Dominique and Tyrone worked extremely hard and moved our entire house back in July. They worked through the heat and took minimal breaks. They were respectful of all of our belongings and did a great job of maneuvering and fitting everything into our storage facility. There was not a scratch on any of the furniture or the walls. Cardinal Moving responded to my phone calls promptly. I have no reservations recommending this moving service to others. When hiring movers in the Louisville area, be careful. Moving to Louisville was complete disaster for us. A different company's movers were extremely rude, slow and our furniture and walls got damaged. For sure, it is much better to pay a little extra and go with reputable movers like Cardinal Moving.

Shane and Antonio were incredibly kind, efficient, and diligent. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, from the moment Shane called to let me know they’d be arriving soon to pick up my belongings, to the moment we shook hands upon their departure, everything was handled professionally and respectfully. I have already recommended them to a co-worker who is moving soon and would recommend them to anyone. Great prices, great service , overall great experience. Cardinal moving is amazing. I had a move scheduled with All My Sons Moving and they cancelled on me the day of the move. I called Cardinal Moving at 2PM on a Saturday and somehow they were able to get me moved 70 miles away on the same day at a lower price than I was originally quoted with the other company. I also can’t say enough good things about Keshawn and Emmit. They moved quickly and were very professional and customer service focused. Would highly recommend Cardinal Moving to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

I moved from a third floor apartment in Old Louisville to my first house and I hope to never move again, but Cardinal made it all go more smoothly than moving ever has in my experience. If you have a lot to move make sure you book an AM slot and ask for someone who knows how to pack a truck, like Shane, who fit my belongings together like a game of Tetris. While he was strategizing placement, Tyrone hit those stairs over and over again bringing down cargo. I clearly labeled everything for which room it was meant for in the new house and that, and the lack of stairs, sped along the unloading. Still, I’d left my tools at the apartment for final repairs and at the last minute Shane agreed to stay longer to reassemble my bed...and by then it was 10 PM. Dedicated workers with a good attitude, so don’t forget to tip!!

I scheduled (in advance) 3 movers for 9am. They showed up with 2 movers at 9:50...ish. I lived in a 900 sq ft 1 bedroom/1 bath with no basement or garage. No appliances were moved. The movers had a 26ft truck and still had a huge load left at the apartment. I was perplexed. When I called to follow up, the owner was not helpful. They could go back and finish the job... Or I could move it. (Wish I could show the picks of how much was left.) They had to unload and come back. I was later told by 3 different people... It's a kind of scam (???) where they back you into a corner. You can decide for yourself. Just sharing my experience. They were clean cut!

We are so happy we used Cardinal Moving! We moved out of a 3 story townhome and knew we needed help moving some of our heavier items, Cardinal Moving was the right choice. Richard and Kyle were great. They arrived early, were fun to be around, and took great care of our furniture. Definitely recommend Cardinal Moving. Be realistic on the time it takes to move. We only had them move our big furniture items and it took the whole two hours. If you don’t pack at all or move more than just a few furniture items it’ll take much longer.

Cardinal Movers are the best, and I think we were lucky enough to get their 2 best guys to help us move! Tony H. and Devon packed up our storage unit carefully, delivered our things to our new house, and put everything away without any belongings or walls getting damaged! They were kind, respectful, and quick! If they didn’t have something in their hands they were running to get the next thing! What they accomplished in 4 hours would have taken us 4 days! I really can not brag on Tony H and Devon enough! They deserve all the gold stars possible! They made our move easy and stress free. We moved from a three bedroom house with garage full of boxes and furniture starting at 9am sharp and these young men completed the move in only 4 hours. We used Cardinal Moving in May of this year. They did a poor job. After the move was completed, we found out they left a bunch of our belongings in the old house. We had to go back that night and finish the move ourselves. It took me, my wife, my brother in law and sister in law, 4 SUV and 1 pick up truck loads over 2 hours to complete what would have taken 3 men and a truck a matter of minutes. They also damaged parts of our old home. I sent an email the next morning. I received a call from Joshua. Instead of trying to remedy the situation, he was unapologetic and uncaring. I asked for him to have his supervisor call me and I never heard anything. After the fact, we found they also damaged several pieces of furniture. I have done a partial dispute on my credit card. If you choose to use this company, be very careful. They are not trustworthy or reliable. Update- the owner contacted me after seeing the negative review. Nice guy, He apologized for the problems and refunded the portion I was going to dispute. I bumped them two stars for the after the fact effort.

The movers were very friendly (almost too much as they often stopped working to talk and since they are paid by the hour...). However, they damaged beyond repair a very expensive kitchen table. I told them the top should be removed for moving as the base is extremely heavy. They didn’t do this and then left me with a broken and potentially dangerous table in my home. The weight of it could have proven disastrous as it was very heavy and could have fallen on someone (this almost happened to my son’s friend which is how I discovered the problem). I let them know and they reimbursed me. The reimbursement is where I have a real problem. This table was expensive and the contract which I was provided on moving day said in the case of damage, reimbursement would be decided upon using straight-line depreciation and current value awarded. I am fine with that and opted not to take out any extra insurance. The copy they later sent me (with my signature interestingly enough) was different and they only paid me $60 for a kitchen table that cost $700 only seven months prior to my move. Not good business practice to only award $60 maximum for pieces that could cost a lot more. Also not good to ignore the customer’s information for how items should be moved. I apologize to anyone that used them based upon my recommendation. I hope your move went better than mine. If you do use Cardinal Moving, I suggest watching them very closely to be sure they take care with your belongings.

My experience with Cardinal Moving was amazing! I usually stress out a lot over big events like moving, but Dominic and Jordan were an amazing team and moved all of the furniture from my 2-story condo into my 2-story house in just a little over 2 hours. I was very surprised how quickly they managed to move everything and still use appropriate wrapping techniques and body mechanics to ensure that nothing (including themselves) would be damaged. I wish we had gotten some of this 5-star service everyone is raving about. It took 3 guys EIGHT HOURS to move a 2BR apt. Had no regard for where they put any of the boxes in the new place. Boxes clearly marked "Kitchen/Food" were put in the garage under other boxes marked for the bedrooms. They put the big screen TV on the floor facing the wall, then surrounded it with heavy boxes. None if it made sense and it took forever and cost a fortune.

I have never used a moving company before but I highly recommend this company, they are very professional and make your move stress free, Jake, Hunter and Devin did a great job yesterday, they were very careful with our furniture and super accommodating, they went above and beyond on their duties to please us with good recommendations in some occasions, they really made our move easy. I had a quick move to complete, but a small job of moving antique furniture from a house to a storage unit. I called several movers to compare quotes. Called around on a Thursday for a Saturday move. Cardinal Moving had the best price and told me they would get me between 11 am and 4 pm. They finally got to me at 5:30 pm. I called several times to make sure they didn’t cancel my move. I was working with a tight timeframe and the move had to happen on Friday or Saturday. I was upset that they did not call me to let me know they were running late and I shared that feedback. Once the movers got there, they were awesome! I love great customer service and that is exactly what we received from Lee and Greg. Lee and Greg were very cordial, respectful, professional, and very helpful. Even though I was upset about them not meeting the pick up time, the service I received from Lee and Greg made up for it. I would highly recommend Cardinal Moving if all the movers are as customer friendly focused as Lee and Greg!
