Lack punctual customer service. For little over 3 months we have been waiting to hear on damaged/missing items that were claimed after delivery. We call left messages to the person who handles the claims even emails.. and its like pulling teeth to get a straight answer when they answer. Left messages but we never get a call back, when we call its "she's not in at the moment" eveny time. Figuring we at least get a call back, Not once.. We were told our claim was sent out by mail but it's funny how our address is on all the files and they wrote it wrong so a new accepting claim was sent a week ago, still nothing. Either not being sent out when said or sent to wrong address again. It be nice to get this process over with and settled sooner rather then a yr from now. That way we can trash all that was broken and replace it.
Do have a good comment to add.. the packers and delivery guys were all very nice and respectful. Despite packers within tri city that we first dealt with at time of packing, day- Nov 2016 didn't really keep the numbers matching the item on sheet. When delivered Sept 2017 it was alittle bit chaos bc numbers didn't match up to the name listed but at least the number on chart was recorded/retrieved. The packers unloading months later put everything in the places I desired and was very thorough, 2 older gentlemen (sorry don't remember names) were the best ever had in all the time we moved! That I thank!!
