They did not wrap furniture and as a result damaged several pieces. There are dings in most of my dressers, my dining room table, my kitchen table, my bed frame etc. They broke the glass top of one of my coffee tables and left the glass in the driveway. They left dings in my walls and scratches on the hardwood floor.

Had a exceptional team move me from Bedford NH to Clinton Ma. Beginning with the original discussion with Cathy, of what I was moving, what to expect for breakdown of rate, what services they offered, and all followed up with an e-mail of the details we discussed. Very professional and with a personal touch as she lives in Clinton herself. I felt at ease knowing she could be available for any follow-up questions. The guys on the moving team, called ahead with arrival time, arrived on time, worked so efficiently, put boxes in the appropriate rooms. Nothing damaged, nothing lost. The quote was right on target and fell in the middle range of three quotes I obtained. NO surprises. The very best company I've ever used and I've moved many times.

We just moved on 11/24/17. We were very nervous about our beautiful early County antiques. Pedro and his crew were very pleasant and professional. They wrapped everything carefully. Not one item got damaged. Nice guys. Great experience. Thank you to them, and to Liz, who coordinated the move. Would definitely recommend them!

It was a fantastic experience having DN Van Lines helping us move from MA to NJ. They were very punctual, the loading and unloading was smooth and there was not a scratch during the entire move, Hugo and Axel were energetic, efficient and courteous throughout. Dan did a great job as the move coordinator. I would definitely recommend DN Van Lines if you want to have quality service at affordable cost.

My family and I moved with the assistance of DN Van Lines over this past winter, and everything went as well as it realistically could. I had to reschedule twice with the company; my fault not theirs. They were incredibly understanding about the circumstances. We had a lot of really bad weather in NY during the time of our move to Jacksonville, but aside from that minor set back everything went really well. Everything was accomplished on schedule, there was no damage to our belongings, and the fixed price was really great!

Half of these reviews that are positive are probably from their friends. Go to BBB and ask me about the box, the iPad, and the purse that was taken. The iPad had a locator and it was for a family members job so it had screen tracking.. don't trust this place.

I moved last month an hour and a half away from where I used to live. My sales person, Allen, was great! He quoted me at 7 hours and the job only took 4 hours!!! The movers were very experienced and very kind to me. Everything they brought in they asked me where it was going. that was very helpful because a lot of the things we had needed to be unpacked or we didn't know where it was going yet. I need to get some furniture from a relatives house and right away DN Van Lines was my choice.

Excellent work! I had a small distance move from Clinton to Leominster MA and needed 1 night of storage. They were the only moving company to call me directly next day after requesting a quote. There were 3 movers and 1 truck. The movers were very polite, and careful with my stuff. Went out of their way to make sure that my fragile items were protected and wrapped up. The second day, there were 3 guys again, but only 2 were from the previous day. Again, they took there time to put everything where it needed to be and were very polite. The quote was spot on. I was on the higher end though. Being my first big move, I did not realize how much stuff I actually had. Do not underestimate the amount of boxes you have. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is moving.

DO NOT RISK IT! They arrived 2 hours late to transport from Tampa to Jax. That was okay, but once in Jax the driver hit our apt building and caused $3,000 worth of damage. It happened on a Sunday so I was unable to report it to my leasing office until Monday. When the leasing agent got in contact with customer service (Odedd) out of the base office in Mass. he reported that the driver (Brandon) and other mover (Shaun) stated that they didn't hit the building. I'm dumbfounded that a company would hire such dishonest people. We are in the process of taking them to court due to us having witness statements and proof of the damage. Please be careful if you decide to use this company!

DN Van Lines people are very polite. But beware they will break your dishes and they broke my washer. The claim department therefore tries to get out The claim by saying oh they didn't wrap the washer. There is no excuse for dropping a washer on every floor and therefore tearing up the drum. Incompetent . They suck .

Just finished our move out of the Boston area to another state. DN Van lines performed one of our best military moves out of 9 in the last 20 years. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality and professional move. Dustin performed an excellent pre-move survey that set up Bill and his crew well to pack and load in two days. Scott managed to schedule a door to door delivery in VA. The excellent labeling and packing made it very easy to unpack and get settled in. Thanks to all at DN!
