Dispatchers set a delivery date with me , I coordinated time off from work , then the day if they showed up 8 hours early , tried to get them to honor the delivery time we set , tried to get them to schedule a time for me the paying customer , they would not cooperate , tried to get a local office to call me , they did not , tried to work with them they would not , unprofessional company , with incompertent management teams. Would highly recommend using a different company !!!!!!!!!!

Damaged my refrigerator after taking it out of the box ,,along with my door jam and walls.Stainless steel is a very soft metal , so you need to be care with it because it can be damaged very easily .And the guys were rude .

From a trucker's opinion the job is good if you know what to do an how to take care of yourself but on the other hand dispatch and anybody in the office is of no help...if you need help from the office you'll waste a lot of time waiting...an don't bother to call them either just a longer wait

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered by J.B.Hunt. An appointment was made for delivery and they gave me a four hour window. During that time, I saw their truck drive by. I ran out to try and wave them down. They never stopped or even slowed down. I tried to call their number several times and I was sent to voicemail each time. I went ahead and waited for the window of time, thinking they would come back. When no delivery was made, I checked the status online and found that they recorded that a delivery was attempted. I called the company several times, still not able to get a hold of anyone. I decided to keep calling until someone answered. Finally, someone did and I was told that they could not find my house. They told me they would call me back and no one has called. When I called them back, they had turned their phone off.

Terrible delivery company. My home warranty company used them to deliver a new dishwasher. I received a call informing me that the dishwasher would be delivered the next day between 9:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. The next day I received a call stating that the dishwasher did not make it onto the delivery "shuttle" so they would need to deliver it at another time. We rescheduled the delivery and received the same phone call the day before informing me of the delivery window. Well 1:15 p.m. comes around and the delivery driver still had not called to confirm that he was delivering the dishwasher. I called JB Hunt back and informed them of this issue. They contacted someone else, who in turn contacted someone else. Finally received a call from the delivery driver around 1:45 stating he would be there in 20 minutes. Really glad I took 2 days off work in order to have something delivered. Terrible company, will never ever use them for anything else if I can help it.

Took off work to accommodate their 4-hour delivery window for a fridge. 30 minutes into the window, they called to say they couldn't deliver at all that day and the next available delivery window was 3 days away. Apparently if they miss you delivery and wait till the last minute to notify you, you go to the end of the line, not the front.

In hunt terminals are usually decent . But the farther south you go the worse they get. It's very small and dirty and could use a remodel. But I get it, with the type of people that you have running it in the Memphis area there is really no since in trying to fix it up . If it were remodeled it would just look like trash again in a few months.

Piss poor Trucker

If you are a jbhunt driver I would avoid getting a truck here. I have had several problems with a truck I was assigned to and was sent here to swap out. Looked at 2 trucks. One smelled like the inside of a work boot and the other one had a pretty severe air leak and oil leak they didn't care, and this was a truck on the ready line. Total disregard for the driver.

Anytime needed work done was quick and done right. Now that have 24 access to restroom, added a shower and a washer and dryer(free) it is a lot better. Is kind of small but is primarily for rail.

I have to say this is one of the best companies to drive for. Everyone has been very reasonable to me when it come to truck services. I got help from stranger fleet manager, shop lead, and Jarvis are all very nice people. The place can be packed with containers sometimes especially on sat and Sunday. So u got to be smart looking for parking. I wish they have a bigger terminal there. The shop is always busy. Treat people as you want to be treated.

I advise all Jb hunt drivers to stay far away from this terminal unless your truck is scheduled for maintenance. There are no showers at this terminal and they don't have a courtesy car. This place doesn't have a care in the world to accommodate drivers.
