We had 3 young men. Josh, Nigel and Logan. Those three men worked so hard and quickly as all of the comments state. These three worked great as a team. Taking shifts out in one of the hottest days we have had in 2019. They worked to get everything we could on that truck. They ended up having to stay a bit longer an I am sorry we made you late to the next job. However, I would recommend this company to anyone. They just have a lot of compassion and the guys working like what they do. The one thing I have to say is they had nothing but good comments about their company an boss. I think this company deserves an award for their genuine concern for each customer and the teamwork. I really can't say enough thank you's. Your company and employee's are OUTSTANDING!

They were so fast and careful to move my whole apartment. I had originally just requested 2 movers but they were informative and let me know that the premium weekend prices of just 2 movers were the same as them bringing their own truck and blankets, bungees, etc. They were on time and brought a 3rd mover complimentary from the company. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and very professional moving service. Ask for NaShaun C, Trayvon H, and Chase M. if they’re available, they were wonderful!!

They complained the whole time. They took over 8 hour's to move half of my items. I will never use them again!

I've used Black Belt Movers twice now and have had a fantastic experience both times. Once was to move furniture from my main floor to finished basement prior to construction and to pick up several appliances from a showroom and deliver to my home. In both cases they were on time, very professional and friendly, extrememly efficient and handled my things with care. I will be using them again to move back upstairs post construction. They are also very reasonably priced! Great job!!

I'll upgrade my stats once the insurance that I purchased extra kicks in. I had them move me twice. Once to the storage unit. Then when house was finished into our nw home. Things missing, broken, packing was atrocious. So we'll see, I'll adjust once insurance steps up.

Terrible service from day 1. I hired BBM to move only my larger furniture mid December. They damaged furniture as well as my walls in the home that I had just finished building. The movers showed up on time the morning of my scheduled move smelling like weed. They took no measures to protect my flooring or walls. Upon finishing the job, they said they would return the next day to patch up the walls where they had took out chunks of drywall with the corner of furniture pieces. They no called/ no showed for the repairs. I filled a complaint on their website for the damage. Towards the end of December, I received a call from the manager stating they had hired a company to come repair the drywall, which turned out to be just a friend of one of the employees that they knew who had some drywall experience. I declined this attempt and requested an actual drywall company be contacted as the wall simply could not just be spackled for repair. Near the end of Feb. another drywall company finally came out to complete the drywall repair. It’s the end of March, and the painting has not been completed yet as Black Belt Movers has failed to contract with a painter to complete the repairs for the damage to my new home. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. My 10 year old daughter can move furniture up throughout the stairwell better than the few movers they sent to do the job they were hired for. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are dishonest, unaccountable for their actions, and fail to follow through. My recommendation is to spend a few extra dollars and hire a company with a more valued work ethic and reputation.

We were very happy with our moving experience. From the in home quote, to confirming dates and all the paperwork involved was extremely professional. The team arrived right on time. They hustled the entire time they were packing the truck and got right to unloading the truck as they arrived. They communicated well and often. We appreciated their hard work. 2 thumbs up!

Very disappointed. The movers were polite but they poorly loaded the uhaul truck. We had to unload half of it so we could go back in and backfill the considerable gaps in the middle of the truck. We had the biggest uhaul truck available (26foot) and we knew there was a possibility all of our stuff wouldn't fit. With that being said, they made odd choices as far as what they loaded. None of our TV'S were loaded, a headboard and footboard were loaded but not the frame, and chairs were haphazardly strewn about. There was a lot of headroom left at the top of the truck as well. It felt like they got to a point and were just ready to be done. They were deceptive about the truck being completely loaded as well. They told us not to open the truck because it was packed so full that everything would fall out. I would not reccomend this company. Unfortunately there is no place to post pictures. Update: We have contacted the company with our concerns about the truck not being fully loaded and that we were able to fit a lot more on the truck after they left. We wanted a partial refund. We felt that was fair because they did a partial job. Shaun was very rude and unprofessional and unwilling to hear our complaints. He kept saying he wanted to help us and then when asked what was he going to do to help us and he stated there was nothing he could do. He just kept talking in circles and avoiding answering questions and requests for help.

Used this service for labor only to move big heavy items(gun safe,etc) into a pod. Super fast move. Great attitude of movers. Got a lot of big heavy items moved in less than two hours. Would recommend over other options out there.

Don't think I would recommend. Nice guys but took 3.5 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment with the storage shed about 3 blocks from where I needed it moved from. Total came to $340 when I estimated about $200 New leather couch has rips down the sides and tv stand has scratched up corners
