In less than three hours they moved all my stuff from one apartment, got stuff at my parents house, went to a storage unit, and got my stuff up 3 flights of stairs to my new apartment. Very friendly and professional.

I definitely would not recommend this place the owner himself was very very disrespectful hes lucky there's no way that I can post the phone conversation recording on this because I definitely would... my moving date was the 8th of March.. I made my 1st phone call on March 4th 2019 left a voicemail with my phone number letting them know to cancel my moving dates and asked if they could give me a call back regarding my deposit which I never got. So I called on March 6th and spoke to the owner John who was very disrespectful on the phone I told him that I never received a call back about my deposit and he said I don't believe that I said excuse me I have the phone recording and everything then he looked and saw where they canceled my moving date so therefore shows they never calledme back about my deposit Which shows they try to keep people's money and make it seem like they never got a voicemail or anything about any phone call so be careful and be advised of what I said above....

What a terrific crew, Chris, Cody, Phil and Tristan, thank you so much for your outstanding job, your hard work, patient and professional skill are appreciated by me and my husband. You guys helped me to move a veg pot, which is so heavy, and I don’t think other moving company will do for me. We used Two Guys and a Truck out of Anderson. They are wonderful! They carefully wrap doorways so your furniture is safe. They are all professional and nice. Shawn came ahead of time to go over the amount of things we had to move so we knew what the cost would be and what to expect on moving day. No hidden fees.

I can't say enough good things about Two Guys and a Truck. We have used them for two moves now and they do an incredible job. The movers are very pleasant and friendly, they take great care in handling your possessions and are happy to do what ever they can to make your move more enjoyable. They did such a great job the first time we used them, and for friends since then, that I didn't even shop around this time. I just called them because I knew they'd make our move easier.

We used Two Guys and a Truck to help move an apartment and a house into a duplex so that my mom could come live with us. I was worried it would be complicated, time consuming (aka $$$$) and a giant hassle but the team arrived, got everything together and moved to their final resting place quickly and efficiently leaving me more time to focus on my busy work season. Another family member is looking to move soon and I will absolutely be reaching out to John Mitchell/Two Guys and a Truck again :)

I will highly recommend this company to anyone in the area looking to hire movers. They were polite, professional, efficient, and worked tirelessly to complete our move. The guys regularly checked in with us to ensure they were placing our items in the perfect spot in the new house. Although they worked extremely fast, not one item was damaged. They were careful when loading and unloading, making sure they didn’t bump a wall or corner or scuff the floor. Completely satisfied with our experience.

I used them today (Feb20) to move furniture. They were prompt, and most courteous. They had to move furniture upstairs and took the effort, and time, to ensure that nothing was damaged going up the narrow staircase. They offer a fair price and I would not hesitate to use them again. And it's always nice to stay local.

The guys seemed to know what they were doing when they moved my baby grand piano, but when I got to the new house to check on it, the sustain function was fully, constantly engaged, rendering the instrument unplayable. The piano technician I had to hire to look at it told me the problem was a small dowel that should have been checked by the movers, as it is common knowledge that it can slip during a move and create this issue. Thankfully, it was an easy fix, but it was upsetting not knowing for sure how serious the problem was and not having the use of the instrument for several days. The company was not willing to give any compensation at all for the incident.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I utilized their services recently and the experience was genuinely awful. Two months preceding the date in which I intended to move, I provided all details over the phone of my move (moving from, moving to, amount of items, etc.) and secured the company's services with a $50 deposit. The lady, Kay, who I spoke to was very kind and helpful. She informed me that the business had no conflicting priorities that morning and I, per my preference, would be scheduled to be the first move of the day. Kay informed me that I could expect her folks to be at my apartment ready to load items around 9a. A week prior to my actual move date, I received a phone call from another individual who informed me that the time in which my move was scheduled had been moved. Instead of targeting 9a as the arrival time, it had been changed to 11a. I wasn't thrilled, which I was vocal about, as I had friends enlisted to help move larger items who took off the morning from work. After a handful of bad excuses and no real justification, they said they could commit the moving crew to be onsite by 11a. The day of the move, I receive a phone call at 11:42a from the driver of my moving truck where he told me he was about 45 minutes out and he hoped to be onsite sometime before 1p. When I called the Anderson location to express how much of a headache the whole experience had been, how I was now shorthanded on moving a number of large items, and how my originally promised timeframe of 9a had now been shifted by 5 hours, the representative was not helpful whatsoever. During our conversation, I discovered she was also the same person who called me earlier in the week to change my original moving time. Her demeanor was one of disinterest and she offered no sort of compromise or solution to offset the company's terrible business practice. I genuinely cannot think of a time in which I've spoke to someone in the realm of customer service who was so inept at their job. The conversation ended with her hanging up on me. In response, I immediately called the owner of the company who I was able to contact through a separate location. After detailing the situation to him, he delivered a very poor landing, phony, used car salesman speech. With this man at the helm, it's no surprise the company runs are poorly as I discovered. As he also proved to be of no help, nor express any care regarding the situation, we came to a stalemate. I pointedly asked him on the phone how he was going to make the situation right and he was unable to produce one single intelligent sentence in response. All of that being said... I'm anticipating the owner of the business will reply to this thread (as I've seen him do on a number of others) trying to downplay the tremendous disservice and unprofessional practices I encountered while utilizing their services. As this is my only Google review I've ever taken the time to write, I hope this emphasizes just how much I would not recommend this company. Hopefully this saves at least one or two folks from having an experience like mine. Lastly, be mindful that this very loosely defined and ill ran business is 'Two Guys and a Truck', not the much larger, corporately defined, and well serviced 'Two Men and a Truck' corporate entity. Do yourself a favor, listen to the negative reviews - avoid this company at all costs.
