My boyfriend and I just used My Movers Inc this last weekend and it was worth every penny. We searched for a month to find a moving company that had good rates and seemed to have good customer service and we found it with this company. We had 3 movers and we spent less than 1000 for a 6 hour move that included multiple stops. The three men (Levi, Billy and Wes) who fulfilled our move were very polite and communicative. My couch was a little big to fit in the door and they explained that to squeeze it might cause some damage etc. The only casualty of our move was a slight tear in the couch that can be sewn (that I knew could happen) and a few scratches to cork board furniture that doesn't move well anyways due to it being so cheap. The men always asked for permission before taking their short breaks and truly moved as quick as possible to shorten the overall cost of the day. Very pleased and would use this company again.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We have a lot of stuff. They moved us out of a townhome and into our new home without any dents, chips, or scratches. Not a single one. I couldn’t be any happier with them. They were also extremely friendly. 100% I will recommend them to anyone I know looking to move.

I shopped around and My Movers Inc was the most acceptable price. They were $1000 less than other companies but this was not a "you get what you pay for" situation." The movers were on time, careful and fun to work with. I helped them unload since it was so dang hot and I felt bad for the guys. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you My Movers Inc.

We recently used My Movers for a local move from Carmel to Westfield. I found them to be very professional but under resources and slow. The initial quote was for one truck and four guys for a day. Their rates were reasonable. However, as the day unfolded, one of the guys took off and they had to call in another truck. Another crew of 2 took over during the lunch break, but they didn’t get to our new place until 5pm. And didn’t conclude the move until 9:30pm. Overall this was due to being under resourced and inefficient. I then had to pay for 6 guys to come at the end of the day and finish it up. As I mentioned to Henry, I don’t mind paying for extra help and extra tricks when needed...but this seemed rather pricey due to the pace of the move. They also forgot to move several boxes, ladders, etc, scuffed walls and floors, etc. Some of that is to be expected in a move, but overall I’d recommend not using them due to pricing, resourcing, and as there was an overall lack of ownership or care regarding the move.

My Movers helped us move 2 households into one. They were able to get all of our furniture from both places to our single home. From start to finish it took about 6 1/2 hours. The 3 gentleman that helped us were professional and worked their butts off! Thank you for making our move an easy one!

I hired My Movers to come and pack up all of our stuff and move us from Carmel to Noblesville. I had previously had two other moving companies come out to quote us, but when Henry showed up his a evaluation was much, much more thorough. He gave us a very fair quote and did not try to “sell us“ on the reason we should use them. He briefly explained that this was a family owned business that started in Mishawaka and him and his brother continued it here in Indianapolis. We decided to move forward with them for our move. He explained that they would come out and pack us up whenever we needed them to and then move us whenever was convenient. We ended up having them pack us up on the day before closing and then moving us the day after closing. Neil, James and Kevin showed up Thursday to pack us up and I must say that they were over-the-top friendly, courteous and very professional. These guys busted their butts to get everything packed up in a timely fashion and made sure to take extremely good care of our stuff. The exact same crew showed back up on Saturday to load up the truck and move us into our new home. I can’t begin to rave enough about this company and the people they hire. We felt completely safe and trusted all of these guys with our belongings and in our home. What is even more impressive is that Henry, the owner, showed up at our house and even helped out before heading to an estimate. There is no gimmick with this company, they are straight to the point and get the job done for a very fair price. Henry, give Neil, James and Kevin a raise, do whatever you can to make sure these guys stick around. What a great crew.

Just get a uhaul and do it yourself. Way cheaper less headache and stress. No one should have to worry on moving day. What you do to people is wrong and you love using the term ( estimate ) I hope someone starts a class action lawsuit so I can get in on it.

Hired them to move my parents. Neil, Ryu and Jack were sent to us. They were professional and on time. They moved everything we asked. They were very polite and courteous. They took care of our furniture like it was our own. Would recommend this company and group of guys anytime.

The movers (Josh, Walt and Billy) were very professional and quick. Their rates are reasonable and when I had a problem after the move Thomas came back out to help me solve it. I hope I won’t be moving anytime soon but when I do I will use this company again!

I am so glad we called My Movers for our recent move. I called three different moving companies, and they all were around the same cost per hour, so based on how the estimate calls went, I decided to go with My Movers. Henry was friendly and easy to speak to on the phone when scheduling and then again when I had to reschedule due to a change in closing date. Levi called as they were on their way, and they showed up exactly on time. Levi, Joe and Sebastian were friendly, fast and professional. We had a house and storage unit to move, and some items were going into the house and some to a barn. They were patient with us with going to multiple places and changing our minds on where we wanted something to go. I honestly didn’t want to spend a lot of money for moving, but this was money well spent. A full day of moving, 8am - 3:30pm, plus a fee for rescheduling at the last minute, was less than $1500. I would highly recommend my movers!

I was very impressed with My Movers. They moved our family of 5 out in 1 day using 5 team members. These guys worked tirelessly, put up with a few (hey can we change where this sits) adjustments, remained positive, and had a very professional bearing. These guys showed up on time, communicated their arrival beforehand, and worked for 13 hours. They worked well as a team and genuinely cared about our belongings. This is just one example, but they were very careful to painstakingly set up our California king master bed (which is not easy) so that it was stable and in the exact spot my wife wanted it. They disassembled various items to get them in the new house and then carefully reassembled them. I also felt the value was good. If you are moving, you should definitely consider My Movers.

This was the worst experience we've had with movers . I had requested large boxes to come with the truck, none came. I called, still no boxes. The guys complained all day, refused to move large things bc they weren't in boxes. Tried to quit at noon and make a side deal where one of them had a panel truck and would come back and we could pay him. Took chunks of drywall out, marked up the walls so bad I now have to pay the buyers to paint & repair. I gave them each a piece of furniture equivalent to 200+ dollars, then they ask for more. They moved us 15 minutes away into a storage unit. Worst 1,000.00 we've ever WASTED. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
