Amazing service. The team was punctual, friendly, professional, and hard working. They are very reasonably priced. When they arrived they got right to work and did not waste any time. We used them to move our large pieces (beds, dressers, sectional, etc.) from Ashburn to Leesburg. They made sure to wrap all of our furniture and handled all of it with care. There was no damage to any of our furniture. They worked very efficiently. I would 100% recommend them for your move. I would definitely use them again!

The provided wardrobes; they were on time and were very accommodating. They wrapped all my furniture and took very good care of every piece. They are very easy to work with, and their price was one of the best quotes I got. I would definitely use them again.

I used Alex and his team to move a few items from my house, including a treadmill. When they tried to get the treadmill out the front door, some damage was done to the hardwood floor because no blankets, towels, or rugs were put down to protect it. The damage wasn't a big deal to me - it could easily be fixed. I sent an e-mail to see how to proceed with getting it fixed or getting compensated for the damage. I was assured that they would have a contractor come out to see me to assess the damage. It is now one month since the move. No one has come to assess the damage. Alex has stopped responding to my e-mails. When I called to ask him to resolve the situation, he all but hung up on me saying that he was too busy because he was working (understandable, but he handled it very rudely) and did not ever return my call. If the contractor had come out and communication had been continued by Alex, I'd have rated them probably at four stars or maybe more! However, I feel that this situation was handled extremely unprofessionally and I feel very cheated. I would not recommend using them. I have used other companies that handled damages to the house in a much more professional manner and this was not at all what I would have expected from a moving company. The last communication from Alex was July 4. I have sent additional e-mails on July 4, 10, and 12 with still no response to any of those. If you want a worry-free moving experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I've used American Smart Moving Services 5 times in the past 5 years. Alex has always provided the lowest cost and highest service I have ever received from a moving business. I have had American Smart move me with one week's notice in the aftermath of a blizzard and the men were NOT one minute late, nor did they complain about the ice on the outdoor stairs that salt could not fix. These guys are not sissys! Out of five moves, American Smart has never been late to arrive, and never, never has canceled. Alex, the owner, is a man of his word and in FIVE moves, I have never had a bad experience of any kind. My furniture was wrapped and handled carefully, and delivered to my next home without harm. The men took furniture apart and then put it back together again with exact precision and no screws missing. Amazing. Alex has been present at each of my last five moves, and works beside his men. He has demonstrated leadership by modeling superior work ethic and professionalism. His hands get as dirty as his men's hands through hard work. He not only talks the talk; he walks the walk. His men follow his example and meet his expectations. Having moved over the past 40 years by many movers, I give American Smart Movers my highest praise: Alex and his men hustle and work steadily each and every second they are on the clock, on my dime. No slackers at American Smart. Having been a single mother on a limited budget, I felt so relieved not to worry about having a 5 hour move turn into a 10 hour move. I will close by saying that Alex and his company, American Smart Movers, have earned my loyalty as a customer. Alex has earned my trust as an honest, fair, dependable, and skillful owner and leader of a wonderful moving company. I recommend that you hire American Smart Movers, and rest assured Alex and his men will take care of all of your needs for your move.

This Moving Company is the best! Quality, Professionalism, Kindness, Speed, Price,... you name it and they are great in it! The best decision we made regarding our moving process! I talked to Mr. Alex and he took care of us with the best deal we could get in addition to the quality of the job. 3 guys came with a 26ft Truck and they wrapped everything and moved them carefully. They were nice and polite all the way to the end of the day! Usually when people get tired at the end of the day, they get frustrated and show attitude; but American Smart guys wont!
