Had a great experience from beginning to end. All of the staff, especially the movers, we’re very professional, courteous and respectful. We had some serious time/date constraints And they bent over backwards to work with us and get us moved in time. Unfortunately there was an item damaged during the move. The owners and the staff stepped right up! They promised to take care of having the item repaired or replaced; and they did it! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for our next move!

I had a great experience with Furniture Fetchers. Hank is great on the phone and as I had to change my date three times, very patient. Easy to pay with a credit card over the phone after the move is done. My movers, Matt and JR, could not have worked any harder. They were so nice, very polite and had great concern to prevent damage. I had to convince them to take a break for lunch! 10 1/2 hours of moving our household items and they left with a smile and thank you. I definitely recommend Furniture Fetchers.

Chris and his partner did a superior overall job in assisting with a short move. Although they arrived a little late, they quickly assessed our moving situation and got to work. They continued their work at a steady pace carefully arranging the furniture so the unload would not take long. Both these men were very friendly, professional, respectful and went out of their way to ensure all belongings were handled with care. They also put down a runner at the unload location to prevent dirt from being tracked on the new carpet. Overall superior work and response from Furniture Fetchers! Thanks to Hillary at their office for the great coordination in getting this job done.

What a mess of a move 1. Be very careful when booking a move the movers ripped a couch and told me they had insurance to cover the damage. After calling the manager she offered me 60 cents per pound. This equals 180.00 2. I was quoted after a long conversion a 3 hour move. We discussed every piece of furniture and explained that all furniture would be broken done ready to put on truck. This 3 hour move turned into a 8 hour move and we were told we hand to pay for it. After calling the gentleman on the following Monday he told me “ he was not happy with the time it took” and would adjust it to 4 hrs. After calling back to talk to manager she informed me that she understood why the office guy agreed to move it back to 4 hours. But that’s not the end. After agreeing to the 4 hours (reminder it was quoted at 3 hours). She then told me that would also take place of The damaged couch. So what they offered was a refund on the move which was again 5 hours over what was quoted and no damage refund. 3. I told the gentleman on that Monday after he agreed to knock the price back to 4 hours not to cash the check we wrote to them and he agreed to not do so. He said we could write a new one to them and that old check would be given back. I a Agreed and told him again if they plan on cashing it I would transfer monies to that account. He again said no we will NOT cash my Check. Guess what they cashed it and didn’t tell me. 30.00 fee This sounds like an innocent Error but it’s truly pat for the course. So much more to say. Now I have to take them to small claims court just to get my money back and damage back. 4. Left my washer in the middle of the kitchen. When they had already put the dryer in the laundry room. Left the couch cushions at the move out house What a disaster Terrible customer service

I hired 2 movers for a 1 bedroom apartment. They showed up on time, worked hard, and even offered to take my washer out of the box. They tried to move all the boxes and furniture into the appropriate rooms as well. Would definitely hire them again.

They did a horrible job wrapping and protecting our things for a move cross country. I even went out to rent extra pads- they didn’t use them all but left them ina pile at the back of the truck. Now as we are unloading there is a table with a leg broken off, white leather chairs with scuff marks from the truck and deep scratches that removed the finish to two tables. Their response? “We aren’t responsible.” This is unacceptable. Note- I have posted a review on FB and this was taken down, their positive ratings are inflated. Then they have blue card my husband and I from being able to pst on FB. YOU DO A HORRIBLE JOB- THEN ONLY ALLOW POSITIVE REVIEWS??? CROOKED! Go to the Better Business Burea site to find other negative reviews and complaints from other customers who’ve been treated the same.

Bryant and Derek did an awesome job with our move! We booked them last minute, but they came in before their scheduled shift to get us in at 6AM and they showed up on time. They were pleasant to deal with and packed everything really well! They had us loaded up and ready to hit the road in like an hour. I feel like we had a lot of fragile items, but everything was perfect upon arrival three hours away. We couldn't ask for more and will 100% request them if we need movers again! At first I thought these guys did a great job. They were responsive and friendly, and on the move out day worked hard. However.... after the moving truck showed up at our destination it was clear they were not professionals. We hired them to pad/pack and load the last half of our ABF moving truck. I had loaded most of the boxes myself, but needed someone to pad and pack our furniture and carry it out of the house. They did such a poor job at packing that many of our belongings came in damaged and/or broken. We rented and purchased over 90 moving pads, rolls of furniture wrap, tarps, boxes, tape, etc... so they could pack our items carefully (they had almost 20 pads leftover!!!!). Some items were packed fine, but many others were packed against each other with no padding at all. I have attached some pictures showing their poor effort (more to come as I finish unloading). Our custom made coffee table was standing up on end with no padding on it at all - it was leaning against another table (wood to metal surfaces touching) - they rubbed against each other and damaged each other, one leg was broken off the coffee table because they used it like a shelf to support other heavy items, they loaded our heavy mini fridge on top of cardboard boxes full of kitchen supplies - it crushed the boxes damaging contents and rubbed against our un-padded dining table leaf - messing up the side of the fridge, and wearing a hole in the top surface finish of the table leaf. They put a metal garbage can without any padding on top of our leather $$$ sectional sofa. They didn't wrap/pad the sectional at all - just stacked it up. There are lots of other small items to complain about, but I think you can see the theme! They do not care about your belongings or the quality of their work! When I contacted them to try and resolve this issue. They said they are not responsible for it since they did not drive the truck.... they only offered an apology. One of the proprietors stated that when this has happened before they found out they are not legally responsible and that we are on our own! Can you believe that! This has happened before, and they do not care. EDIT: Two more major pieces of furniture not packed properly! We had them pack our two $$$ white leather recliners. They pushed them up against the metal wall of the moving truck without putting a moving pad between the wall and the chairs. Now they both have huge metal abrasions on the sides that were against the wall. Here are the excused they have provided so far... 1. They didn't drive the truck - so they are not responsible. 2. We used cheap moving pads. 3. "ABF is known to be the worst" - their words AFTER the move! 4. We were too cheap the hire them to do the whole move door to door. 5. Why did you tip if we did a bad job? In response to their excuses: 1. That is true, they didn't drive the truck. However, they knew who was driving the truck, and they knew the potential for damage. Yet, they still took our money, and did a sub par job. 2. We had several types of moving pads, many cheap ones, some from UHAUL (same type used by millions of movers per year). And some really nice ones purchased new at Menards. We did not have any issues with items that were wrapped in a moving pad - no matter the type. The issue was the lack of pad usage! They just piled stuff up without padding them. We had many pads left over, nice ones, cheap ones, etc... We still have several of the nicer pads unopened and unused. 3. We have used ABF to move across the country three times. The only issue we have ever had was the loss of a desk drawer! ABF bought us a new desk! We used pro packers on those moves as well - they did the job correctly without damage during transport. 4. We are not cheap, we paid them well, and tipped well! Its expensive to move a four bedroom house and 4 people 2200 miles! We couldn't afford a full service move. But we splurged for them to pack us up! 5. I was not there during much of the packing to see their work!

They were great. My husband and I were pretty tight on money at the time, so we only got the cheapest option. I had honestly expected a certain amount of scratching or damage due to this, but everything turned out lovely with no damage. They handled things with care, were timely, quite friendly, and communicative. It was so much better than asking friends to come help. We were absolutely thrilled with their business. Thanks!

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES STAY AWAY AT ALL COST So i hired these people to load my moving PODS in my driveway. They threw a fit to be paid everyday and wouldn't provide a receipt to the point of calling ten times back to back because my wife didn't have enough cash with her. Then they overfilled for sitting in front of my house for 2 hours after they were sent home. This is the most unprofessional management I've ever encountered. Then to top it off after sending me an incorrect invoice that i corrected and sent back to them suddenly that night of three people that knew where the safe was loaded into the pod one being my wife, the others being movers employees, someone broke in the pod and stole just the safe removed just the items it took to get to the safe and then left all those in the rain and the pod open. I was gone for business as they tried to state i was on some kind of drug but none of this company or its employees never met me. I have filled a police report and the company management refuses to speak to me about any of it. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

These people are thieves they loaded my stuff in containers and came back at night and cut look and took out just what they needed to get back to my safe and wife’s jewelry box.
