The guys showed up early, and ready to work. They packed up all of my quickly, carefully, and neatly. Everyone there was super nice, and professional. From the girl I spoke with to book the move, down to the guys who packed and moved me. I was highly impressed with then quality of there packing materials, and the way they made sure that no damage came to any of my possessions. Everything that was breakable, was wrapped with paper, and placed carefully in high quality boxes. My furniture was wrapped with blankets to insure they would arrive in the same great condition they left in. It was an all around amazing experience with Lee Moving, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move. A big thanks goes out Eddie, Kevin, and Daniel. They were superstars!!!

Were very punctual and immediately got to work knowing I was paying hourly. They were very careful with our belongings but still efficient with minimal breaks. We had a few awkward items to disassemble and they made quick work of them. They were also very courteous and vocal throughout the process making sure we were comfortable. There were a couple of short breaks, but maybe 30 minutes total over a span of 5 hours. So we had no problem with it. Would definitely recommend them.

Close to perfect. Service was professional from getting the quote to both the teams that loaded and unloaded. We had items stored for 2 months before we could get in our new house, and the process worked fine. The only hard part was nailing down a delivery date and it led to a frustrating week, but in the end we got our stuff delivered at the time we needed it. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Lee Movers was great. Both the estimator and the movers were on time and very efficient. They moved us out of one house and into the other within the time they had estimated, and it was completely painless (for us). We had a lot of kitchen items and fragile boxes, and the only thing that was damaged in the entire move was a small bowl, but that was my fault for not packing it well.

Please read my experience and use another mover... Thank me later... My family recently moved from NOLA to another state and found Lee moving online. One of their associates came to our small apartment and met with my husband to give us an estimate for a full pack with an additional pickup from a local storage facility. She seemed knowledgeable so we decided to use them for our move. Packing day: The movers showed up bright and early. They came in and took one look and their enthusiasm immediately faded. They stated that they were unaware it was a full pack, that we had so much stuff and that they were unsure if they even had enough boxes. ??? They had to call in one additional guy to help pack. The team had no power drills to take down the beds and toddler beds so they had to use manual tools (not sure why). Several times during the day the team took smoke breaks as their enthusiasm began to fade even more. Granted, it was hot outside but it seemed excessive to us. My mild mannered physician husband berated them for so many breaks and even called our moving contact at Lee moving to complain - to little avail. We also had some boxes and other items in a local storage facility that needed to be moved as well. Since the team at our apartment was super slow, another crew of two was called in to get our boxes from storage. Unpacking day: A different team of two delivered our items - they were very friendly and showed up early. It started to rain during the process - my husband (not the movers) had to go outside to close the truck so our goods would not get wet. Immediately after the unpacking, I called Lee moving to let them know that our carpet was slightly damaged during the unpacking. I received an email the next day that it would be covered with information on how to process a claim. I decided to check the items in all of the boxes before submitting a claim about a week later. It's during these days that I noticed a nice puncture hole in the top of an armoire as well as a broken candleholder. I took pictures and submitted one claim for all three issues. I reached out to my assigned claims agent to ask the status. She responded via email that I would receive a check for the armoire and candleholder ONLY. I was told to contact Lee moving regarding the damaged carpet. I spoke with the manager on 2 occasions. He stated that he would kindly call me back after he had time to research my inquiry/claim. I received an email that they do not clean carpet - he never called me back. NOTE: The claim was not for the carpet to be cleaned.... My multiple calls to Lee moving has gone ignored. We spent $7k with this company and are being mistreated after trusting our personal items to them for safe transport and delivery. I subsequently registered a complaint with the BBB of Greater New Orleans. The company claimed there was protection laid on our floors (there was not), the company claimed there was a final walk through for acceptance (there was not). Bottom line: No one treats your items like you do. Please do yourself a favor and use another mover... Thank me later..

They helped me arrange a three stage move and never once did I feel as though I was being pumped for extra money, or feel like this move was as complicated as it actually was. I did my own boxing but they had my furniture and everything else in the house packed up, moved one hour away and unpacked in about 5-6 hours.
