If I could give a zero I would. These people were uncommunicative and rude. We called as soon as they opened on the day we were scheduled for service to get an idea of what time to expect them and they told us we were on the schedule for after lunch. We proceeded to do errands and return to the house at 9 a.m. and found the movers there and the Packers hadn't even come yet. I leave and come back this time at 945 a.m. and the Packers show up and are downright rude to me for not being organized and ready for them when I was told they wouldn't be here until 12 p.m. or later. Then the entire process was these rude women telling me they left another job to come to this one and I'm causing inconvenience to them not being ready. The information we were given gave a list if what could and could not be packed and on several occasions they told me things couldn't go even though they were compliant with the checklist we were given. And they gave me no time to go through the boxes to take out what they claim couldn't go. So I had to not ship many things that could have gone. One packer told my husband that only 4 boxes of military gear was allowed as they continue packing military gear. So many more instances of bad communication and awful rude service. If I was their manager I would be ashamed that I have these people as employees. They should be grateful that they control the market in this small town and the military movers don't have another choice otherwise they would not have business. Worst service I've ever had from anyone, anywhere under any circumstances. If you have a way to do the move any other way I advise you to save yourself the frustration and do it any other way.
