Noooo do not do it ! Company is not reliable they make you go out pick up the truck and not refund you for your gas as well as bringing the truck killing the gas to bring it although we reserve waaay ahead and they call 1day before to say they dont have the truck but they do have one 1 hour and a half away if we want it

The desk personnel didn't know what they were doing. I ended up incurring an additional 15.00 in ATM fees fr having to keep going to the ATM then to only find out she could have took the card direct. Never again !

I moved out of my storage unit, gave them the notice that was required and they are still trying to charge me for this month with included late fees. I have called multiple times and have been told I will get a call back. That was a week ago and I still haven't gotten a call back. I do not recommend them.

I just wanted to say that this is one of the worst businesses I have ever had the misfortune to work with. In July I ended up paying for my storage units three time for one month. Of course this was after they had locked all my stuff away for me "not paying." When I arrived on site to get my stuff out of storage (with help only available for a limited amount of time) despite me paying and receiving confirmation twice for each storage unit I was told that their electronic system was down that month and I would have to pay it in person. But even if I did this they would not be able to open my storage unit for 3 days. Frustrated, but having no other option I paid for each of my units a third time but was assured that I would not get charged for the first two. However, once they did manage to get the system up my payment went through THREE TIMES. When I called irritated- especially because we had the intention of closing out one of the units I was told that I would get my money back in a check when the units were closed out but I was paid for through October if we didn't remove our stuff. Due to circumstances we ended up closing out one unit in August and the other (smaller one) we are still renting. I suppose this could be seen as my first mistake as I kept with this horrid business. However, we never received a check for our closed out storage unit. Now its October, and after receiving no check I figure I am paid for my small storage unit until at least January. I decide to check this morning and I find out that not only is my money from my first unit (Over 100$) not being put towards the unit I still have. But My other payment wasn't good through October, it was good until October and I have a LARGE fee from the unit not being paid. Judging but my current experience I expect nothing to be done with this, as this business seems to adore taking money they don't deserve, however you can bet every single person I come in contact with and every review I post will know about how awful you are to your customers and your soldiers.
