I would give ZERO stars if possible. This business is owned by a blatant rude, unprofessional, ungrateful man.
My service was scheduled for 8am, however I needed to see if it was possible to reschedule for this afternoon as I had originally requested. I called both Sheri and Darrell, I was trying to communicate with them BEFORE the movers showed up and we weren’t home...
I finally received a returned call and to my surprise a man was YELLING at me for calling as he introduced himself as Darrel from 2 Cajuns and a Truck, since he was yelling rather than using sound judgment I couldn’t really even put any words together but I told him that we were scheduled for 8am but needed to reschedule for this afternoon he yelled “she will call you at 9:00” and HUNG UP on me...
This is what I sent to both Sheri and Darrell by text:
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the manner in which I was yelled at for calling and then HUNG UP ON. It is absolutely unacceptable for a business to conduct itself in this way. I called several times ONLY in order to communicate effectively, in order to discuss the possibility to reschedule for this afternoon. I apologize that your business (2 Cajuns and a Truck) does not appreciate that. Please cancel our moving reservation with your business, we do not wish to enable anyone who feels entitled to act so unprofessionally.
This is their reply:
A CALL AT 6AM IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ... YOUR JOB IS CANCELED ... THIS IS DARRELL THE OWNER
With business experience, in my opinion, Darrell should find a better way of running his business if his customer service is so disgraceful. There is TONS of technology available today and book online method without having to come in contact with this rude man would be more sufficient.
When I called initially I couldn’t schedule anything with the 2 Cajuns and a Truck phone number that is accessible online, so I was given both Sheri and Darrell’s cell phone number, that was my point of contact, that is not my fault.
RUN YOUR BUSINESS BETTER, TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.
