Saw an ad on Craigslist, had a good feeling & decided to take a shot on Flash Moving. The company was excellent throughout my move. Fragile items were wrapped & handled carefully. The movers themselves were professional, polite, followed any requests and wasted no time. At time of payment, everything was explained, made sense & had no hidden fees. Flash Moving was one of the better vendors that I have ever used and would not hesitate to use them again.

The whole process with Flash Movers was very smooth! They made the moving process a lot less stressful. John was super responsive with answering my questions, providing estimates and confirming appointments. They sent 4 guys for packing day and 6 for moving. That made the whole thing go a lot faster. Phil, Tony and all the movers were pleasant to work with. They were on-time, polite, considerate and hardworking. All furnitures were carefully wrapped. Nothing was damaged during the move. We were looking for our dehumidifier after the move and emailed them. Phil remembers exactly how and where it was moved. We had no problem to find it :) Their rate is super competitive given the quality of the service. Our final cost came in lower than estimates ( a pleasant surprise!). I have recommended them to my friends and will definitely use them in future.

We moved into a three story townhouse that required a lot of endurance which they handled tirelessly until completed. These guys were incredibly professional, helpful and very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped us move during a massive storm on the same day as they picked up and packed our stuff and they did not let the weather get to them. Their packing efforts were incredible and not one of our items was broken or damaged upon arrival, which included a 5 hour drive. I have never seen moves pay so much attention to wrapping and gently carrying furniture. Thank you Anton and team! You were all excellent.

Great guys, know their job well! They helped us to move from our 2-bedroom condo to a 3 floors townhome. It took about 1.5 hours to load everything from the unit to their truck including covering all the furniture. And they've put all the boxes and the furniture to a 3-floor townhome in just 1 hour. They cover the furniture in a blankets to prevent it from damage. Movers are polite and attentive to details, handle items gently yet fast. Guys really did an amazing job, I am very thankful.

Phillip and Baur were extremely professional, polite, efficient, and FAST! They moved my fiance and I from a 5th floor one bedroom with elevator to a two bedroom on the first floor in 4 hours, we had a lot of stuff like 30 boxes and we were still packing as they were moving our things. They even partially disassembled a bed, dresser, and a couple other pieces of furniture and reassemble them when we got there. They set everything up in our new place exactly how we wanted, so we didn't have to move our furniture an inch that day! They pressure wrapped our couches to fit them into the elevator. They had supplies and wrapped up all of our furniture really nicely, no scratches or damage to anything. They were gentle with boxes as well, nothing broken. In addition - very clear professional communication, quick response time, if they didn't pick up the phone when I called, they would call me back within an hour when I was calling to book and arrange everything before hand.

This is the 4th time I used Flash Moving Services. This time for a long distance move from MA to WV. They are truly the best company out there. I trust them 100%. They have done the move themsleves from our storage in Boston to our home in WV, drove for over 13 hours and accomodate us as much as possible. Impeccable work and so reliable.
