Well, first Uhaul location (Rayne) left me hanging for hours, late at night, on side of road because no one could figure out technical difficulty regarding 24/7 share. Then, 2nd issue, is on my part, but very inconvenient. The UHaul representative stated switching from one-way trip to round was not possible. Spent an extra $160 because at time of loading rental truck, wife went into labor, and she had an unplanned C Section. In hospital for days. This led us to waiting for days with an empty UHaul sitting in driveway, so we could pick up vehicles at old residence. Otherwise, equipment clean, truck ran very well. Ramp is convenient. In store staff friendly and helpful.

Had a reservation to pick up a truck, & we go to pick it up but they say none are available due to flat tires, etc. Rude. Not helpful. Unreliable.

Prices for mileage on the pickup truck are a little expensive for more that a day at most but in necessary situation very handy & customer service was great.
