Let me start off by saying that Adrian (the mover who picked up and delivered our boxes and belonging was great) however, I would highly recommend going to another provider. Daniels lost 4 of our boxes, a lamp, our microwave the leaves in my grandmothers antique table and another box of my wife’s wardrobe. On top of that, we received back many things broken. The broken items includes the leg of our coffee table, the majority of our plates, the legs of my LG TV (which the base is all one piece and you can’t just replace the legs), and the back of our couch has a suffered a big scuff mark and noticeable dent. My wife has called 4 times, sent 3 emails, and our relocation expert has reach out several times as well. We have gotten 1 answer and 0 results. With that being said, DO NOT GO TO DANIELS FOR YOIR MOVING NEEDS. TELL ALL YOIR FRIENDS THINKING OF MOVING TO LOOK ELSEWHERE AS WELL.

Red, Atlas, and Josh did an AMAZING job loading our house on Monday. They were professional, courteous, and, most of all, hard working. We have a lot of heavy, antique pieces and those guys busted their butts to move everything without a complaint. They were very pleasant to work with and constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. When we arrived in Cincinnati was just as awesome! They worked so hard and were extremely polite and professional. The movers make or break an experience and these guys definitely made it.

Daniel's was great when they packed and loaded all my goods before it went to storage. They missed my original move-in day on a Monday so they moved it to Wednesday. On Wednesday they delivered the wrong person's things to my address and had to turn around and find my things so they could be delivered. Nice people, easy to work with, but the logistics are not great.

Daniel’s moving company had no care for our items. After unpackaging the fragile items we discovered broken frames/glass, shredded pictures from the broken glass, broken headboard, cracked beds, and there are items they took apart that they did not reassemble. One item that was shredded was an irreplaceable newspaper article from 1943 gifted to us. The movers were also unprofessional by complaining that we weren’t helping them enough (loading and unloading). They kept asking me for water, which I provided but they should have adequately packed a cooler for themselves.

Absolutely horrendous experience with Daniel's. Broken fixtures, ripped and scarred furniture, and crushed boxes. Without a doubt the worst move I have ever had.

I used Daniel's moving in Phoenix, the movers were friendly and did a good job. However, the initial estimate was not only wrong monetarily, but also the basis was wrong. Even worse, the drivers gave me a receipt after the move, then I was later told by their accounting people that there was a greater charge on top which was missed. They gave me a receipt, signed it, I signed it, than they said it was wrong. These people apparently don't believe they are accountable for what they agree to. First time I've ever written a review about anything, I would not recommend them to anyone.

The movers showed up on time but they were very slow. I have a 1-bedroom with only 3 large pieces and other miscellaneous boxes and it took them 7 hours to move everything. And they broke 2 of my lamps and two weeks later, I still haven't received a claim ticket or reimbursement for the lamps.

H O R R I B L E These people were absolutely terrible. They showed up late, were extremely slow, kept taking smoke breaks when they knew they were on a schedule. We had them work a 10 hour shift and they were throwing a fit, cussing while I was standing there, complaining right in font of me THEN when my parents got their boxes, it was labeled "misc. Bullshit." this is unacceptable. You might want to change your slogan because you're not the best moving company in America.

Danielle Welch did a great job coordinating the move from afar ! She was friendly and a good communicator! On moving day Kim and her crew from KC were great to work with. Kim called and kept me informed about timing on both ends of the move and was very focused on making sure I was satisfied with what items went to storage or my apartment. Dave worked hard , they all did it was brutally hot and humid but they kept their sense of humor under harsh conditions both days ! Wouldn't recommend using. When packing just threw a jumble of items in boxes and label for only one area of type of items that were in the box making it hard to discern what goes where. Lost items and were not able to find them and since box was only labeled as one area still trying figure out what is missing. Found some missing boxes but not all. I have moved 4 times before this time with similar moving companies and this is the only one that lost items on delivery. Edit: (Post opening a box that wasn't opened yet) Have plastic tote that I keep spare sheets that fit a futon I own. Have company so I was getting the sheets first time since the move opening the tote. Everything inside is wet and looks like they have been used as shop rags, have black residue I am squeezing out and stained.

As for Atlas and Daniel's Moving and Storage, we would not recommend them to our most hated enemy. Their salesman, was by far, the most kind, responsive, helpful and encouraging during the initial part of the process, but that ended when the deal was sealed. The international relocation coordinator (located in Washington) was helpful but very uninformed. What she thought should be happening was not what really happened. While she wanted to help us, the information she provided only intensified the frustrations of the workers. The workers cussed, smoked, were unprofessionally dressed, talked badly about their own company, and consistently made me feel bad for protecting my items. We will not be using their services for our relocation back the the United States.

Daniel's Moving delivered my new hot tub from AquaFirm and hauled off my old rotting tub. These were large, 7 person hot tubs, and not light or easy to manage, but they executed the job beautifully without damaging either structure on the narrow path to and from. Red Dog was a character, and his helpers Keyz and Quad worked great together, along with myself to get the placement just right. They weren't leaving until they were sure I was 100% satisfied. I was sure to openly communicate with them they were very receptive. Teamwork is dreamwork! I would.highly recommend this company and will be calling them for all of.my future moving needs! “Two strong crew” leader Thomas made promises he didn’t keep. Shorted his crew on the moving day so that they ran 4 hours later than promised. I booked travel based on his promise the day before the move. Poor choice. I’ll update this review when I unpack my things cross country.

Red, Josh, and Topeka showed up ready to work! I’ve had great movers in the past and these guys rank very high and to hope to have them again in my future military moves. They were amazing and went through and figured out some of the packing job was subpar or not right and repacked several boxes for us to make it right. Red lead the way, Josh is the BEST inventory note taking I’ve ever seen, and Topeka took 13,000 lbs of stuff and ensured it fit on a truck with room for only 10,000 lbs. Later in the day Kim showed up to wrap up mirrors properly and two heavy lifters Matt and Conner rocked it and helped finish the job fast. What started as a possible bad move with subpar packing ended with movers giving me confidence my stuff will hopefully not be too messed up after going in storage for up to 2 months. Highly recommend this team for moves!!!!
