I initially had a positive experience working with the team. Taran was reasonably responsible, Giovanni and his moving team was efficient and flexible, and the price was fair. However, the day we moved, we found a broken part, which I notified Taran about and he asked me to tell him about any further damage after we've fully unpacked. So I waited, which took more than the 15 days on the policy, because we have young kids and I work more than fully time. I wasn't aware of the time sensitive nature of reporting damage, and Taran didn't remind me. Now they won't honor the claim. Moving companies are a dime a dozen, and I thought I found a local company with quality service and fair pricing and policies. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.

I recently moved. I called Viking Moving in Acton. Taran promptly came to my home to give me an estimate. Shortly after, he emailed all the relevant information. The truck showed up as scheduled on move day. The three men were courteous and professional. They worked really hard. The move on the other end involved three flights of stairs. The move went extremely smoothly. Everything arrived undamaged. I highly recommend this company if you need to move!!
