Had a great experience with this moving company. It was a last minute change with the movers I originally selected. All 1 Stop movers came highly recommended. I made a call during one of the busiest times of the year- Labor Day. Spoke with the owner and he was able to fit me in the schedule. Completed the paperwork and made the deposit. 24hrs before the move, I received an email and call confirming the move. The morning of the move, the gentleman introduced himself and stated he would be at my residence in 15min - and he was there on time. I was able to get a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment fully loaded on the truck then moved into the storage facility (neat and organized) all within 4hrs flat. All of my stuff was packed except for 3 large pieces. The guys packed and wrapped those pieces and placed them on the truck. Nothing was damaged or broken and everything was intact. I highly recommend this company for any and all of your needs. Please be upfront and honest (when completing the paperwork and speaking with the customer service rep) when scheduling your move so the guys are equipped with the extra supplies and extra hands if needed. I will dedinitely use them again for any local or long distance moves.

Moving from an apartment to a new house and I needed cheap yet efficient movers. I searched online and was referred to All N 1 Stop movers. They quickly sent me a quote based on items I had and I was allowed to make updates a few days before my move. They arrived on time (based on start time range provided) and got to work moving my 14 boxes to the truck. They then begin wrapping up large furniture and disassembling my bed. I lived in a 700sq ft apartment with a narrow hallway and they didn’t scratch one wall or bang up any furniture. They took a little under 2 hours to moved out apartment items and load their truck. It took about the same amount of time to unload it at my house. My quoted price was under $400 for 3 hours. The end price was a little higher but thats due to the stairs at the apartment and house and walkway. They also handled my rather large treadmill which was a hassle to move. Id definitely used them again if I had to move. Both movers were friendly and professional.

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of relocating for work semi-regularly. AllN1Stop came to me by the recommendation of a friend here in DC. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Out of all of my moves, this was by far the easiest. The online quote process was easy. The company communicates in the manner the customer requests (for this move we set everything up via email and their online portal due to my travel schedule). The price quoted was fair and accurate. The movers themselves were on time, professional, took great care not to cause any damage, and took exactly the amount of time estimated in my original quote. Give these guys a try— if you have the same experience I did, you won’t regret it.

We are in the process of moving our 91 year old mother from her long term home in PG County to our youngest sister's home on DE. I called several moving companies in the Washington area but was most impressed by the professionalism of the representative I spoke with at All in 1 Stop. They came out to the house to inspect and again were totally professional and courteous. Other companies did their evaluation by "virtual" inspection. The price we were quoted was competitive and complete in the information as to the process that would be followed, the time the job would require and the pricing break-down. They also were totally cooperative in meeting our timing requirements. The truck showed up exactly when they said they would and they went to work and zipped through the house. This move required a pick-up in PG and two drop offs in DE and they were finished by 4:30 same day. Everything they did was of the highest quality and professionalism. If I had another move in the Washington area I wouldn't bother to call another mover for a price.

After a few previous painful self-moving experiences, my partner and I decided to seek out professionals for our cross-country move from Washington, DC to Detroit, Michigan. Our research led us to All N 1 Stop Moving and Storage and, boy, we couldn’t be happier it did! From the initial consultation to the drop-off, everything about working with All N 1 Stop Moving and Storage was painless and professional! Bryan did an excellent job of communicating with me via phone calls and text messaging to provide timely updates. His movers treated our belongings as if they were their own, providing even more blanket wrapping than I deemed necessary for some items. Thanks to their impeccable care, we experienced no damage to any of our furniture or other belongings. Also, I let Bryan know during his site survey visit that I wanted to donate a desk and a few other smaller items. On moving day, the movers took the items up for donation to store in their warehouse since they have a partnership with a local church to donate to families in need. I guess when they say All n 1 Stop, they TRULY mean it! Long story short: this was a GREAT experience thanks to Bryan and his team. I hired All N 1 Stop Movers to help me make a local move last week. I hired them based on other reviews online. I received detailed information about the move and prompt responses to my questions prior to the day of the move. The day of, I got a call to let me know they were on their way. They arrived at 0801 for our 0800-1000 start time. I have a lot of stuff for one person and they moved it all well and quickly, including 5 heavy Core-Ten planters from my back yard. I had a sofa that would not fit into the basement of the new place (it will once renovations are done). They gave it a great try though. I received stellar service for a great price. I would definitely recommend them and would use this company again.

They did a fantastic job with a small-scale, same-day furniture move from Philadelphia to Bethesda, MD! Throughout the process, Tanya and Brian were great to work with and helped us with a SUPER complicated and annoying paperwork issue (when the Philly building required onerous/additional insurance documentation). Their pricing was competitive, and even beat out the "big box" national moving companies (on which you have to wait days/weeks for your stuff, and share a truck with other moves). I loved that: • they did same-day delivery for an East Coast move (PA to D.C. area) • our stuff was the only stuff on the truck • they didn't turn us away for "only" moving 1 bedroom set, 1 dining set, and a TV + 5 boxes • the two movers were efficient, careful, kind, and friendly • the price was honest, fair, estimated quickly and accurately (using an online inventory rather than requiring an in-person visit). You can trust them with your move, however complicated!

I am very pleased with the service I received from All N 1 Stop moving company . I moved my mother from a senior living facility in Richmond to another on in Bowie Md. There were many restrictions that we had to deal with on moving day, including the limitation on the days we could move and the times we could use the 1 very slow elevator in the building. Not only did the movers arrive on time, they arrived AHEAD of time an packed up my mother's apartment with lightning speed and precision! .. they arrived at the new spot in good time and did an excellent job unpacking and setting up the furniture in the new place. Everything was handled with care. My mother had some old heavy, furniture and they moved that with no problem, taking time to wrap everything, even some pictures. The movers were professional and courteous, even speaking to the elderly people in my mothers building with kindness. I want to express my sincere thanks to Alln1Stop for their assistance with our recent move. The gentlemen who performed the move yesterday were outstanding. From the time they entered my home to the late evening when they finish unpacking they worked constantly. The move began the morning of with a professional phone call letting us know of their ETA. We were professionally greeted by way of introduction at the door. Once in my old and new home, they covered the hardwood and carpet to prevent damage. They were very open in disclosing everything and answering our every question. The guys worked really well together. I notice them getting tired in the evening, but they pushed through to make sure we were well pleased. In the new location, they wanted to make sure we were happy with where everything went and asked if not sure where to put certain things. There was a screw that came out of the entertain center and they fully disclosed it (rare). Also, a chair to my dining room set had a loose arm, they informed me of that as well. All-around great guys! My wife and I highly recommend Alln1Stop!!!! Thanks for everything!

Mistakenlly sent $750 dollars to their business through CashApp and they refuse to return it. They claim they don’t have it. My bank institution, Square Up, all claim it was transferred to their bank account. I’ve sent them copies of receipts and letters from bank claiming it was successfully transferred. It’s unfortunate that a business like this is thinking it’s ok to keep $750 that doesn’t belong to them. And unfortunate that legal actions have to be taken. Be careful when dealing with them. Honesty is key to a great business.

The gentlemen (Wes and his partner-- sorry about the lack of name remembering) who moved my furniture and boxes were very efficient and friendly. I had an excellent experience with All N 1Stop Moving. I was moving a very full apartment from downtown DC to another state and had them do both packing and the moving. They were extremely flexible about scheduling the move around my schedule, and they adjusted things when I requested changes. They were friendly, careful, efficient and very respectful of me and my stuff. I think they price their work reasonably. I recommend working with them carefully on the estimate as it is an estimate only, and may go up (or down). In my case it went up-- I don't think they were unfair about it -- the job was bigger than they realized. They were prompt about showing up for the estimate, the packing, and the delivery. They checked in with me to let me know if anything was changing. I would definitely call on them again.

The pick up crew (James and Carlos) we’re right on time, highly organized and completed the pick up smoothly. James and Carlos delivered our household goods in Asheville on time (which was an 8 hour drive for them). This would have been a 5 star review. I called them 3 days before my moving date. They told me they could move some stuff around to accomodate my Saturday morning move, so big props to them. They arrived at or before the scheduled time around 9am. They had everything packed and loaded into the truck in 2 hours or less for a 1.5 bedroom move, pretty fast for a 3 man crew given that the truck was a few hundred feet from the apartment. They unloaded and assembled everything in the new apartment in about an hour and a half so I was pretty ecstatic about everything. Then it all started going downhill. Towards the end of the move, I decided to turn on my TV to make sure that the cable company had transferred the service over. Then I notice what seems to be a big crack on the LCD screen on the inside but there seems to be no outside damage where the crack appears. I point it out to them, they call the office to report it and we all took pictures of it. I talk to the office and they till me I'll receive an email on Monday to start the claims process. The next day I notice a small dent on the bottom left hand side of the screen that I hadn't noticed before because you couldn't see it with the TV on, so I took pictures of that too. Monday came and went and I got nothing from them, so I called them on Tuesday and was told that I would be getting a call later that day from Tanya from the Claims department. That same day I got the invoice from them and a reminder that they had a 30 days claims process and I would be contacted regarding the TV. Called again the next day and was told I would be contacted before the end of the week. Never got a call back from them. Finally got a hold of Tanya on July 10, and she told me to send her photos of the TV, which I did. Since I hadn't heard anything from them, I called again on the 14th and was told that the claim was denied because they hadn't noticed the damage to the TV on the day of the move and it had been properly wrapped and handled, even though the pictures clearly showed it being damaged. Needless to say, they've lost a customer.

I am glad we hired All in 1 Stop for our move. I appreciate punctuality and the guys were early that we had to tell them to come a little later because we weren't ready. They were flexible enough to do so when it came to our move. They were professional and made our move painless. Everything was packed efficiently from our TV stand, bed frames and mattresses. Everything left in one piece and arrived and was unpacked in one piece. From having a tool kit to break down our bed frames to having extra boxes to mattress pads to fit any size bed, they had what we needed when we needed it. The best part is how accurate the quote was on the amount of time it would take. It was spot on. I had a good feeling about them when Bryan arrived to take inventory to give us a quote for our move 2 weeks prior. I am very happy with my decision and will be looking to use All in 1 Stop again in the future.
