My moving team of Adam, Levi and Mark were remarkable. They arrived at my home late Saturday evening and when I heard that they had already unloaded several trucks I thought for sure they would be sluggish unloading mine. I clearly underestimated these men. They were beasts!! They worked non stop and did so with smiles and wit. They took excellent care of my belongings even taking the time to completely wrap my piano before moving it. These three men totally turned my dreadful moving day around to the point that I was sad to see them go. You have some real gems representing your company. I highly recommend Big Blue Moving the next time your need for a moving company arises. Compared to other moving companies the price was very affordable. After 2 hours you pay by the minute. The better prepared you are with packing the faster it goes and the cheaper it is. Even scheduling our move was a simple online process. Our movers Spencer and Haven were machines. It was amazing to watch them work. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. These guys deserve a raise for sure. They were very carful not to bump or scratch anything. Great company! If I had to do it again I would definitely use Big Blue Moving for my next move.

We used Big Blue to move our home from Independence to Hebron. Levi, Mark, Stephan and Spencer showed up early and worked non stop. They moved our 4 bedroom home in less than 6 hours!!! (Which would have taken us 2 days!) Not a single scratch, dent, ding or scrape on anything which is 1000 times better than our last move with another company who I will not name (although they sent 2 men and the truck!!!) First of all, let me say thank you for moving me as quick as you did. The company I originally hired (Hercules Moving) was a complete no show no call. They only returned my call after I left several messages on their system. Anyway, Big Blue managed to help me last minute and saved my day. The 2 that helped me were Levi and Craig. Very courteous and careful with everything. They were friendly and stayed busy to complete the job as quickly as possible. Thank you so much to Big Blue and to Levi and Craig. P.S. Started off rocky with an hour delay in the beginning and another delay due to one of the employees becoming sick. We were also on a tight timeline for the day which was quite stressful. However, Bruce made up for it and really worked hard and kept a great attitude the entire time. He's the reason I'm giving 5 stars.

Bruce and Lecholas were fantastic. They packed the whole truck full to the gills, but all the furniture was wrapped, and there were no breaks or scratches on furniture or walls. They were fast and cheerful, even when a fatal highway crash on the AA caused the police to close the access road to our new home for 3 hours, and they had to store the load overnight. Despite working til 6:30 pm, they were back with the load at 8:30 am, and worked to unload all to our second floor condo for hours in the heat and humidity. We have moved to and from NY, FL, OH and KY for 40 years, and this was the most skilled and friendly bunch of movers we have had--and the hourly rate is low in comparison (and they did not charge us for the hours in traffic, or overnight storage.)

I was recommended big blue from a friend of mine. Very happy with their service. Devon and Lawrence showed up right on time and they hustled all day! Their shirts were drenched, worked very hard and we're extremely pleasant. They could use some updates on some of their equipment, but that didn't stop them. Their straps for moving heavy objects like pretty worn and their two wheeler had 2 different types of wheels and one was going pretty flat. Either way, they never complained and just worked to get everything done in a timely fashion. -Jimmie
