Do not trust them. They showed up 5 hours late. A lot of water damage to our stuff!!! They hang up the phone on you if you want the receipt (we got the receipt after calling them for 23 times!!!!!!!! Terrible! The worst experience ever!

This Moving Company was by far the best, I called them last minute in desperate need of help my other company had canceled on me and i didn't know what I was going to do. I spoke with the owner and he was so helpful I called him on a Friday night wanting service on Saturday. some other things came up were I couldn't move on Saturday so i let him know that i appreciated his help but wouldn't be able to move Saturday. He called me Sunday and asked if i still needed to be moved, (witch I did) and set something up for me later on that day. The two gentlemen he sent to help me were Awesome! they met me at my storage and told me that i could leave , they would load the truck and meet me at my apartment when done. And that's what they did they then unloaded the the truck putting everything in its correct area. I have never had a move go so smoothly and I appreciate them so much if you need mover I most definitely recommend Ramp It Up!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to move cross country. Several of my valuable items were left behind. I paid a set fee for the initial move then had to wait 3-4 months to be charged again to get the remaining things from a different city. The most upsetting thing is that I had another company lined up at a cheaper price but these guys promised me something that they couldn't deliver. Calls weren't answered nor returned. Save your time, energy and money. This company is a joke.

I agree with the previous complaint. They showed up 6 hours late without notice and it took them over 4 hours to move the piano 35 miles.
