We used Northshore for a long distance move (over 1,000 miles). I would highly recommend them because of their personalized service and attention to customer’s requests. They were on time for packing, loading, and unloading. The crew was friendly and worked quickly. The owner was personally engaged with the move and was committed to making sure that everything went smoothly. Moving can be stressful and challenging. It helps to work with a company that is trustworthy and dependable.

I used another moving company prior Northshore moving co and they totally ruined my furniture. Northshore moving Co they moved my family from Nola to Michigan-they are very professional, and took care of all my family needs. They packed everything very careful, and my furniture had no damage. On July 14, 2019, I called the owner Chris to get my man friends place a quote on moving. Chris came next day and received the estimate that day. Chris then did my man friend and I a slight deal of doing both of our places at once even though we live in different areas moving to the same place. I needed to get in contact with Adam in the New Orleans area. I reached out to Adam, when he answered the phone, he was rude and asked to send my info. It took him a week to get back to me. I missed his call while, once I returned it after my doctors appointment, Adam advised me to just send pictures and he could give me estimate. I haven't heard back from him since. We are really annoyed because we enjoyed Chris and the way he did business until you get to Adam in the New Orleans area. Really wanting to do business with Northshore, we stopped looking for movers. I feel like we were set up and should have took time to do business elsewhere. Now finding quotes, we are being charged $3k plus because our moves are considered LAST minute and I've been working on this for WEEKS w/ Adam now. Use another company. Adam is not in business to do business. With a back injury, I cannot move my place and I expected to receive the same customer service from Adam as I did Chris. AND THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. NO QUOTE. NO CALL BACK. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
