I was VERY SUPER HAPPY with the job that Bargain Movers did. From the first contact with Martina and Lewis to the cleanup at the end of the move my experience with Bargain Movers was great. We moved on 7/28/17 during the nor'easter . In some of the most difficult conditions Jorge, Sergio and David showed up to move my daughter after their morning job took twice as long as planned. They were Happy and Cheerful, ready to get the job done. They went right to work , each one knew exactly what to do. AMAZING. They were early, friendly, relaxed and thoroughly prepared. I thought I was prepared but they needed to spend some time further consolidating my belongings. They said they'd be from DC to PA by a time I thought was ridiculous. They arrived on time. It was over 100 degrees that day but they never faltered. Our family is not easily impressed--we've seen a lot in our day, but we were pleasantly surprised. Nothing was damaged. I had a lot of sensitive electronics that had to arrive intact. I communicated this to them, and they worked hard to be good. Everybody on this end not only would endorse them--we genuinely liked them as people. They killed it. Don't even bother calling anyone else. It's right here.

We were very happy with Bargain Movers and highly recommend them. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 and showed up promptly at 8:00. They were polite and had good comraderie the whole 8 1/2 hours it took to move us from one home to the next. Most importantly, nothing was lost, damaged or broken. On the administrative end, Louis and Martina were very friendly and eager to help us in answering any and all of our questions prior to our move. We felt prepared, ready and excited when we moved because Bargain Movers helped to take a lot of the anxiety out of such an emotionally and physically exhausting experience.

Purchased a "2 men and one truck for three hours" special for a local move. My guys were on time, moved fast, did a good job wrapping and packing, and we were done early. I had other estimates, and this option was far cheaper and I was happy with the experience. I would use again. Thumbs up!

My experience with Bargain Movers has been excellent! Moving is always stressful, but the folks at Bargain Movers did their very best to alleviate my stress and make sure everything went as planned. I moved from Kensington to Clarksburg within only two weeks that was challenging for Luis and team to make it happen, but they did just great. The Luis team were professional, efficient and took better care of my stuff than I would have. I couldn't believe it was actually an enjoyable move. I would use them again. Great company!!

Bargain Movers did a terrific job for me in my solo move from one condo to another in Baltimore City. I had no less than 50 paintings on the walls (glass, fabric, oils on canvas, the gamut) and many smaller ones. I have only just finished unpacking everything almost 3 weeks later. It was perfect. Nothing was damaged, nothing was missing. The guys were great, good humoured and tireless, despite the challenges including a concrete slab and 4 heavy columns for legs that make up my custom coffee table. Project was to move and dispose of the furniture in my deceased father in laws' fourth floor apartment. It went far better than expected. The two men were early and were able to prepare several items prior to the availability of an elevator. They worked very quickly while simultaneously being very careful. Perhaps the best surprise was their great sense of humor. The delivery to donate most of the furniture went quickly and those items not accepted were taken to the local trash facility. In the end, I was pleased with the price and the pace. I will soon be taking my own recommendation and hiring them to move my entire household to a new home and I am sure the experience will be just as satisfying as this one

I really wanted to rate this higher. I contacted Bargain Movers after a bad experience with another local moving company. It started off really well. The crew arrived on time on Saturday morning; they were professional and moved me out of my storage location in under an hour. Then they disappeared for 2 hours and 40 minutes (for what should have been an hour to an hour and 30 minute drive) with no phone call, nothing. After 2 frantic voicemails to the main office and an email, someone finally called me back to tell me the crew had stopped for lunch and they were stuck at a weigh station. I called Monday morning to file a complaint and the first thing the owner said was that the GPS showed the crew was stuck in traffic and while he understands I should have at least received a phone call, he urged me to understand he's running a business and has to pay the crew for their time. Only after I told him that I was getting 2 different stories from him and the gentleman that called me on Saturday did he agree to refund me for 1 hour. Really disappointing experience that made an already stressful situation worse. I will not be using them again.
