I just had the pleasure of working with the Action Moving Team. This team was professional and on time as they faced the daunting task of moving 70years of history at Bishop Heelan Catholic High School. Not only did they take on this task, but they stayed late to finish it 2days ahead of estimate. Zero complaining as they worked professionally through snow and bitter cold temperatures. If you are in the market for a moving team I highly recommend Action. Ask for the A-team in truck #1as Lance, Jordan, Garrett, and Andrew will not disappoint you. They made the rask of moving a s pleasant as possible and allowed me to enjoy 2exra days of Christmas break with my family. Thank you!!!

Sorry one guy working his butt off deserving all 5 stars , but his partner was worthless, not only I noticed but my maintenance guy at old apartment noticed also . Ever time he go to truck to get boxes he would be out there texting away . I do believe the move could have been done much faster. Almost cost 6 hundred dollars to move a single lady out of a 2 bedroom apartment 1st floor , with no big stuff . My sister wants me to move now , I'm going to have to tell her either she is going to have to be Tuff or just find another moving company .

The owner of the business was warm and friendly when he visited my apartment to assess the scope of my belongings and my moving situation. Even though I gave them short notice (about one week) and even though they had lots of customers scheduled on their calendar, they managed to squeeze me in with time to spare. The two gentlemen who arrived to load the truck did really good work. They took great care with my possessions and both had very positive attitudes. I had requested that the truck make an extra stop at my parents' house nearby to pick up more furniture, and the company was happy to accommodate us. Despite some setbacks which were out of their control, the movers met me at our agreed-upon destination (about 4 hrs 30 min away) in a timely manner. Overall, a thoroughly satisfactory experience with a reliable and reputable business. I highly recommend Action Moving & Storage.

My mother used action movers to move her from one place to another. While she was waiting for her new place to be ready to move in, she placed all her stuff in one of their storage units. When it was finally time to move her belongings to her new place It was an absolute nightmare. One tv and desktop computer came up missing. A bed frame missing. A number of other smaller items also came up missing. In addition to missing items things including a bed, table, and chairs were broken. My mother tried on two dozen occasions to discuss this with the owner. He gave and has continued to give her the run around! The owner said he would go to my mom’s house to look at the broken items and discuss the missing items. This never happened. Now he doesn’t answer or return her calls. DO NOT USE this fraudulent company!!! They will destroy your belongings or they will come up missing.

I would recommended this company to anyone that needs moving and or storage. I had the company move me out in April. I was having my wood floors restored. I dreaded the idea of all my stuff being stored off my property. I had a great first Impression when I called the office and a very pleasant female answered. She was very helpful and assured me I called the right company for the job. She was right! Can't say enough great things about the crew that moved me. When it came time to move back in ?I thought it could go as smooth as moving out. I was wrong! The crew was very careful. Covered my new redone wood floors and placed sliders on all of my furniture before placing back in place. Absolutely handling my furniture as if were their own. Action was great to work with. We needed a baby grand piano moved across town, and the other companies we called quoted $575-$650. Action charged $200/hr (requires 4 guys) and no minimum for a single-item move. They were efficient and Super friendly, both over the phone and in person! Ended up only being $300, and we were very pleased.

I highly recommend Action Moving to everyone. I had many antique pieces of furniture from my Mom that were precious to me. They wrapped them and moved them carefully and safely. The residence they moved me into across the country had many inconveniences including several slippery steps up and one room with very low ceilings. Yes, even with an occasional bump to their heads, they kept their positive attitudes with no angry outbursts. It was a challenging day with the high heat and humidity, but they stayed kind and professional. Casey, and his help, Davis, Bear, Maylon, Deran, and Chris seemed very experienced at their job and respectful of my belongings. They can be very proud of the quality of work they offer. Can't tell you how pleased we were with the service. The men were as well friendly and respectful as could be. They moved our furnishings and placed them where we requested. They had to move from one flight of stairs to the new place up two flights. Much of our things were very heavy, and they did it in a very timely manner which please us beyond words. I hired Action Moving for a full pack and move of a large house from Iowa to Nebraska. They did a fantastic job. Casey, the owner, did my quote, and he ended up driving the moving truck, because the usual driver was injured. Everyone packed my things, loaded the truck, unloaded the truck, and put together the items that they had disassembled with great care. I am incredibly particular, and they did an extraordinary job. I have moved many, many times in my life, and these guys were by far the best movers I have ever used. It took several days for packing/moving (packing on Monday and Tuesday, loading the truck on Wednesday, and driving and unloading all day/evening on Thursday), and during that time, I had several guys assist with the move. All were exceptional: Durand, Bear, Chris, Alfred, Demothense "D", Roosevelt, Garret, Bruno, and Maylon. Great work guys. It was nice getting to know each of you and trusting that my belongings were in good hands. I was so happy with Action Moving, that my mom hired them to move her the following week, and the next time I move, I will most definitely be calling them.

We recently moved and had Action Moving recommended to us multiple times. I can say they lived up to their reputation and then some. The two movers were very courteous and respectful of our belongings. They worked quickly and made the experience much easier on me and my family. The most telling part was one of the legs to our babies changing table was broken in the move. The guys told me right away, wrote it up on the receipt and made immediate plans to fix it. Much to my surprise, the owner was the one who delivered the fixed piece just a couple if days later. He helped put it back on the table and move it into place. Great leadership always leads to a successful company and Action Moving has a great owner and staff. We highly recommend them and will use again should we need them.

Previous to using Action Moving & Storage we had another company move us out of our home and our furniture and personal belongings were stored there. We had a number of issues with that company. When it was time (a year later) to move into our new home that company couldn't/wouldn't accommodate our moving date established by the Village Cooperative where our new home is despite that fact that only a week prior to our confirmation call we were told they had the whole week open. We then called Action Moving and Storage and they were able to accommodate our moving date. They went to the first moving company picked up our furniture and belongings, went to the apartment that we had been living in for a year and picked up our items there and had us moved into the new home in 4 hours the following day. Everyone that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful--from the person who took our order to the men who did the moving. We have to say the entire company was a positive experience. GREAT JOB!!
