if timing and reliability is a concern, which during a move probably are, do not use this company. the movers were scheduled to arrive between 8am and 9am. the manager added this is the best time as the movers would be fresh. with all other logistics scheduled around that time, rental truck, other helping hands, arrival at final destination, i felt comfortable. MISTAKE. When 9:30 arrived and still no movers or even a call from the company. They finally arrived at 10:40am. Management and the movers confessed they decided to do another move before mine despite my time lock and deposit. DO NOT USE OR TRUST. They will mess up your move.

Communication and reliability are a huge problem - repeatedly put on hold, told someone will call back, and no one does. No one accepts responsibility for problems. Finally once I was able to unpack my boxes I found several items broken and more importantly several missing: a 4X4 glass top to a coffee table, a two-drawer file cabinet, and several works of art. I just called again to no avail. Was told to contact the "dispatcher" who does not respond. I will consider removing this post if someone from the company contacts me today.
