My experience with this moving company was bad. I can say that the movers were polite thieves. After an encounter of missing money from my home, the foreman of the crew was very impolite after being asked about the incident. I would never recommend this company to anyone not even a four legged animal for services.

Amazing movers!! I called them on Friday evening at 830pm. Surprisingly Yuriy answered the phone late. He said they could do the moving job on Sunday. The guys arrived early. Asked could they start. We needed a little more time to prepare based on timeline given to us. He had no issues waiting. When he did start, they moved swiftly, efficiently, and with positive attitudes!! Definitely would use Jesus' team again.

they did an excellent job...they are not there to chat with you and be your new best friend...anyone giving a bad review probably has boundary issues because they definitely come in, do their job and go... i had to beg them to drink some water during my move...ill DEFINITELY call them to help me with furniture i cant handle myself.

Wow! My move was scheduled for 8 am. They called at 7:20 and said they will be there in 20 minutes. True to his word he was there at 7:40. It was 2 guys who did my complete move in 3 hours. They were efficient and nice. Best moving company around. And the price was RIGHT. Will use optima again if I want to move

I have used Optima twice in the past and have had stellar service. This third time (reserved for today) has been an absolute disaster. I was on their book reserved for 3pm today and I got a call AT 3 PM with them canceling. Marius called me bragging about Optima having “the best prices” and the “best service” and how they “tried to help me” while canceling in the same breath. His reason being “the crew wouldn’t get to me until 8p because they were still on jobs” although I have an email from Marius confirming today 9/30/19 between 3-5. I took off work for my move and shared that with him and his respond was “it’s not like you took off the whole day”. He completely lacked empathy and accountability and continued to talk over me when I said that there needs to be SOME kind of accommodation. I’ll just stop here because it’s no need to continue to share the disrespect and lack of customer service. If you’d like to take a risk on them, have a second and maybe even third reservation with another company. I’m currently writing this while on the phone frantically searching for a same day moving company.

For a contracted full moving service, they showed up with no packing material. $4000 later the move is not complete. They left behind a truck load of stuff.

I thought this company was fast and professional. I used them to unload the truck that I already had packed. I called them last minute and they were able to accommodate me. The three workers that came out were very nice and did an amazing job. They also worked very fast. I would recommend using this company if you need help moving.

Got bad experience with my move. Not recommend it. Employers who move you don't speak English only on Spanish , probably even illegals in country.

11-2017.....Move out....The 3 guys definitely did a GREAT JOB on my move. I had was the best crew and when I move my stuff out of storage, I definitely want the same crew to come back out. 4-2018 .....Move in ......was upset because my Office desk got damage and it was not covered under their policy . They still did a good job other than that

I use this company for my move over the weekend, great experience Sergey and his team arrived on time 800am. After showing them what had to go they immediately started working. Helped me dismantle the bed and pack my kitchen miscellaneous. Guys worked fast and hard. They protected my furniture with furniture pads. At the destination place, they set up my beds and arranged all my furniture. I could not ask for more. Fast experienced and very polite. Thank you Optima for sending us such a great team!

Don't even think about this company. Stay away! Mariush and Stafan will promise quick move and affordable rates, but it's a lie. This is a worst gipsy company I've ever seen. Unprofessional behavior, rude and disrespectful movers. this guys do not understand what customer says. They scratched up my dresser,damaged bookshelf plus they used dirty torn blankets. After all this mess they asked about tips? Shameless people!

I could not have asked for a better experience! Optima was fast and efficient. They showed up on time and were VERY FAST! We had them move a 3 bedroom town home that required them coming to our home and a storage area. The had a three man team and they were done in less than six hours. The price was reasonable and I was so impressed that I tipped them the additional money that I allotted for the move. I currently have some health challenges that kept me from doing it myself. I’d use Optima again!!

The lier company, because you don’t have any option on the last time of your moving day they will add extra hours. They added two hours for the kids one bank bed. So I will not suggest to any one.

We were completely impresses with the gentlemen who helped us with our move. They arrived according to the time scheduled. They worked very hard and carefully. The move took longer than was estimated but only because we had more than we planned. Thank you for the professional move. We will be calling in couple weeks for our next project. The crew moved my items with speed and very safely. I will do my best to recommend to all people who move Optima Moving. Although I was happy about my payment, the crew leader explained everything to me and made me feel safe and secure.

The overall experience of having Optima Moving moving me and my family, went beyond my expectations. The movers were very efficient, they got the job done within the time frame, as they promised. All of my furniture were delivered safely without a single scratch. My Husband and I were simply amazed, just watching the movers doing their job, wrapping every single piece of furniture in our house with their brand new utility pads and on a top of that, protecting it with their plastic "shrink-wrap" material, we were truly impressed. I moved from Oxon Hill MD to Glen Burnie MD. I hired optima moving because they came recommended by someone I know who had a good experience. I had unexpectedly been in and out the hospital due to health concerns and I’m a single woman moving. I thought the men at optima moving were honest individuals. I was wrong. There were 3 men. 1 of which became irate toward the end of the move. He stood in my garage with someone on speaker phone talking about how hot It was and how he was no longer going to unload the truck cursing and making all kinds of threats towards the other 2 because some words were exchanged over a box (Marius the owner: gave me an hour discount over his behavior). He was accusing the 1 of the other men of stealing money from my daughters money bucket. She had a lot of change in there from quarters, nickels, dimes and pennies. The bucket was in my garage. Needless to say he was right, when I checked the bucket all she had left were pennies. So sad, who steals from a 8 year old girl?! I had given these men alcohol, Michael kors purses and even a electric four wheeler for one their daughters because I had no use for these things anymore. I can’t find my drill, tool box and my daughter’s money is magically missing. I have unpacked everything and even returned to the other house to see if perhaps anything may have been left behind before writing this review. I do not recommend this company especially if you have lose things. They obviously just help themselves to things that do not belong to them. I feel like I was taken advantage of because as one person I obviously couldn’t keep up with everything and be in every room as they loaded It. Obviously impossible to check behind them and make sure they aren’t stealing when moving a 2 bedroom townhome. Never again. Be careful and beware.

It is not often that I take the time to write a review, however, I felt compelled to do so given the consistently exceptional moving and customer service I have received from Optima Moving on two occasions.My first experience with Optima Moving was in 2015 when I moved from Bethesda to DC. The move was worry free from start to finish from the initial call with Marius who explained the entire process to me in full user friendly detail to the delivery of boxes, tape and packing material to my home to the packing, transport and reassembly of my furniture in my new place. The move was comparably priced (if not a little less) than other moving services, and quoted as a flat rate which I loved. Additionally, with Optima Moving, you get so much more value all around given the courtesy, professionalism and efficiency of the team and one certainly cannot put a price tag on excellence. Because of my first wonderful experience with Marius and the Optima Moving Team in 2015, when I needed to move from DC to Baltimore this year, I did not even consider researching another moving service. I reached out to Marius and once again, he was extremely responsive, professional and customer focused as were the gentlemen who picked up my items in MD and those who delivered them safely to Baltimore. While I have moved several times previously, I have never had such a good experience with movers. For this reason and many others, I highly recommend Optima Moving without reservations and I am confident that if you select them to do your move, you, too will receive exceptional worry free service.

Great crew, Abysmal management. After requesting a move for 10:00 on a Saturday, we were scheduled for 9:00. The day before the move, I received a confirmation call stating that the crew would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00, so my wife and I got up very early to be prepared, but no one showed up. I called 2 different phone numbers, but no one answered. I wrote an email to the address I had used to schedule the move, but no one answered. Finally at 10:45 I discovered a second website (the same company, but a different website than I had used to contact them) with a third phone number. I called this number and got an answer. The office then confirmed that we had been scheduled for 9:00, but they didn't know where the truck was. It was 11:40 before the crew leader called me to say they were on the way. Once the crew arrived at 12:45 the move proceeded quickly and without incident. The guys were excellent. So, if you choose Optima, you are responsible for knowing what is going on. The management will not give you any information, so you have to specifically ask for anything you might need to know (like a phone number for when no one arrives). If you can handle this, Optima is very affordable, and the movers themselves are excellent. tl;dr: Movers = Amazing, Management = Horrible (crew didn't show b/c of office mistake)

Since Sept 2018, I have used Optima Moving Company four times (Sept 2018, Oct 2018, May 2019, and an upcoming move Jul 2019) for various local family moves. They have always been prompt, courteous, careful, and work very quickly and efficiently. They offered the most reasonable pricing, and after being extremely satisfied with the first move, I would not use or recommend any other moving company. I used Optima Moving for my move this weekend and couldn't be happier with the service I received. This was my first time hiring movers and Elmer, Francisco and Sergey did a great job. The crew arrived during the time frame specified and once they arrived, they quickly began loading up items, making sure to securely cover all my furniture items and stack everything properly. I hadn't packed my coats and jackets and the guys neatly hung them all up in their wardrobe box. I wasn't even expecting that and really appreciated it. I recently bought my first home and they made sure to carefully move the items into my new place. They offered to move things into specific areas, and asked if I knew where I wanted such items, etc. On top of how efficient they were, they were also very pleasant. The guys had great attitudes and worked fast. Lastly, Optima Moving' prices are extremely reasonable compared to other companies! I had a great experience all around and I'd definitely use them again for another move
