I used Carmel Movers to move my mother's possessions from Massachusetts to North Carolina and was completely satisfied with the experience. The customer service representatives were very professional and kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. The moving crew showed up on time during both pickup and delivery. They were very courteous and handled our goods with great care. None of our items were lost, damaged, or stolen during the interstate move. I would highly recommend this this company if you are in the market for a mover.

Carmel Movers did a fantastic job with our move. The packing of our house (in September, 2017!) was very smooth and efficient and careful. When we finally moved into our renovated home (July, 2019), they were clean and efficient and set up our stuff with pads to protect newly painted walls. They gave us new insight into how to care for stuff so as to not scratch surfaces. Al (their foreman) was there for the 2017 packup and the 2019 delivery - he remembered our stuff better than we did!

I have moved many times in my life. Carmel Movers are incredible! They packed and wrapped our furniture beautifully, did not stop working until the move was completed, and they did so with cheerful smiles and comments that really helped reduce the stress that moving inevitably brings. Their quote was also significantly lower and much more transparent than several other companies we had in for estimates. I highly recommend Carmel Movers. The Customer Service Manager (Ivan) was fantastic; he kindly and happily adjusted to our schedule that had to change several times, and provided lots of details about the quote and the process. The Movers were also excellent: prompt, careful, polite, extra helpful and efficient! And the final charge was less than the estimate! This was a temporary move while we have work done on house, and we will definitely call on Carmel when we move back! If you are moving, I suggest you call them too!

The BEST! Arrived @ 10:30am, 30 minutes before the earliest scheduled arrival time. Wrapped my furniture in cardboard to protect it while in storage. Moved my belongings to the storage unit in an 1 1/2. Original move was planned to be 2-4 hours. Very professional, courteous & fast. Thanks again guys!

We used Carmel movers recently for our move from Wayland to Framingham. They were absolutely the best! I received a quote the first time I called with a simple process. The movers showed up on time and ready to go. They worked their butts off. We had to make two trips to get all our junk and I wasn't fully done packing. They never lost their sense of humor or steam. The best in Metro West I would not waste your time talking to the others I check with multiple organization and by far they were the best price and willing to work with you and your schedule, 3 months free storage, many trucks so you have the choice to move when you want to move not when they can fit you in. The crew was outrageous moved with purpose never did you see them walking without something in there hands, respectful to your property and work with you on all levels of your packing needs. We hired Carmel Movers for our most recent move. Couldn't be happier with their service. They charge per hour plus travel surcharge and fuel. All packing materials are free including 7 wardrobe boxes so that you can just transfer all hanging clothes/jackets w/o having to pack. They wrap all item very carefully at no extra charge and move you quickly. They bring extra boxes on move day including wardrobes for your use at no extra charge either....very helpful for the last minute items. And they bring boxes in advance if you want.They came in on time and were super careful and fast. They took good care of the flooring (both carpet and wood) in both the source and destination. They dissembled appropriate furniture and put them back.

We had a very large move (2 1/2 giant trucks AFTER personally moving 3 UHaul trucks ourselves) over 2 days. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and strong customer service. The moving supervisor had our satisfaction as his number one priority after the care of our products. Nothing arrived broken, all furniture was wrapped, boxes were not misplaced. We have moved all across the country using big name firms and Carmel has outsmoked all of them. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering moving.

The 4 man crew from Carmel Movers was perfect in every way. They were super careful not to damage any items or the house as they moved furniture in and out. We recently had our hardwood floors redone and they did not mark them at all. Everything was carefully wrapped and padded. The supervisor first toured the house and noted what was moving and what was staying. We had some very heavy items and they handled them with ease. When moving the furniture into our new home they were careful to ask where everything went and placed some furniture in a loft storage that had a heavy duty pull down ladder. They are very honest with their charges and was the lowest bid we had from four companies. I can't recommend them enough.

One of the great things about Carmel Movers is that you don't have to be "moving" to use their services. I needed to have several pieces of heavy, large furniture moved from different rooms in my home to other rooms. I would highly recommend Carmel Movers. The men were very polite and very careful of our belongings and the surroundings.All the furniture was padded and shrink wrapped. They obliged my wife with removing the mattress so she could install the ruffle.After the truck was packed, the new owners asked for our kitchen table and chairs. No problem.Since they had to return for a few more items. They unloaded at our new house , loaded up the table and chairs and delivered them back to the old kitchen. Fabulous customer service.

My parents found themselves in a very compromising situation when Casey Moving Company essentially left them stranded & only completed half of the move. Carmel dropped everything and arrived the next day down to the minute the said they'd be there. The quickly loaded up the truck, fixed the COUNTLESS mistakes from the previous movers, and came in under budget. They are professional & a delight to work with! A team of three movers and truck arrived on time @ 8:00am to move all contents to a 2500 sq ft, ranch. 3 bedroom, kitchen. dinning room, furnished basement, garage and deck items. By noon the house was empty, everything was on the truck, The crew took care in wrapping a covering furniture and bedding, these guys were Pro's. By 4:30PM the last item was brought into the new location. Every piece they handled and delivered to the new place arrived in the same condition it left the old house, PERFECT. These guys were AMAZING!!! From my phone call with Ivan who detailed out my move and gave me a GREAT quote and many ways to make my move smoother and cheaper. To the guys that Milo brought out on the day of the move! They were early and got right to work. They came prepared with extra boxes and materials. It was a 90+ day and we had alot to move and these guys were great. They took great care of everything and they made sure all our stuff went from one place to the next with nothing broken. They were quick and friendly and so great to work alongside! I recommend them highly! It was sooo hot and they had a lot to move and there attitudes were great!
