I used Boomerang for a residential local move. Scott, the owner, came to my house to give an estimate and I found him to be both professional and personable. Their estimate was competitive with another mover I also looked at, but I had a better connection with Boomerang. I had to close on two houses on the same day, and several days before our move date, we realized that a dual closing plus moving on the same day wasn't going to be feasible. Scott was very understanding and flexible with our situation, and we ended up having Boomerang load up our stuff the day before, hold it overnight,and deliver it the next day. On both days four guys showed up, and I must commend their efficiency, communication, and diligence. I'm very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them.

I managed a construction project for a medical building in 2017. Over the course of several months we relied on Boomerang to move items various times and to various locations, including up and down stairs. They carefully and efficiently moved everything from filing cabinets to delicate medical instrumentation. MIckey and all the movers were respectful and worked with care. Boomerang was easy to reach, flexible with options for moving dates for us and Tyler and Alex did an outstanding job moving our appliances from a business in Hadley to our home in West Springfield. I will use them again in the future in this is not the first time we did use Boomerang. They were timely, professional and cautious with our new refrigerator and stove. Oh by the way, the price was right also!! Natasha, the office manager whom coordinates moves for customers, was awesome to work with. They keep it simple and do it right.

This is a first class company. Great communication, great price and great crew. Scott the owner was in constant contact to ensure what was a very stressful move run very smoothly. On the day of the move Micky talked me through his plan of attack on our move and went off to a flawless execution. The rest of the crew, Tyler, Tyson, Cal, Marty and Chris worked so hard and efficient, I was really impressed. As you might find out, movers charge by the hour. These guys worked like they were running a marathon, while taking great pride not to break anything. They used plenty of floor protection and padded around the door jambs to prevent any dings there. I highly recommend them.

I recently used Boomerang Moving and Storage and had a really great experience - the original quote was very fair, the movers were careful and respectful of my items, and the move went so seamlessly that we actually finished early and it ended up being less expensive than the quote! I found the pick-up and delivery service very useful, - they came punctually and took care of everything. However, what made this such a good service was the the invaluable experience I had had with customer service when I realised that I had left my passport in my storage. In less than a day's turnover, they had found my passport and shipped it to my convenience (while also providing me a variety of other options regarding how best to obtain it). I will definitely be using Boomerang again and owe them one big-time!

We used Boomerang Moving and Storage to help us temporarily store and then deliver to us most of our household items, including all types of furniture, picture frames, clothing, toys, electronics (stereo and televisions), garden equipment, high value art work, and many other belongings. We needed to store a lot of stuff as we had to stage our home for listing, and then have it all delivered to our new house once we closed. Prices were very fair. We had shopped around and Boomerang was really the most competitive. Not only were they very good on pricing, but their service was at better than anything I've experienced. The trucks and workers were early the day we needed everything out, and all the workers took great care with our stuff. We were really worried about moving stuff out because we didn't want any scratches or nicks on our house that we were trying to sell (and our belongings). The movers handled all of our belongings with the utmost care, as well as our home. When everything was delivered to our new home, the trucks and workers were again on time, helpful, and extremely careful with our stuff. They delivered everything wherever we needed it in our house. They were also some of the same workers who originally moved us out of our old house, so it was comforting knowing they were helping us again. I should also note the owner of the company was extremely timely, helpful, and reliable when we needed the original quote and any questions answered. We will definitely use Boomerang again!

Wonderful customer service and support. I had originally been storing with a competitor, whose movers did not show up at all. When I called Boomerang, they were able to pick up my boxes within half an hour of me calling. The movers were very friendly and I felt like a client, not just a customer. My daughter signed up with Boomerang for the cheaper service where she delivers the boxes to them and they store for the summer and then she picks them up again when she arrives back at school. However, she neglected to read the drop off date for the boxes and when I showed up to her dorm she discovered that day had come and gone and she no where to store her entire dorm room and had to catch a flight in a few hours. Panic mode set in! I called Natasha at Boomerang and she found a way to make it work so that we could get her boxes picked up and still make our flight! While that service was much more expensive than us dropping off the boxes ourselves we really had no choice if we were gonna catch that flight home. Not only did they save the day BUT they made it happen immediately so we could leave for the airport. Boomerang really did save the day and I am so impressed with their willingness to make it work for us. Unfortunately my daughter will be working all summer just to pay us back for this mishap but Boomerang did save the day and kept this college girl alive...haha! Thanks Natasha and Boomerang!

Back in October we started our move which involved storing everything for a couple months while our new home was being built. These guys worked extremely hard and what impresses us the most was their great attitudes and caution with our possessions. Communication was excellent and pricing was very reasonable. We found a couple of other cheaper alternatives during our search for movers but they were all pretty close in price. Boomerang came across very trustworthy and professional and that's why we chose them. I can't recommend them highly enough. Great company.

I have been using Boomerang Storage at Mount Holyoke College for the past 2 years now, and I have always had a fantastic experience. You can schedule your own pick up/drop off times for your things, and they are always on time getting to you. This is a big thing for me, because I usually have a plane to make the same day, so scheduling can be tight. So far, I've never had a problem. They come right to your room and move everything either in/out very quickly. They even volunteered to grab a fridge for me from someone else's dorm room for no extra charge. I've always had all of my boxes delivered back to me in the same condition I left them in. I can't say enough good things about the company. Responsible, on time, and not too expensive. What more could you ask for?

I am a Umass Amherst student and used Boomerang Storage this past summer. I had heard good things from a friend of mine so I thought I'd give them a shot. I was really impressed with how flexible they were in bending their schedule to accommodate my schedule (I had a logistical nightmare getting back to school) They were polite, responsive and bent over backwards to get my storage back to me. Best of all they carried all my stuffs up and down the stairs to my room. It's the way to go and felt they are very trustworthy and they provide a good value. I will be using Boomerang Storage the next 2 years.

If you are looking for a moving company on Central and Western MA, look no more. We hired Boomerang for a move partially funded by UMASS moving expenses allowance. Boomerang made the administrative process very easy. We got cost estimates from 3 moving companies, Boomerang provided the lowest cost estimates by far. They used a video call to see and evaluate the moving inventory and provided a clear and satisfactory moving cost estimate based on it. Their customer service was top notch before, during and after the move. The movers arrived on time and provided a worry-less move done carefully and under budget. My husband and I needed movers to help us move to a nearby town in August. We got some quotes from three different companies and Boomerang's was competitive, but I was really won over by the friendliness and attention to detail of the staff. They took some time to understand what items we were moving so they could give me an accurate quote for the job- which is what I paid in the end. I have heard stories of other companies charging more for the job than originally quoted so that was definitely a concern of mine! I did not have that problem with Boomerang. And I continued to be impressed with the moving staff who were timely, courteous and attentive with my (many) things. They blanket-wrapped my furniture and were very careful with all of my boxes. From heavy dining furniture to rugs and even a piano- they moved everything without issue. If I were to ever move again (doubtful) I would definitely use Boomerang. They made what could have been a stressful situation a pleasure!

I used this storage my first year and had a great experience; thus, I used it again my second year. When I arrived to my room, my boxes were not present. Instead, they were in the wrong room, so I had to carry 7 heavy boxes back to my room including the fridge. The fridge was covered with scratches and out of balance; the fridge was definitely not in the condition I stored. After my complaint and long arguments about their service failure, they offered a sincere apology and store credit for the next time I use their service. After my personal bad experience, the offered store credit was no use as I was not going to use Boomerang Storage anymore. No other refund offer was made despite the fact that the price I paid included delivering accurately and storing my objects in good condition. I hear great things about Boomerang storage from others and they did try their best to make up for the mistake. The workers were kind and friendly as well. However, I do think there are cheaper alternatives.

I'm a current senior at Wellesley College and Ive been using Boomerang Storage for the past 2 summers. They are absolutely amazing! I would recommend their services to everyone as they make the process super easy and manageable. You don't have to worry about finding a way to get all of your belongings into storage and back out at the end of the summer as they take care of that for you. It also helps that you don't have to strain yourself trying to carry all of the heavy stuff! The employees are so nice and personable and really made my business worth while. Thumbs up to Boomerang!
