Day one was not the best experience but on day two, it seemed that I had the super crew. We are so thankful that Sarah, Amanda and Ray were here to finish out our packing experience. They worked well together and were polite, professional and focused the whole day. If I had more packers like them on the first day, this would definitely be a 5 star review.

Do not move through this company, no respect, or care for there employees or shippers, disrespectful to there shippers behind there backs, and half of the employees look like they are on drugs, they lie consistently about who is actually coming, they send a bunch of new trainee employees to work on your expensive goods, please go through a different company, only few good employees who I have seen, are Tiffany, Joe, and James.

One year and one day ago I had the worst move experience of my life. Half the moving crew was rude, swearing at us, they didn’t wrap my furniture, ran out of supplies, and loaded the truck improperly. The last of my items were just thrown into the back of the truck without being inventoried. The amount of damages I had on the other end was unreal. I believe some damages were done on purpose out of rage and frustration (a hole in my bookshelf matches the head of a hammer perfectly) and a lewd drawing of a male reproductive organ was on my chalkboard. The operations manager arrived with just his 12 year old son to unload our things. Our boxes were packed without care or rhyme or reason. Horrible experience. Adam was fantastic. If he is on your job, he will work hard for you. He is the best thing this company has, if he still works there.

WORST MILITARY MOVE EVER! Driver drove my HHGs across the country without a valid license and admitted to wrecking three times. I was continuously lied to by the general manager Alec Stevens who claimed that his driver was so incompetent that he drove 4 hours in the wrong direction and that's why he missed my delivery date. I think he stole that excuse from the movie "Dumb and Dumber." My shipment finally showed up 10 days late with about 70% of my stuff either damaged or completely ruined. The driver of course couldn't get on post so I had to find another driver to drive the truck on post for him. Alec Stevens lied constantly about the location of the truck and whenever I would catch him in a lie he would either blame the driver or said he misspoke. Apparently the truck broke down three times on the way out here but I am really not sure if it ever did. The driver of my shipment at one point left the trailer unattended in Mississippi and drove the semi back to Louisville KY before returning a day later to pick the trailer back up. As long as the current management is in charge avoid this company at all cost! The worst management of a company I have ever seen!

Worst military move ever. The packers were young kids with drama going on. They took a 2 hour lunch break and returned and said they quit. Half of the stuff they boxed is damaged. After I was promised that my truck would be direct shipment, Alec Stevens directed them to unload the truck then reload it onto another one. When the door opened at destination, couches were not wrapped, wood furniture was totally destroyed and the driver hired local help and then told them to go home 2 hours into the move knowing full well I requested a full unpack with debris removal. Their dolly was busted and missing a wheel. At the origin location they did not lay down any matting or blankets to protect my home and they always ask for your bottled water, they won’t buy their own. Totally incompetent workers and horrible management. Alec Stevens acted like he could care less about my concerns. Couldn’t have asked for a worse experience.

Lynn Moving and Storage took a job moving a soldier and his families stuff to Wastington State from Lexington ,KY . They promised to have their stiff by July 2nd and today is July 18th . They still have not received they stuff because its still in Lexington . This company has not been helpful to resolve the issue at all and inform the soldier to fill out an inconvenience form if they had a problem . This is not a company I would recommend . If They treat a soldiers family like this that sacrifices so much for our country , imagine how they would treat yours !!!

Worst movers ever! They damaged more of my items than the previous 7 moves combined. The management is horrible and can’t coordinate anything. They pulled the packers from my house to go finish another job and were therefore at my house until midnight on multiple nights. The day of load out they did not have an empty trailer so they didn’t start loading until 230pm and were not done until 1130pm.

Tyler, Adam, Ray, Sarah and Devon did a phenomenal job packing on 7/10/18 and 7/11/18. Have served for more than 10 years and moved just as many and this was the best crew I have seen yet. Fast, efficient and friendly. Great group of people to be around. Would recommend again. Can't say enough great things about the load crew that did work on 7/12/18. Justin, Corey, Patrick, Damion and Robert would have scored 6 stars if that was an option.

No professionals here. The moving guys scratched and dented my furniture and my old house. And to top it off they left 30 percent of my HHG in there warehouse. The general manager told me I would get my stuff in about 2 to 3 weeks. They messed up. They should have delivered it withing 24 hours.

Horrible company. they moved my son, a soldier, to Washington State. They promised the furniture on July 2, 2018. On July 30, 2018 they sent a truck with someone else's belongings to his home on base. Then Lynn moving wouldn't answer the phone or tell them where their belongings were! Finally I got hold of Alec who said they had found their stuff re-tagged it and were waiting on a driver. Still will not contact my son! They are the worst moving company I have ever encountered and i have moved cross country several times. It is frustrating, you get no answers or you get lies, and they will not contact you or answer their phone. They need to be investigated by the authorities. Update -- You responded to my review. However, there is more, much more. June 15, 2018 First day, loading - One of the men was drunk or high, when after 12 hours they were not finished loading, another crew was sent to help. The drunk or high one, (he is seen on surveillance going back and forth to the bathroom and truck) got into a fight with the new crew. Fists were almost thrown. I witnessed this myself. absolutely unprofessional and horrible. Then they said their belongings would be their July 2, 2018. Did not arrive and could get hold of no one. We kept calling to get information. We kept getting lies and empty promises or they didn't answer or call back. July 30, 2018 someone else's belongings were delivered to them. But, the motorcycle made it. You state that there were other companies involved. Okay. Then WHY did it take me and my son over 10 calls to get them to tell us who picked up the belongings. And then when they finally told me I asked for the telephone number and your people told me to google it!!! Well I did and knew I had to get the bill of lading number to get info from the other company. Another 2 calls got it and got hold of a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman at the OTHER company who went out of his way to help. Also the Company that delivered the motorcycle and the belongings today (August 13, 2018) are also very knowledgeable and helpful. The problem is with your company and the people you sent to load the truck. One of which was obviously drunk or high and tried to pick a fight. They received their belongings, but several things are missing and one is irreplaceable. Do you even vet your employees? The first crew that came to load were the scum of the earth. They are missing a $300 Jogging stroller with carseat, two computer monitors, Mattress for youth bed, motorcycle helmets, and lots of smaller stuff.

Wow .. talk about fast and being careful.. Lynn’s moving and storage arrived on time,treated our things like their own.They dealt with our 3 dogs (st.bernards) wanting to be loved.Our kitchen table is marble it takes 3-4 ppl to move it and they also customized a crate just for our table way to go Tiffany and James and Raul.. Wish you guys was going to be our unpackers ... They took the stress out of moving!

Great job by the team: corey r, bryan b, jame f. Would be great if the company can send the same team for the entire pack and pick up timeframe. Loading day 23 June. James F and Bryan B are the heroes they got a lot done. Ty did a good job learning and taking care of inventory. At one point they even let me help with moving boxes...what an experience. End of the day it was like a loading party and the job got done timely with James F, Justin A, Deven L, Ty, Patrick, Amanda, Bryan B, Tony L, Caleb, Devon C, Blake. Everyone got the truck loaded and it rolled out. Very friendly people and great to work with.

Shadowens Lynn’s moving from Brooks KY and Lorton VA. They only do Military moves... Hmm...Let me say, 16 moves in 25 years... hands down the WORST move ever.... First, amazed the government still accepts their “lowest bid” after they were convicted of defrauding the government for over $250k with fake weight tickets.. But, if you want to stay awake until 4:30am to watch them finish packing the truck under headlights, hire them... They are a model of inefficiency, ineptitude and sloth... I spent half an hour picking up cigarette butts from all over my yard after they left the next morning . They also forgot to pack lots of stuff we directed them too, they left trash all over our house... I had to spend another half hour picking empty water bottles (which we provided) paper and tape rolls. Upon delivery expect them to lie about truck breakdowns, then show up 4 days late. On the day they promised expect them to be 4 hours late. Expect to fill out 2-3 pages of missing and broken stuff. They ruined our couch, broke kids dressers, stole a ladder, dented our washing machine, destroyed our 46 inch TV screen. Expect them to destroy your driveway as the try to back in 14 times (got video) expect them to scratch your hardwood floors in your new house and then rip any vinyl floors you own. Expect them to take forever, break your stuff and make excuses... I can only imagine what surprises await as we open the boxes they refused to unpack which is part of the contract... Drivers exact words were...”I can unpack if you want, but you will never have seen such a mess...” Lynn’s moving is the ultimate worst of the worst, with even a worse General Manager who should be fired.... avoid them at all costs!!!!

Wow!! Day #1 of our three day packout is nearly complete and I am amazed by the ladies and gentleman who rang my doorbell promptly at 9 this morning, as promised. Shane K did our pre moveout inspection several weeks ago and assured me everything would be smooth. And, boy, has it!! Lynn Moving and Storage must have sent their A-Team to my house! In 17 years of being a military family and this being our 10th move, I’ve never been so impressed with a group of packers as I am with Sarah, Amanda and Kyle! Also, James packed up my kitchen and breakables and was THE MAN! I have no doubt all my collectibles will be intact when I open up the boxes he packed. Our belongings are being handled with care and boxes are being thoughtfully & sufficiently labeled. What more could this military wife ask for?!? I guess I can think of one request: can Sarah, Amanda, James and Kyle make the trip to our next duty station to help me unpack??? So far, I give Lynn Moving and Storage 10 Stars our of 5!!! Thank you for being so wonderful!!!

On July 3rd, 2018, Corey, Bryan, and James were again early and ready to work. Everything was organized to better facilitate the loading of our household goods. Too bad these gentlemen won’t be at our destination to deliver our HHG.

Worst military move in 19 years. Friendly movers, but unorganized. They left my house in a mess, arrived late, and did not finish. Destroyed my hardwood floors, did not inventory properly, lacked experience for a 16K lb load. No one was in charge of movers and it showed... It was obvious there wasn't enough manpower for the load from the beginning. I spoke to the GM about the quality of my service, my floors being destroyed, and the condition of my home, and he was dismissive and rude. I plan to take this matter as high as I possibly can. There is no way this company should have a contract with the federal government!
