Used them for a move. Had items in 2 different places and they gave me a great price for it all. The movers were polite and courteous. they did not try to up-sell or waste supplies to charge me more. They are a great company to work with from top to bottom. Thanks Orly moving!

Their service varies from crew to crew. We were unlucky and had a crew leader who was impatient, and at times became belligerent. Towards the end of our pack-up day he seemed to grow tired and bored and told us that nothing more would fit on the truck, even though there was room and the contents of our home had been surveyed twice leading up to that day. Then the company decided to take some of our possessions off the truck and store them for a week before sending on another truck. Some of these possessions were key to our move, such as clothing and some expensive pieces of furniture. There was damage throughout the move and some of our favorite pieces will never be the same. The insurance they offer is a scam and doesn't insure anything, it's just another way for them to make money. Also the truck was in terrible condition with a lift gate full of rust holes. This is a company that presents itself as something it is not.

Orly is the BEST moving company I have ever used. I say this after my most recent move - my 5th move with Orly over the years. Very buttoned up, very professional, very careful, very pleasant, very efficient. All at a very fair price. I even had Orly store a lot of my personal belongings during one past move...everything was tagged and returned in excellent condition. Thank you, Orly! See you again for my next move down the road.
