Avoid this company like the bubonic plague. Very arrogant people at the office. Apparently they do not listen to customer's request or accommodate accordingly. Said they will not provide service and asked me find different, Hello! You are not the only company and I have someone coming in who accommodates according to customer's time preference, not the sales people who only work 8-5.

Fighting for Rachel

I can't say enough about the horrible experience, I had. The owner will not even return my call. Lost items, charges for boxes that I didn't receive, broken items, missing items, brought my belongings across 4 states on the wrong date, dropped my stuff and left. Didn't attach my mirror to my dresser, and no attempt to set up my bed, set up boxes right in the living room, then when I ask to put my couch in a certain spot, I was told we only move stuff once. Well I didn't pile up boxes in the spot where my couch should be. The larger mover, was constantly yelling at the small guy, loud enough to hear from the parking lot. HORRIBLE

This review is to address the negative review posted on year ago. First of all this was posted against my company and I, being the owner, know nothing about this move. We do not self haul over 4 states so this could not be us.
