I want to thank the guys at Fitton Moving and Storage. Each and every one of the helpers were kind and curious with all our belongings. They asked questions about our placement of items and put everything where i wanted it. I guess the thing i likes the best is we just spent a lot of money on carpet cleaning before we moved in and out yard is muddy. They made a path from the outside door to all the rooms with their furniture pads... That was awesome. Thank you again for all your help.

Shady moving company. Some items came up missing during move (not a big deal as items can be replaced) and I made a claim. Fitton moving and storage followed up with a phone call claiming they dropped the stuff off. They tried to make it seem like i forgot they had dropped off the items, like it was my fault. During the drop off, They were only asked to put together a couch that was taken apart and they half-assed it. When i went to move the couch screws fell out and the couch was loose. Horrible work ethic by workers is a direct reflection of the company. Do not recommend this company to anyone as they lack moral values.

This moving company saved our butt. After a horrific experienced with a drunk mover. I jist hapoened to called Fitton. The guy in the other side did not hesitate to help us and 20 mins after Corey and his team started.moving our stuff. And also they delivered our stuff late. Im really thankful for Fitting without them we might not be able to closed on my house.

BEWARE!!! Worst move in 16+ years of military service. Multiple items were broken and David J. Arsenault failed to come and inspect the damage but instead gave me a low ball offer of $94 for over $750 worth of damage! When I asked for a breakdown of how he came up with the $94 amount he refused to provide but just stated it was based off of his "experience". He then kept trying to brush off my claim to the military vs doing the right thing so I can have my belongings repaired. Avoid at all costs!!!

Writing about Mr. Madden review. First I was not the agent or mover that damaged your property. It was a military move. And I was the destination agent that delivers your household goods. Your Items were received from us and we have it all noted what ever was damaged was done from your the military agent that packed and loaded your items. It would be nice if you did your research before you go giving my name a bad review. I have been doing this for 37 years 3 generations. I have built a good name for myself in the local area. I have used Fitton for moving the past 4 years. Never had a problem. In fact, when I had to change gears at the last minute they were always accommodating. Not sure about the others reviews, I find their work impeccable.

Awesome crew, they were professional and accommodating. Clean new packing materials, clean padding, and clean truck! Best movers we have had yet. Definitely recommend them.

Arrogance and poor customer service made this the worst moving experience of my military career. Lack of communication, last minute cancellations, poor time management and broken property are clearly what you can expect from these people. I’ve already filed legal action with them.
