused them a delay at the move before mine. They sent over a crew as soon as they could, they were friendly, extremely fast, and very considerate of my items and locations. They covered everything to prevent damage and put mats down to protect the carpet. Would 100% recommend these guys!

I recently was moved. AAA was recommended to me by my realtor. I was not impressed with the overall experience. Even though from the reviews I did read people raved. The 2 person team that came and packed my home did not want to be there, and they were not the mother/daughter team that I was told was coming. They packed cleaning chemicals with my dishes and food and they also stated they ran out of boxes and left...yet there were empty boxes not packed. They packed breakable items with pots and pans and heavy dishware. They also packed items we stated to not pack. So in doing that wasted a lot of space meant for a different item. The 3 guys doing the moving did work their butts off and for the most part I was very happy with their service. They were quick, extremely polite and courteous. They were good. I have only a couple complaints though. A few of my delicate items were broke by rough handling. I had very breakable items in a box very clearly marked and the box was both dropped and had a heavy box stacked on it when I saw it heading down the hall to the truck, At my new residence they put the box in the garage like they were trying to hide it. There were 3 items that were broke and 1 was an antique. Also there was damage to my dresser because they did not take the drawers out before moving it causing it to snap on the front frame from the weight. I have had a moving company move me before that did not make these mistakes and none of my furniture or items were damaged and chemical cleaners were not placed with dished and food. But AAA was a bit cheaper in this case I believe you get what you pay for.

I helped move my parents from Minneapolis to Brainerd today. The staff was prompt and very professional. They wrapped every piece of furniture with care. If they had any concerns about an item they would let us know. They took the bed frame off the bed and put it back on in their new place. They brought boxes, runners, blankets... one guy tied 4 huge heavy boxes in a bundle and carried them down in one trek. Ryan and staff get a huge thank you from the Lund family.

AAA managed a 3 part move for us...we needed to have them pack up our 4000 sq ft home...move a portion locally, move a portion to the Salvation Army, and manage the packing and storage of a portion of the items moving out of state. We agreed to an estimate....a couple days later the packers arrived, the following day the long distance items were loaded up and off to storage, and on day three the local move and drop off at the Salvation Army were completed. I made it clear that I needed things to happen quickly...they promised they would make it happen and they did. Everyone involved with the move was pleasant and 'hard working'. This company never even showed up to move my mom!!! We were given a window of 11am-6pm and never came. Called the company a few times, after waiting on hold for OVER 25 minutes each time, they kept telling us they would be here soon. We waited all day from the 7 hour window we were given and no show. Not a single person contacted us to let us know they wouldn't be there. Extremely disappointing!

Both my husband and I were extremely satisfied with our moving experience with AAA. It was easy to schedule and the estimated pricing was clear. The 3 movers were professional and courteous. They called with an ETA and there communication was excellent throughout loading and unloading the truck. They use mattress bags for our mattress and broke-down and reassembled furniture. They put wrap around our couches etc. They moved all the heavy stuff from our garage (big tool chests etc). They treated our stuff like it was from a $1,000,000 home even though our stuff is not that nice because we have a toddler. LOL. They were quick and efficient. They were moving the entire time (except during their scheduled breaks). I also liked that the “time clock” started when they arrived at our home. We will be recommending them to family & friends. Thank you, AAA Movers for making a stressful day much easier!

The movers arrived within their agreed-upon window (toward the earlier end, which we appreciated), were well-prepared (blankets, shrink-wrap, dollies, etc), got right to work (no wasted time), were very friendly and cooperative (we asked them to do a few extra things which they did without hesitation), and overall made our day VERY successful. Tim Ripley and the other two gentlemen were great. if I could I would give them 4.5 stars. I have used several other moving services and this would be the first one that I could honestly say that I would have move me again! We did have one exception, this is why they didn't receive 5 stars and do understand that things like this happen as well during a move, our headboard had three small spots on it that the finish rubbed off during the move and have trouble trying to get something to stay on those spots without rubbing off after drying, not a big deal but a little irritating at the same time. Again I would highly recommend AAA moving regardless of what happened with our headboard.

Overall, loading and unloading went okay. I am giving it three stars because they lost a small box with remote controls in it. In addition, their truck battery died and I had to come jump start it because they wouldn't be able to get someone to help them for 1.5 hours. I am ambivalent about whether I would recommend AAA movers or whether I would use their services again. I now have to replace 4 remotes, plus a handset for my phone system I packed in there. Update: They thankfully were able to find the box of remotes so I'm upgrading my rating to 5 stars.

Movers were very friendly and I appreciated their quality of work. They wrapped all of my furniture and was willingly to move my furniture when it was snowing. However I was quoted 3 hours and they took 5 hours . In addition, they forgot my table so I had to buy a U-Haul the next day just to move my table . So makes sure that you double check that they have moved all of your furniture and expect the move to be longer than what is quoted.

I just used AAA to move from Eden Prairie to the Minneapolis lakes area, about 20-25 minutes away. I can't say enough about how competent, caring, cordial and considerate they were of my possessions. They were extremely careful with everything they touched and moved. They sent a team of 5 all of whom were very very professional. They did so much more than I expected by showing interest in where I wanted things places. They even spent time moving my sectional three times to line it up the way I wanted. and they did this with big smiles on their faces. In addition, they made an extra unplanned stop at my son's house to drop off some furniture,a relatively last minute request. Again, they were happy to accommodate. Really impressive. I haven't unpacked everything yet, but so far all is in order. Perhaps the most important reason I am so please with their service is that their original estimate came very close to the actual charge including the extra time billed for the additional stop. i would highly recommend AAA.

Made my move a breeze! I went with AAA movers since some of my other family and friends had good experiences using them. I could not believe how efficient these guys were and courteous. They have the process down to a science. It felt weird just watching them work, but there really wasn't anything I could do where I wouldn't be in the way. The experience could not of been more enjoyable, well, considering that it's a very stressful thing to be moving! The crew called a half hour in advance, arrived a little early which was wonderful. We need two trucks, and five guys. They had our entire household loaded up in a little over 2 1/2 hours and unloaded in that same time frame...WOW!!! A total of five hours! They were extremely careful with our possessions. They did a good job of not gouging of the walls or Casements. They were friendly, courteous always asking what they could do to help. I’ve used AAA movers in the past and they were great. Just used them in June 2018 and they were awful. Had a 7 hour window of when they would show up and they were still almost an hour late. Some of my items were missing (big antique mirror, wool rug and more) and others dented or broke. Two weeks after the move, the custom service is horrible and I can’t get any resolution to the missing and damaged items. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I would recommend people stay far away. From start to finish customer service was horrible. The number of irreplaceable antiques and family heirlooms which were damaged was unbelievable. It literally broke my heart as I discovered one thing after another when unpacking at the new house. These are things which belonged to my great-grandparents, grandparents, and parents, things I was saving for my grandchildren. Examples of damage: Knobs were broken off both the washer and the dryer. Christmas decorations and other outdoor decorations were smashed and crushed. a picture frame given to me by my godparents when I was baptized in 1956 was scratched and damaged. Gouges and scratches were made in the wood of a 175+ handmade cradle, in addition, a hand-forged iron bracket was broken off the same cradle and lost. Similar gouges and scratches in other wooden furniture and the paint was scratched off other furniture. Furniture was pulled apart structurally. They handled my 3-month old while linen bed frame with dirty hands and didn't box it up. The result is a stained and torn bed. Crockery was broken. If I could post pictures I would. It is sad. They had the wrong delivery address on the invoice. Their estimate of what size truck to send was wrong and the truck was too small. I never received a copy of the inventory. The delivery was not made on time. The list goes on. AAA Movers have been a nightmare to work with. Their response to all of this..."well, it is a good thing you have insurance." Tell me how insurance will replace my heirlooms? Uncaring. Unconcerned. Lack of communication led to so many problems. I honestly would say call someone else and save yourself time, money and heartache.

It took them more time than quoted because two of the three movers did little to nothing. The company reimbursed us $80.00 for damage. 3 months later we bought new bedroom furniture, since it was that broken. They SUCK they SUCK they SUCK!

Triple A movers are horrible. Or at least the crew they sent me was horrible. They charged me more than double what they quoted me, mainly because the moving crew was incredibly slow. I caught one of them in my bedroom playing on his phone. Not only that, they damaged my fridge which was in place already at my new home, and didn’t even come close to covering the cost of that repair/replacement. They informed me that “extra insurance” is offered for the move, but didn’t bother to tell me that the insurance is needed to cover items that are damaged in your new residence that they didn’t even move. What a joke. I tried going through customer service to file a complaint and get a partial refund of the 1400 dollars they charged me, and they spoke with the movers who flat out lied about why it took them so long to move my stuff. I could easily prove it too, but Triple A didn’t even bother to follow up with me after the third email I sent them. They just claimed, “we’re still checking into it” and then never responded, hoping that I would just forget about it. These guys are scam artists. Don’t believe anything they tell you over the phone, as that’s where they try and reel you in with a low quote. It shouldn’t cost 1400 dollars to move a 2 bedroom apartment a couple towns over with 3 movers and myself helping, especially when I already had everything packed up, AND moved some of the stuff myself!

Nutty moving company. They charged me for someone else's move after I paid my deposit. It then took 6 people and 5 days to reverse the charge. The main receptionist was very rude to me. The incompetency seems limited to the office. The actual movers were very nice and treated my stuff well. The movers worked quickly.

I was extremely dissatisfied with this move. I wish I could rate it with negative stars, but that is not an option. My belongings were treated with such carelessness and disrespect. 85% of my furniture sustained damage. They broke closet doors and door frames in my new home. Countless gouges and scratches in the walls as well. The crew made no effort to bring items through doorways judging the space provided. Instead they rammed the items through causing damages. The company did send a guy out to repair what he could but many items could not be repaired but will need to be replaced. Unfortunately AAA uses a formula which places value based on .69 cents per pound per article. The total value of all damages won’t even pay for one of the many items that I now have to pay for. I truly thought by hiring “professionals “ that it would make my life easier but instead it has been a nightmare.

All three movers were exceptional! They were polite, gentle with my mom's items, and sensitive to our situation with my mom's diagnosis of cancer. They even gave her a hug goodbye before they left. The only thing was that they arrived an hour early, so we weren't ready for them. This added some time onto the move, since they had to move items around in order to access the furniture they were moving. Id rather they be early than late though, so it wasn't that bad. While they were speedy, they were a bit careless with my belongings. Items like my dining rooms chairs were recklessly tossed in an over-sized box then wheeled from A-to-B. When dropping off at my new home, they didn't ask which rooms to drop my belongings in. I had to prompt them otherwise everything would've ended up in the front entryway. And when leaving, they asked me to determine if anything had been damaged during the move without having an opportunity to examine everything. I felt put on the spot. Currently we are packing to move on June 1, 2017. They have great boxes that you can "rent" to make your move easier. When we return them and they have passed inspection we should get our money back. Their representatives have been professional and the one that came to our current place was very thorough. He asked me about my gun safe and it's weight, they do not carry ammo, so you will have to move that yourself with your gun safe empty if you have one. I hired AAA Movers for moving from a 1-Bedroom apartment to a House. The drivers arrived at the very end of the window that was given for moving (8-10am, they arrived at 9:55am). The drivers greeted me with an already sour attitude and made me feel uncomfortable for not having secured parking, which the rep I had spoken to over the phone at AAA had ever told me to do. I realized these drivers were contractors and did not have any incentive at customer service so I called AAA to see how to make it right. The stance was immediately taken that this was something I should have known and that the truck was simply too big to park on the city street, which I was not arguing. If the drivers had arrived at the beginning of the window there was ample parking (I was assured that the drivers had no other job scheduled the rest of the day, so this was the first and last of the day). I was directed to talk to the dispatcher, which I should have never had to do as a customer. I had talked to the building management who suggested they could temporarily park by the 'No Parking' street sign where there was room for the truck. The dispatcher said they refused to do so. The movers left and I was told by AAA that they would probably 'ding' me for their minimum fee of $300 for what amounted to zero work and nothing but blame-shifting. Not one person took the initiative to offer a proper solution. I was told a supervisor would be in touch with me the day of the incident but I had to call back more than 24-hours later to get to speak to a Customer Service representative who suggested that if I wanted to hire them again that I hire an 'Uber' to park and secure street parking. Nope, that is not an acceptable solution. The City of Minneapolis does not enforce temporary 'No Parking' signs for moving on city streets so if I had bought those signs at the hardware store (which the City itself suggested) then if someone had parked on the street, the company told me they would definitely charge me the minimum $300 if they couldn't park their truck again, and then service would be denied yet again. It was basically a gamble that I had zero control over. I don't have a car to do what they were suggesting and it was unreasonable for them to put the onus on me when I was clearly paying for their supposedly professional service. Instead of charging me the full minimum $300, the Customer Service rep told me they graciously only charged me $75 to cover the gas for the truck that came out (and did no other work for the rest of the day). After the deposit of $50 and the $75 for the gas, I have lost $125 to a company which did nothing but make me feel stupid for not having what they told me was "common sense". I was nothing but calm for all phone calls. I also lost a day of PTO from work that I had taken to facilitate the move. They refused to wave the $75 for the gas or apply the $50 deposit towards this gas fee. I got nothing from them and if I didn't pay this invoice, they would eventually send it to collections and it would ruin my credit. I do not recommend this service. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

The week of June 23 James S., Kevin I. and Luke H. arrived on TIME. Our moved was across town to a temporary residence. They first walked the home to get an idea of what was to be moved and began preparing the furniture for moving. No time was wasted They had all the necessary items (blankets, shrink wrap, wardrobe boxes) to protect our furniture for the journey. We were very impresssed on the care they took in the loading and unloading process and placement at our new location. We will definitely call AA Movers to move us to our permanent residence when that time comes. We have already recommended the company to friends and co-workers. I understand there is a $50 non refundable deposit however I decided to move ourselves so I cancelled 24 hours after I booked the appt. it isn’t even for 2 weeks from now. Pretty shady business practice. I understand if I cancelled the day of or even 3 days before but come on. Won’t consider them in the future.
